‘I hope they won’t do anything funny this time around. Otherwise…’ The patriarch’s expression darkened, thinking that if the Golden Lion race would mess around and hinder them in any way, he would show them that there were still differences in strength even between those strongest factions in the world.

Both of them immediately understood the assignment as they realized that Cain hinted at them to not reveal anything about him because with them being overly polite, it might raise suspicion from Garran and his protector about their relationship.

“Big Brother Cain, Who’s that beautiful sister? Why is she watching you weirdly?” Ayla piped up suddenly, tugging on Cain’s sleeve.

“Now that Ayla mentioned it. It seems the jade cold beauty has finally taken a liking to someone, my good friend at that.” Garran chuckled.

“Wow! She must be super rich then.” Ayla exclaimed, thinking that she must have an infinite amount of money because she heard from Garran’s mouth before about the Starlight Auction House being a force as strong as his family but much richer.

“I guess you could say that, yes.” Cain shook his head helplessly when he heard it.

“Big Brother Cain, here!” Ayla made a gesture as if she wanted to whisper something to him.

Cain then crouched down and moved his head closer to her.

However, unbeknownst to Ayla, most of the people present here were strong enough to hear someone’s whisper even from quite far away, resulting in all of them laughing out loud when they heard Ayla’s whisper.
