“You have to work hard to make it up to me.” his fingers pressed her hand suggestively.

“…..” Nora felt an overwhelming current flying all over her body. Even a naive and dense girl could not ignore his suggestion. A tall handsome man was seducing a young naive girl to the fullest. He must be sure that she would embrace the offer and hold him for her life.

Bernard smirked. He had thought it would take days to subdue her. But who would have thought she would give in so easily in exchange for her studies.

Three men were already waiting for Chris Benard and Nora Stone.

Nora smiled back. Her eyes were conscious not understanding why he did so.

The man was taken aback too. He looked at his team and then at Benard.

“How about a thirty percent cut.” Benard gasped. His eyes widened a bit making the man embarrassed but Nora noticed how his body was still relaxed as if he had anticipated it.

He was fooling with them! As the truth dawned on her, her whole body felt an electric current. This man had planned everything. He had trapped them.

“I can offer you a ten percent cut with my personal responsibility. If not,” Benard hesitated as he looked at the file with a look of disappointment. “Azure Ltd. contacted me yesterday. They are ready to finalize the deal with the same price. They were only asking for ten percent more profit margin.

I have only chosen you because..” he did not continue but opened the file and read the contents.

The men looked conflicted before but their faces hardened when they heard about azure ltd. In the end, hearing the contents of the file, their expressions changed many times. To the limit that Nora was sure it was just a play where everyone was a puppet. And Chris was controlling them.

“Since you have accepted it, I will personally offer you two percent commission and leave it up to you if you want to take it or use it as a discount for customers.” The man looked surprised and then laughed.

Looking at the gratitude on his face, Nora sighed. Breaking her uncle and aunt was easy but breaking this man would be hard. The way he smiled and talked to them about their issues and showed concern won their hearts completely.

She stared with narrowed eyes how they all thanked him again and again.

“Since we have cleared the deal, it is time to share some drinks. My secretary here needs some experience too.” he signaled the waitress.

The experienced woman filled the table with all kinds of delicacies and rare drinks.
