Chapter 401: A New Pet!
When Chris returned to his house, he had hardly reached for the keys in his pocket when the door opened. A girl smiled at him as she opened the door.

She took the coat from him and took out his slippers for him.

“How was your day?” she asked in a bright voice. He held her by her wrist and pushed her on the door. Her head hit the door leaving her stunned.

Sirens rang in her ears and she closed her eyes and gasped.

“You are not my wife. You are just a fuck toy who was brought here so that i can relieve my tension on you.” he whispered in a low voice with dark eyes. His voice looked no more than the voice of a demon who had come to claim her life.

The girl gasped and nodded as she felt the pain. Only when she cowered did he let her go and entered the house.

“Where is Mrs Sinclair?” He looked around and did not find the housekeeper.

“She left after cooking the meal. I did not ask her to leave.” The man watched her walking in the kitchen and putting the casserole in the microwave. At least, she knew her way with the gadgets.

He watched her dressed in an elegant dress. For some reason it felt oddly similar to Nora. or he was imagining it because he was obsessed with Nora recently.

She had not used any makeup except lipstick. Her hair was tied in a simple bun. A clean look and style. Again like Nora.

“Did you go shopping?” He watched her working as a pro in the kitchen. He washed his hands in the sink as she started setting the table.

“Yes! The man who brought me here asked me to buy a few clothes for myself and basic toiletries since there was nothing in the house. I did not spend much.” she added after some hesitation making him smirk.

“And still you are wearing a branded dress.” the girl paused before placing the bowl on the table.

“It is what I used to wear before… I will keep that in mind in the future.” Chris shook his head and sat on the other side.

“You do not need to. I am generous when it comes to women.” he smirked as he picked up the bowl to eat. The food was delicious. He enjoyed eating.

The girl watched him closely, when she felt his mood improving, she smiled and pulled the chair to sit on it but before she could sit on it, he pushed the chair in the end moment. She fell on the ground and winced.

Her eyes sting with the pain. Chris watched her with a gloomy look.

“Did I not warn you already that you are not a person but a thing? How dare you sit beside me to eat?” His voice was cold and full of disgust.

The girl bit her lips to not let the scream leave her body. Her body ached. He watched her sitting there pathetically and then pointed at the bag he had brought.

“It is alright, I understand that you are having trouble accepting your new role. But I have brought a gift for you so that you can understand better. Go on and open it.” The girl looked at the small shopping bag and brought her courage to stand up.

She smiled at him and ran to open the bag. But she was stunned to see the contents. She looked at it for a long time but did not bring things out from the bag.

“What happened? Do you not like the color?” he asked with a soft voice. “Do not be so choosy!” he muttered only to make her gulp.

With shaky hands, she took out the small leash from the bag and looked at him with an ashen face.

He laughed. “Go on and try it! I want to see how it looks on you.” he wiped his face with a napkin and stood up.

He frowned when the girl stood there frozen. He took the leash and collar from her hand and then wrapped the collar around her neck. Tears started to fall from her eyes instantly but she did not dare to make a voice.

“You are a bitch i have picked up from the street. And i prefer that my pet would wear collar and leash. It would mark you as mind and even remind you who you are so that you do not keep making mistakes. I am not the patient man you see and I don’t want to hurt you without reason. So you will behave now, right?” it took all her strength to nod.

His grip on her neck was not light at all. If she didn’t reply, she was sure that he would strangle her. Feeling her nod, he let her neck go and attached that leash on the collar.

“Now, all you need to do is eat from the floor so that you can adapt to it. Do not worry, if i will be in a good mood i will let you use a plate in the future. No go on and hurry, I need you on my bed too.” he gave her a gentle nudge.

More tears fell from her eyes. She took a deep breath and walked toward the table where her chair was still fallen.

She kneeled on the ground and waited for Chris to follow her. Then he brought food from the kitchen. Food that was cold and meant for the fridge. The girl watched the plenty of warm food on the table as he threw the rice on the ground and then poured vegetables over it. The girl bowed her head and started eating like a dog. He watched her with interest as she finished all the food.

Her whole face was covered with food and her perfectly kept here were ruined. How many times had he imagined her as Nora doing the same. He was in a much better mood.

“You have been a good bitch! Now you will get a reward.”
