Chapter 319: Ruined!

“Do you still want me to woo her?” Kane chuckled softly looking at the ashen face of his mother.

“I wonder how many have recorded the video on their phones this time.” he chuckled softly. Many! There were many replies!

While the women looked ashen, many men and young girls had taken out their mobiles and recorded the video. Everyone looked horrified after the video clip. Girls who loved gossip discussed how the video was already leaked in the school. Jimmy had confirmed it was him. But about Nora.. they giggled.

Her laughter brought another round of whispers and gossip. It was easy to fool students saying it was a girl similar to Penny but fooling such a large crowd was impossible.

David felt horrible. How he wanted to kill Penny to appease the crowd. The emcee finally coming to her senses ran to the stage and the screen showed a large variety of the products launched by Blue Corn ltd.

“This bitch! How much does she charge to give oral?” someone shouted from the crowd.

David trembled with rage. “Who the hell is that? Come forward if you dare?” he shouted but it only brought more laughter and mockery.

“Did she give her other holes too?” The voice was full of lust and too obscene this time. He gritted his teeth and called the security.

But the security was helpless. It was impossible to know who had shouted in the large crowd. They could only glare at the guests helplessly.

Many men stood up and took their wives and daughters out of the venue. It was humiliating to even stay there.

Slowly, all the important investors and guests started to leave. David felt his heart exploding any moment. When has he ever endured such an insult?

“No one would leave without their mobile phone checked. Delete that video! Only then can you leave.” David shouted at once. But his words only confirmed that it was indeed Penny in the video.

Penny threw the glass of water on the floor. It met with many other shards of glasses. The room was a mess.

All the vases, glasses, paintings and things that can be thrown were already on the ground. Bedsheets and curtains were pulled and the wall was covered with many stains from the complimentary snacks being thrown there.

Sophia stood in the corner with a dark face while Penny gritted her teeth and screamed.

“That bitch! She did it. Nora did it! She is the reason for my insult. I can not accept it. It is better that I die. I can not face the world anymore.” she kept screaming and cursing Nora.

Her eyes had gone red and her hands were covered with many small scratches of glass. Many of them were bleeding but Penny could not feel any of them. All she felt was burning of her chest in deep hatred. How she wanted to strangle Nora then and there.

“Nora! Everything would be alright. You should not..” Even Sophia was struggling to console her daughter. Penny turned to look at Sophia at once with tears covering her face.

“Mother.” she grasped Sohpia’s hands. “You have told me that you have deleted the video completely. You have told me that the bitch would suffer! Why am I suffering then mother? She had taken everything from me. She wants to destroy me. I can not accept it. You have to kill her, mother. You have to kill her.” Sophia closed her eyes.

She could not bear to see her daughter breaking apart like this. Penny was her treasure, her only family, her kin. Her chest hurt as if a dagger had been stabbed in her heart.

“I will not let this go, Penny. I will make sure Nora will burn in hell.” she promised to her daughter. But Peny had lost all her senses.

Her phone was ringing incessantly and she had checked that her video had gone viral.

All the websites were showing it now. Her nude pics and many other videos were there. She wanted to burn the whole world to get rid of them.

“Everything is over for me, mother. I am ruined.” she slumped on the ground. Her feet could not hold on anymore.

Shards hit her and it only made her whimper and cry harder.

Sophia knew she could not handle it. And she would only be making false promises if she consoled Penny. She took a deep breath.

“Penny, it would be better that you leave the country for a year or two. How about you take admission in Australia or canada? It would be a good experience for you. When you would return after graduation, you would see that everything had long forgotten about it.” she crouched on the ground and caressed the ashen face of her daughter.

“You are asking me to run away! Ha! Is that all you can do for me, mom?”
