“My Lord, a group is heading our way. How should we handle this?” Fenix asked Cain as he noticed that a few people were heading here.

A few seconds later, Cain and Fenix saw that there were a few people blocking their way.

All of them had reached King Ranks, as there was someone between them who had even reached the Peak-level King Rank.

The middle-aged man with red hair and a beard in his early 50s who had reached the Peak-level King Rank stepped forward and asked with a wary expression. “What’s your purpose in coming here, and which force are you from?”

The reason why he was wary of Fenix was because he couldn’t detect Fenix’s rank and even felt an extreme danger coming from Fenix.

“Take me to see your patriarch!” Fenix ignored his question and ordered him instead as he released his aura, showing a little bit of his strength.

When the middle-aged man sensed it, he was surprised as he felt the terrifying strength from Fenix, and he knew that it was just a part of his strength since Fenix didn’t even bother much when he released his aura and ordered them to take him to see the patriarch.

“This… The patriarch was still in the middle of meeting with the other elders, sir. Can you want to wait for a little bit? Because I need inform the patriarch first.” The middle-aged man smiled and scratched his head as he explained it to Fenix.

Fenix shook his head lightly before looking at the man with a serious expression.

“No! Just take me there. This is not a request! Do you understand?”

The middle-aged man hesitated a little bit before nodding at Fenix. “Okay then, follow me.”

Subsequently, Fenix waited for Cain to catch up with him as he wanted to be close with Cain so that he could protect him better in case something like before were to happen once again.

This was the reason why Cain ordered Nix to go further because he wanted his main body to be within the scan range of the hall where Fenix and his clone were heading to.

The hall was filled with individuals that have remarkable strength.

Among them, two Mid-level Conqueror Rank Awakeners were the strongest among them, alongside four Low-level Conqueror Rank Awakeners.

There were also a lot of people who had reached King Rank Awakeners.

13 Peak-level King Rank Awakeners stood out, alongside 29 High-level King Ranks, 67 Mid-level King Ranks, and almost 150 people who had reached Low-level King Ranks.

“Hahaha.” Fenix laughed and waved his hand. “Although my strength isn’t much, it’s definitely enough for the likes of you.”

“Interesting.” The patriarch nodded before asking Fenix. “So, what’s your reason for coming here even after you’ve taught my son a lesson?”

“It’s simple. I’m here because I want to ask for compensation for the emotional and alchemy materials damage caused by your son.” Fenix explained.

The patriarch immediately frowned when he heard it, as he was enraged yet confused because there was no correlation between alchemy materials and what had happened inside the Nightshade Pagoda.

“What kind of compensation do you want? And what do you mean by alchemy materials damage that my son caused?” The patriarch asked.

“I just want some of your treasures, that’s it. As for the alchemy materials loss that was caused by your son, I can’t explain it to you, but just know that your son’s deed caused me the loss of some alchemy materials.”

When Fenix explained it, some people were immediately enraged, as Fenix’s explanation didn’t make sense, let alone the fact that what he had done was too much, yet he dared to come here and ask for compensation, which was simply taunting them in their territory.
