“Alright, that’s enough.” Xu Feng gave up and asked, “So where’s the spot to sign up for participants? I’m only going to take a look at their skills.”

Lumora City was a 2nd graded city, just one grade above Avalon City. In other words, it was destined for the two cities to clash during the City Competition.
