Chapter 82: Go!
Since the girls had already gathered enough resources from the canteen, their breakfast could be said to be quite rich. They ate the bread they took from the canteen first, though as it was more likely to go stale after a few days.

“There are other students.” Amelia was eating when she saw someone walking in the distance and frowned.

“Don’t worry, they’re not heading in our direction.” Riya glanced up and determined the student’s direction after a moment.

“How do you know?”

“Because he’s only looking in our direction when he’s looking around, which meant that he’s trying to find out if there’s anyone nearby who want to follow him,” Riya explained calmly.

She had experienced this kind of scene many times during the time she was in that world.

When there were people who passed by, Riya would pay attention to their body language to determine their direction. Because she had to be careful to make sure no one would follow her and try to steal her belongings.

Even if she was quite poor in the beginning, what she has could be said to be her treasure. She couldn’t possibly let others take it from her.

“Your observation is quite keen.” Amelia munched on the bread as she watched the student walked by. From the direction he was going, it seemed that he wanted to pay a visit to the canteen and tried his luck.

Riya saw this and nodded.

“Our destination will be your home, Amelia.”

“Ah?” Amelia blinked her eyes and then asked, “Do you really think it’s a good idea to go to my place?”

“Your brother is strong,” Riya said.

Amelia thought about it and nodded. She didn’t know how strong Samuel is, but she guessed that he should be very very strong. Because she had been beaten up and there were also some others who came and then got beaten up by her brother.

When Amelia thought about her brother’s force value, she shivered.

It didn’t seem to be a good idea to offend him.

“Do you want to go back to your place or follow me, Ruby?” Amelia thought of something and turned to look at Ruby.

Ruby raised her head and said, “I’ll follow you.”

She didn’t like her family members and Ruby knew that if she were to follow them, nothing good would come to her. Rather than causing herself to suffer, it would be better for her to follow Amelia and stayed in her place.

“I can also work for you or help you with something,” Ruby added. “My physical strength is not good, but I can help you to do some research if you want to.”

After a moment, the shaking stopped and Riya looked into the distance. Her pupil dilated when she saw a new crack not far from them.

“Step on the gas!” Riya yelled.

“What?”

“Now!”

Ruby was stunned and as she looked behind, she saw the large crack formed on the side of the street not far behind them. A magic beast climbing up and the head had already appeared.

This scene made their blood turned cold.

Riya knew that she could not block this crack right now because there were dozens of magic beasts rushing out and there were more than one cracks in this area.

Damn it!

“Run! Run! Run!” Amelia shook Ruby’s hand, asking her to run away quickly.

What a joke, if it was only one or two magic beasts, then Amelia would still step forward and fight against it. But if there were dozens of magic beasts coming…
