Return Of The Heiress For Revenge - Chapter 175
Chapter 175: You Are Safe
“Where do you think you are going? Is this a park where anyone could come and go at your wish. As a woman, you should be more aware. Today, I will teach you a lesson you will never forget.” Nora looked at them as if they were fools.
“If you want to fight, fight. Do you need any justification for that one? Even criminals sound so righteous these days!” She looked at them with disgust, making them infuriated.
“You slut.” Before he could speak further, Nora pulled him and flipped him on the ground.
Then she looked at the other person with a provoking look.
“Do you want to fight or waste your time in words?”
Nora’s vision blurred slightly as she faced off with the two men. Blood seeped through the fabric wrapped around her waist, and her injured arm throbbed. She tightened her grip, forcing herself to remain steady, even though every move sent sharp waves of pain through her body.
The first man lunged at her with a sneer, his fist swinging toward her face. She sidestepped, wincing as the movement pulled at her wound, but she gritted her teeth and retaliated with a swift kick to his knee, sending him stumbling. The second man came at her from behind, grabbing her by the shoulders. She twisted, managing to elbow him in the ribs, but the strength was fading from her limbs. Her body felt heavier with each passing second.
Blood loss and exhaustion gnawed at her. But she couldn’t stop. She wouldn’t stop.
“You really think you can win?” one of them sneered as they closed in on her. “You’re already half-dead, girl.”
Nora didn’t answer. She was too focused, her eyes flicking between the two men, calculating her next move. She lunged forward, catching one of them off guard with a punch to the jaw. He staggered back, cursing, but the other quickly closed the gap. His fist connected with her injured arm, sending a white-hot burst of pain shooting through her. She bit back a cry, stumbling as she tried to regain her footing.
Just as she steadied herself, she saw four more men entering the room, their eyes gleaming with malice. Her heart sank. She was outnumbered, and her strength was waning fast.
“Enough of this,” one of the newcomers barked. He signaled to the others. “End this quickly.”
The men charged at her together, their movements coordinated and ruthless. Nora fought back with everything she had, dodging and landing hits when she could, but her body was failing her. Her punches grew weaker, her kicks slower. She managed to knock one man off balance, but another landed a solid punch to her stomach, driving the air from her lungs.
Her vision swam, and she stumbled, clutching her bleeding side as her body finally began to give out. She sank to one knee, her breaths coming in ragged gasps. The men surrounded her, grinning, ready to strike the final blow.
One of them raised his fist, preparing to end it.
But just as he swung, the door burst open with a deafening crash. Startled, they all turned, and a group of men dressed in black stormed into the room, weapons drawn. They moved with precision, their faces obscured but their intentions clear. In seconds, they overpowered her attackers, disarming and subduing them with ruthless efficiency.
Nora blinked, barely able to process what was happening. One of the men dressed in black approached her, his voice steady and calm.
“You’re safe now,” he said quietly, kneeling beside her. He placed a steadying hand on her shoulder, assessing her injuries with quick, practiced movements. “Hold on. We’re going to get you out of here.”
“No!” Nora panicked. Her voice slowly fell that the men hardly heard her. “Alex.. Alex.”The man gave him new strength. She stood up to reach him.
“Nora.” The men were having a hard time when she struggled so much.
“Miss you will bleed more if you keep struggling. We are here to save you.” the man sighed with worry when Alric walked closer.
He stood behind the man. He stiffened when he noticed her wounds. But then blood filled his eyes. The desire to kill had never been this strong in him.
“Where is Alex?” he demanded and finally Nora felt like she had seen light in the dark room.
“He is drugged and having hallucinations. The manager, he is at fault. It is not for money but..” Nora gasped. The man had pressed his wound and covered it but it almost took her life away.
“Save him!” Alric was moving before she could complete her words.
His eyes were full of burning flames. The desire to kill, to burn the world had never been this stronger. His men followed him except two who were making sure that Nora was saved.
But even the others could not walk closely. His aura was so strong that others found it hard to breathe.
There were eight rooms on the first floor. The hallways were dim and the doors were closed tightly. Alric swept a gaze at those closed doors and signaled them. His men nodded and divided themselves in a pair of two. Each covered a door and opened it with force.
Entering in with a gun in their hand. They would attack even if they heard a whisper inside the room.

Shrieks of girls filled the corridor. Alric checked each open door before he heard a gunshot in the second last room. He ran there to see a man jumping from the window. But he did not run behind him.
One of his men was injured and laid on the ground. While Alex was on the bed, motionless. Alric’s face lost all color. He ran to the bed horrified. The other men helped his companion. And looked at Alric worriedly. Alric touched Alex with trembling hands.
But when he felt Alex breathing, his body slowly relaxed.
The other had rea”ched the room too.
“He is only injured on his arm. Collect all the staff you can, they could be witnesses and must have information. The injured would be taken to the hospital in a seperate van.”
