“You.. you!” David’s eyes widened. How could a person change this much in one night?!

“Kneel uncle, you do not have any choice.” she smirked with a smug look that made him furious. How he wanted to run forward and tear her apart. But she had so many videos. When had she collected them?

“Even if you have videos on all of them. You do not have anything on me. You are lying.” his lips curled into a cold smirk. “I can always feign ignorance. At most, I can divorce sopha and send Penny away with her. But you… I will drag you out from this place and force you to return to me since you are still a minor.

“Only four months are left.”

“Four? Only a month is enough to break your wings and make you crawl. If you believe that you have the upper hand, then you are a fool living in a dream.” They both stared at each other. The air in the room was thinning.

The door opened and panicked Alric entered. He looked relieved watching Nora but his eyes went cold instantly facing David.

David scowled at Alric. If not for his help, Nora could not have done it.

“If you do not stop the video, I will spread the news that you have kidnapped a minor. We both know that her wish would not matter in this case. A pedophile! That is how you would be known to the world.” he glared viciously at Alric.

Alric smiled softly, looking amused.

“You are free to leave. I want to see which media would stand against me.” The soft smile left David seething.

“Twenty percent shares of the company that belonged to my father. As long as you return them to me, I will not pursue the matter.” Nora cut the man and forced him to look at her back, “otherwise i have witness and proof that you and your family assaulted me.”

“Ha! Try it. These videos did not work in the court.” Alric nodded at once as he walked toward Nora and wrapped his hand around her waist.

“But if I stand behind her…” David’s face changed color. This man must be using Nora to destroy him. But why? They never had any arguments.

“Twenty percent shares, I repeat. As long as…” Nora smirked. “My hands are already itching to send more videos.” this witch! He should have killed her with her parents if not for the condition.

“I only have twenty percent shares in my name. If I gave them to you, I would have nothing left. You can as well as destroy me and take those shares.” he snickered. “I can give you two percent. This would be enough for you to live a good life even when he will abandon you.”

David took a step to follow her but was immediately blocked by Alric.

“If you don’t leave, I will call the police.” David gritted his teeth.

He waited there for a long minute. He was sure Nora would come back. She would gain nothing by ruining them. A business deal would be a better choice.

“Leave!” but only when Alric snapped did he realize Nora had no intention to return. If he bowed his head now and called for her, the girl would only be more arrogant and ask for twenty percent shares.

He could not let her have her ways. His eyes narrowed.

“I will return soon.” threatening Alric, David left the room. But as soon as he was in the lift, he punched the door. His whole body was quivering with rage.

The moment he walked out, he contacted his lawyer.

“I have a case to discuss.” but before he could continue, his lawyer sighed.

“I know I have just received the papers. This is a mess. But why didn’t Nora send me? Is she also involved? I have told you, you must keep her away from financial matters. But you do not listen. Now..” David’s face grew ashen and he had an ominous feeling in his heart as he listened to the rambling of his lawyer.
