Chapter 317: A Party

“You!” Nora was stunned. She had never expected that Alric was this childish. But when she saw him laughing at her face. She glared at him and threw a handful of flour over him.

Alric did not seem to mind at all. He laughed louder and followed her steps. A war started as they both poured the flour at each other. Nora picked up the bowl for help. She filled the bowl with flour and poured it on his head.

Alric only smirked. In the next second, he picked up the whole bag. And poured over her. The flour went into her eyes and hair. Nora coughed and grumbled but Alric only stopped when the bag was empty.

He was holding the bag from one hand while Nora’s shirt collar with the other hand. She could only struggle but his grip was tight.

If she struggled more, her shirt might be torn or pulled away from her body. The thought restricted her movements. But her anger only soared.

Once he was done, she glared at him with dark eyes. But he only laughed louder. His stomach hurts now.

“You know it was a joke.” Instead of apologizing, he only looked at her as if she was too petty.

Nora’s eyes narrowed. In the next second, she pulled him down. Alric let her be to placate her. He was sure she would pick some flour from the ground and threw it on him.

But his eyes flickered. Nora pushed him on the ground and straddled him. Before he could understand, she leaned and rubbed her body on his body.

She rubbed her cheeks on his. The flour was rubbed in the process. From her face, it transferred to his face. She did not seem to notice the changes in his body.

He had already cleared that he wanted to have her. It was not a fake marriage.

“Alric..” She had to choose her words wisely. Until he asks, there is no need to take the initiative. But that heated gaze! It was melting her.

“I always wanted to do this once.” Nora blinked and looked at him in confusion. Alric lowered his head and looked at the wooden floor covered with flour.

“I have seen Alex doing it with Ava once. I was too stiff and nervous to join. But i always wanted to try it for once. Thank you.” his voice had softened too much. He used his finger to make a small smiling face on the floor.

Nora could not help but feel heaviness in her chest. Just like her, he had a difficult life from the start.

“I..” before she knew, he stood up and dusted his hands. More flour fell on the ground when he took a step.

Nora gulped looking at him. Though he was talking casually, she noticed he was still hard.

“You can go and rest. I will call someone to clean it. No worries.” Nora finally looked away from a certain part of his body. She did not meet his eyes but nodded and left with a hurried step.

As if demons were chasing her, she did not turn to meet his eyes. Alric shook his head looking at her leaving figure. Then he looked at the mess on the ground, her eyes flickering with a dark thought.

Nora closed the door and walked straight to the bathroom. She opened the shower and closed her eyes. Heat surged into her body. It was not only Alric who was aroused. When she had felt his desire, her body had reacted even when her mind was sober.

But she never reacted to Victor. It clears that she was attracted to Alric. Shaking her head, she washed herself well and walked out.

There was a missed call from Lucy. the smile on her face disappeared just like that.

“Hello!”

“Hi, nora! I have confirmed it with my friends. Penny has organised a party in the name of a goodbye party since the year is ending. But the main reason was to show off her success. Her latest photographs and her commercial would be showcased there. Are you sure you want to do it?” Lucy’s voice contained a strange thrill more than fear.

“You do not need to do it. I will arrange for it. You can enjoy the show though.” Lucy sighed in relief. It was not that she did not want to do it. She was afraid of being caught since there would be so much security.

“Then I will get ready for it. I will invite more and more people to go with me. Are you coming too?” Nora looked at the files in her hands. Her eyes sparkled at a strange thought.

“No, I have arranged another party for myself that day.”
