Cain then instructed Nix to head towards the cow’s location in the west.

The area he was in at the moment was indeed filled with lightning, as this area was known as the Lightning Veil Ridge.

Even though the name was called Ridge, it was actually almost flat as the mountain was massive, and he didn’t know why it was called Lightning Veil Ridge on the map.

As Cain didn’t want to bother himself with something pointless, he immediately focused himself on scanning his surroundings.

He was being cautious because when he checked the cow’s information, he found that it had GrandLord qualification.

Cain then thought the worst-case scenario with the cow was being a descendant of a strong GrandLord Rank Beast.

When they were about 200 meters away, Cain saw a vast grassland ahead and noticed that in the distance, there was a big white cow around 10 meters big.

The only difference about this cow compared to a normal cow was that its horns were white-purplish, and there were lightning marks on the horns.

After scanning that it seemed there was no lightning Cow that had reached the GrandLord Rank beast nearby, Cain immediately made a plan and instructed Nix to land at a distance.

He then put Nix into the beast space before approaching the cow blatantly without hiding since the cow had noticed them too but did nothing as its attention was locked on them while eating the purple grasses on the ground.

However, when it noticed that Nix was gone and Cain was heading towards him, it immediately became wary and looked at Cain as if measuring its strength.

Sensing that Cain had only reached Low-level Lord Rank, the cow’s wariness subsided, though it kept a watchful eye on him.

The reason the cow could sense Cain’s rank was because he had ordered the system to remove the concealment on his rank so that the others would be able to tell his rank as long as their rank was higher than his.

When his distance was about 50 meters away from the cow, Cain directly unsheathed his sword on his waist and enveloped it with his foxfire while using only a little bit of his energy, around 1/20th or 50,000 energy stats.

Cain then pretended as if he used a lot of strength when he swung his sword before breathing haggardly, looking at the crescent moon-shaped sword energy that was engulfed in flames heading towards the cow.
