Chapter 328: Twenty Percent!

“I want to meet Alric Spencer this instant.” the receptionist frowned as she stared at the man in suit frowning and looking like he was here to kill someone.

“Sir, do you have an appointment with Mr Spencer.” even looking at him, the woman replied professionally. David frowned.

“No but..”

“Then sir is not available. His schedule is tight.” David gritted his teeth.

“Then I want to meet Nora Stone. The shameless girl who is living with him.” the receptionist frowned now.

It was not announced that a girl had been living with their boss. So she had no idea what this man was babbling about.

“Sir, I have already told you that sir is not available. And we do not know about anyone else. I apologize for the inconvenience. Would you like to fix a meeting with the boss for tomorrow?” David wanted to slap the woman. But he took a deep breath and controlled.

He turned to leave but instead of leaving, he took the lift going to the last floor. He would go and kill that bitch even if he had to go to the depths of hell to find her.

Sophia and Penny had warned him that Nora had changed. But he did not take them seriously and now he was regretting it.

“This!” but he had not expected to see another guard there. “I am here to meet my daughter.” The guard was stunned and then bowed his head respectfully.

He even took the initiative to press the bell. Nora saw the guard from the camera screen and opened the door.

“What is it?” Before the guard could inform him about her father, David pushed the man away.

“You wench. What did you do?” the guard frowned. Did the man not say that he was Nora’s father?

Nora’s face went cold instantly. She stared at David as if she was looking at a stranger.

“What are you looking at? Do not play innocent. I know that it is you! Take that video down this instant or else..” Nora finally laughed looking at the brooding man.

David was stunned but then rage burnt him like never before. This wench was making fun of him.

“You… you!”

“What you! Were you not lusting after me just the other day? You know, I have made a video of it too. I will post it once everyone gets bored of Penny’s video. Like a daughter , like a father!? Do you like the tagline I have thought of?” Nora mocked as she laughed with her hands folded in front of her chest.

Her face was full of contempt. David had never been humiliated like this. Since he had taken the company, Nora and others had always bowed their heads and respected him.

“You wench!” He walked forward to slap her hard but the guard stopped him.

“You can leave if you are here to create trouble. Or I will call the police.” the guard warned. When he was arguing with Nora, the guard had already called Alric and informed about David.

“Call the police. Even i want to see how they would stop me from taking Nora with me. She is still a minor and I am still her guardian. You are going to regret it, Nora.” he hissed and pushed the guard away. But the guard still blocked him away from Nora.

“Go on, push him and beat me. The whole room is full of cameras. You will leave with me one more footage against you. If I publish all of them one by one, where do you think you would land? Would you still be able to keep your head high or my guardianship.” she laughed heartily. Looking at David struggling like a fish without water, she felt a strange satisfaction in her heart.

“You bittch.” David cursed but he did not slap her as he had intended. He looked at her with narrowed eyes as if he wanted to kill her with his gaze.

“What do you want?” he hissed with venom but she only smiled brightly.

“Is it not clear already? I want revenge. And I want what belongs to my father.” David frowned.

“Nora, your father was in debt when he died. There is nothing left.” he explained in a calm voice but a hint of guilt flashed past his eyes.

Nora might have missed it in her last life, but now she knew more than the truth.

“Save your drama for the company, David stone. We both know what the truth is. You have trampled on me enough. Now if you want to save yourself or your daughter, you have to bend your head and kneel in front of me. Only then will I explain my terms and conditions.” looking at her smirk, David’s chest burnt. He took another step toward her but she only glared at him with a provoking gaze.

“Nora! Do not cross the limits. I am running out of patience.” he warned her again but she only shook her head.

“Tsk! You still do not understand the severity of the situation. Do you? Your daughter is proven as a whore and now I have proof to announce you as a lecherous man. Then your act of a kind and benevolent man would not work.

But if you kneel and ask nicely, I may change my decisions.” her voice had a strange hint of authority. David had never expected that Nora could be this strong and intimidating.

“I will give you five percent shares. And take you back in the house. I promise that Sophia and Penny will not harm you again. Not only that, I will let you study further. I will admit you to the best university in the world. You can study whatever you want.” The man sounded so sincere that Nora felt disgusted.

“You think I am this gullible? It is a shame that I have to do this.” David watched as she pressed a few buttons and in the next second his phone started to ring. Another video was displayed on the screen where Sophia was beating Nora.

“Only you are left now, my dear uncle.”
