“Alex did not suffer an accident. He has taken drugs. He..” Amaya was stunned. She had thought Alric would be reluctant to tell the truth to his mother since he cared about her most.

Alex was staring out of the window. His cold eyes and detached face looked lost. He knew what he did was wrong. Drugs could ruin him completely. But he had no other way to run away from reality.
