The elevator door suddenly opened while they were in the middle of their heated session, and a strained cough came from the door as the person who had been standing there turned her eyes away to give them some privacy. Mark and Luan turned as one towards the person, and Luna’s eyes widened as she saw that it was one of her personal secretaries standing there!

Luna immediately detached herself from Mark and tried to arrange her clothes properly, but the huge blush on her face and her wet and swollen lips only served to make her look even more sensual than before. Luna quickly started to fix her hair and spoke up.

“R-Rita, what the hell are you doing here? Did… did you see anything?”

Mark chuckled in amusement as he heard Luna’s nervousness, and Luna glared up at him and hit him with her shoulder to tell him to stop laughing! This was serious! Luna had a reputation to uphold as the leader of this guild, so showing such a scene to one of her own secretaries was not good at all!

Mark raised a hand in surrender as one last chuckle came out. Mark just found it funny that Luna would be asking something like that. Of course, she fucking saw them! They were a moment away from taking each other’s clothes off!

Rita smiled in a professional manner and she shook her head to indicate that she saw nothing while speaking.

“I wanted to bring the documents you asked for regarding the merger directly to you, Madam Luna.”

Rita wisely did not comment on Mark and Luna’s position, and Mark could see Luna release a calming breath as she nodded and told Rita to hand it over. Mark followed Luna as they went deeper down the corridor until they got to a large door at the right, which opened up to reveal Luna’s office.

It was huge.

That was the only way Mark could describe it without going into too much detail. There was a single table with two office chairs on either side of it at the center of the office. Behind that, there was a large wall made of nothing but glass that looked out into the city below, and on the right, there was a large couch and TV that Mark suspected was meant for games more than it was for meetings. Knowing Luna, Mark wouldn’t be surprised if she sometimes hid in her office and spent days on that couch while playing games.

“The documents on top are meant for the government permits that we need before we can go ahead with anything else, and the other documents detail the possible issues we might run into with our investors, clients, and employees.”

Luna was flipping through the documents as she listened to Rita’s explanation. Luna had a secretary for every section of the guild that she had to run to ensure that there was smooth running of the guild regardless of what happened, and Rita was the secretary in charge of all diplomatic and political issues. A guild as large as the Moonlight Guild always had one issue or another with regards to the Anima they caught, so Luna had looked for the best lawyer to handle this section, and out of everybody she interviewed, Rita was the best she could find. So Luna was sure that she could trust this information.

Luna thanked Rita for her hard work and then told her to excuse them.

“I’ll take a look at it and get back to you about what we’ll do. You may leave us.”

Luna didn’t really mean anything by what she had said, but Mark noticed

how Rita’s eyes widened slightly once Luna said this before a small blush rose on Rita’s face as she nodded and started to leave with a scandalous smile. Mark chuckled again, and Luna looked up from the folders in her hands to give him a curious look.

“What is it?”

“You really need to be more self-aware of the things you say. Your secretary probably thinks we’re about to jump each other like animals.”

Luna’s brow furrowed in confusion as she tried to think back on her words and how they might have been interpreted like that, and it only took a few seconds before a blush started to appear on Luna’s face. Luna immediately shook her hand in front of her.

“W-Wait! I didn’t mean it like that! I just wanted to look at the documents properly!”

“Yeah, I know that. But she doesn’t. Hopefully, rumors of us having sex in the office don’t spread around soon.”

Mark said this as he started to walk towards Luna slowly. The blush on her face made her fair skin and hair stand out even more than normal, and since she was leaning against the table, there was nowhere for her to move as Mark stopped right in front of her.

Luna held the folders up to Mark’s chest as she swallowed. When she spoke, there was a nervous crack in her tone.

“W-What are you doing? I already said this isn’t what I meant.”

Mark hummed calmly as he began to lean down while talking.

“Well, if there are going to be rumors, we might as well make the best of it.”

A smile danced at the edge of Mark’s lips as he said this, and Luna felt a thrill go through her body at the thought of doing something so scandalous in her office. Luna felt a little bit of hesitation holding her back, but Mark’s proximity destroyed all of that easily as Luna closed her eyes and leaned up to meet him.

Luna had actually not meant to make it seem like she wanted to do this now, but she wasn’t going to deny Mark if he wanted it. Luna’s heart was beating like a drum in her chest as she waited for Mark to kiss her, and when Mark’s lips touched her own, Luna’s entire body shivered!

Luna moaned into Mark’s mouth as she immediately grabbed his tie to pull him closer, and Mark’s hands were on Luna’s ass before she knew what was going on! Mark pulled Luna up and dumped her on the desk unceremoniously, and Luna opened her legs to give Mark some space to move closer and deepen the kiss even more!
