“…..” Nora’s blood went cold. She knew he was only teasing her. But the emotions in his eyes were not a lie. He wanted her. He wanted her to be his! He was kind, caring and though he had a temper, he never showed it to her. But she was only lying to him. Their castle of their relationship was made of sand.

Nora rolled her eyes with her heart in her throat.

“I will choose you if you will be worth my love.” his brows furrowed and he looked at her with narrowed eyes.

“And what does it mean?” her heart clenched but she ignored it. It was for his good.

“When you would be a responsible person. You would win scholarships, study hard and stand on your feet. I will only marry someone who is strong, capable but still kind to me.” she boosted, patting her chest when he chuckled.

“Hey! I was only asking you to be my girlfriend. Where did this marriage come from? What is going on in your small head?” she glared at him? He was not proposing to her? But then again they were just seventeen. He might only be interested in her.

“Tch! And here I thought that you were serious.” she shook her head. “I am exhausted. Wake me up when we reach dorms.” Nora closed her eyes. She was beyond exhausted and sleep easily enveloped her.

Only then Alex turned to look at her again. His breath stirred and his eyes dark with lust.

“A marriage! Huh?” his lips curled as the car sped fast in the dark night.

“You did not get the chance to meet her?” Emma was startled. This was the first time her brother had accepted that he failed at doing something. “Was the address wrong?” surely it must be her mistake. There was no way her brother would make one. Just then she noticed Nora walking out of the car and her frown grew deeper.

“But Nora is already here. What am I to do now?” she sighed as she heard the next command and cut the call.

She went toward Nora’s bed and ruined it completely. Then she walked toward Nora’s desk and tore a few notes from her desk. Just then the door opened.

Nora frowned when she noticed all her latest books were ruined.

“Ah! My hands are slippery today.” Emma faked shock as she noticed the mess she had created. Nora did not give her things another glance. When she noticed the doll on the window was fine, she pulled her top and changed her clothes and laid on the bed.

“Hey! You are not taking a bath?” Emma frowned and walked closer to Nora’s bed.

“No, I don’t know what you mixed in the water.” Emma’s lips twitched. She only creates some innocent and intentional troubles to get Nora’s attention. She had not decided to kill her eyes.

But Nora did not wait for her reply. She had already turned left and pretended to be asleep. Reluctantly Emma could only follow the course and closed her eyes.

Four hours had passed. Only now did Emma’s breathing go even. The girl who was sleeping all this time opened her eyes. She took out her phone and logged into a fake account.

Many new comments were waiting for her. She scrolled them and found one badmouthing her. She joined them instantly and started badmouthing her again. She liked all the comments sent by a special account.

It had been weeks since she was doing it and all her hard work paid off today.

She received a personal message finally.

“Hey! Little girl, in which section are you?” The message was from the Queen of the hearts. Nora replied instantly.

“Section D. But I will not tell you my name. I will only do that to my goddess Penny Stone.” her heart accelerated. She had believed that it would take months before Penny would take the bait.

“Penny is my favorite too. But her sister is just annoying.” came the reply making Nora chuckled.

“I agree! She thinks she has won the world after just passing one exam. I saw her today with Alex. They both were hugging each other. Such a shameless girl. She is trying to get both Victor and Alex at once.” Nora typed more and more, feeling the blood in her veins following faster.

“Yes, I have messaged you today to invite you in a group. But be warned, you have to pay a price for it. And it would not be easy but then you would be under the wings of our goddess Penny.” Nora laughed hard at that and checked Emma at once.

“I am ready to pay any price but I will not meet anyone but my goddess.” did that even make sense anymore? But the other party did not mind it and started praising her.

“Alright, since you have been accepted, you have to pass one test. You have to make fun of Nora Stone tomorrow in her class.”

“…” Nora’s lips curled further.

“I want Penny to send me a message in return.” she demanded instantly but the other side went silent. “Oh penny! Are you still not ready to accept that it is you?” Nora shook her head. “Whenever you get the chance.” she added and the other party immediately agreed.

“So what is your plan?” Nora stared at the message for a long time. A distant memory flashed in her eyes. She knew that the account belonged to Penny because she had seen Penny using this account in the past to deal with her haters and gain more followers.

She knew how Penny’s mind worked. She was the easiest to handle among the three of them.

“That would be a surprise. But I am sure my goddess would love it.” The other side went silent again but Nora did not wait for the reply. She closed her eyes and drifted to sleep this time.

“You can win as many games as you want, Penny.”
