Chapter 679: You Need To Relax!
“So that’s why I couldn’t get through to the feeds with my algorithm. I was trying to break into a field that didn’t exist anymore. If you redirect it like this, you’re basically ensuring that no one else gets access to the camera while giving the hall a sense of false security! That’s amazing!”

The girl turned to Pat with stars in her eyes and a wide smile on her face, and Pat coughed into his closed fist as a small blush crept up his cheeks. This was the first time anyone was able to fully understand everything that he did in one of his more scientific projects, and hearing her praise it like this made him feel strangely shy. Pat shook his head.

“It’s something simple, so there’s no need to be that impressed. If you can’t do it, then you’re just stupid!”

Patrick didn’t mean anything by what he said just now. It was just his own haughty way of trying to be humble. But his words were so condescending and prideful that his girl immediately thought he was talking down to her, and she glared at him.

“Huh!? You bastard! Are you calling me stupid!? Who do you think you are!?”

Patrick blinked at her in surprise before his face slowly morphed into a look of anger! This was why he fucking hated women! They jumped to conclusions faster than anything he had ever seen in his life!

“Shut up, you bitch! Do you think you’re the center of the world or something, huh!? You’re lucky I haven’t called the cops to arrest you for assault! Hey, what the hell are you doing!? Let go of me! Let go, dammit! Hey!”

“RARGGHH!!”

Crash!

A loud crash echoed through the room as the girl tackled Pat to the ground for another fight!

“Yeah, this is the one. I tried to get in, but I couldn’t. I think someone must’ve locked it from the inside.”

“I’m sure it’s one of those floozies that snuck in to do something stupid. Is this how superhumans are treated here after we’ve donated so much already? We can’t even use the toilet because someone decided to be greedy? I would’ve just broken the door if you weren’t passing by.”

In the hallway leading to the inner sector of the Lincon Hall, two women were standing with frowns on their faces as they spoke to a security man who was staring at the door leading to the women’s bathroom. The door had been locked, and the two women were angry that they couldn’t get in earlier when they tried. No matter how much the woman knocked, the person inside didn’t bother to open it, and when the security guard was passing, they called on him and reported it.

The security man apologized for what was happening and quickly brought out a master key from his pocket and used it to open the door. The security man was already ready to confront whoever had done this and give them a warning about taking the facilities away from others, but once they saw who was on the other side of the door, all three of them froze in shock as the unmistakable smell of sex hit their noses like a fucking train! But that wasn’t the thing that shocked them the most! What shocked them the most was who they saw inside the room!

Luna was standing in front of one of the sinks in the bathroom, fixing up her lipstick in the mirror, and beside her, Arit was sitting on another sink with her legs wrapped around Mark’s waist. Mark had pinned Arit ‘s back against the mirror. He had one of his hands on the wall behind her, and the other one was holding her exposed left leg. Mark and Arit had been kissing intensely just before the door was opened.

Once the door opened, all three of them turned to look at who was there with glares on their faces, and the security guard felt his heart almost stop in fear as he saw who he had interrupted! It was GHOST! He just walked in on GHOST kissing his girlfriend! Fuck, he was dead!

“S-S-Sorry! I’m sorry!”

The security guard apologized profusely as he quickly started to back up and the two females who had made him open the door also starting to apologize as they realized their mistake! Even though they were superhumans as well, they knew that neither of them could stand up to the sheer power that was present in this room right now! Mark and Luna were the two most powerful superhumans in the country right now, and Arit was also a monster in her own right! It was impossible for them not to feel small!

Mark sighed as he saw the fear in their eyes, and he decided that it was time for him to go. They had taken up the bathroom for too long already, and it was time for them to start going back to the main hall. Mark gave Arit one more kiss and told her that he would wait outside for them. Arit frowned as she realized that Mark was leaving, and she turned to glare at the girls who interrupted them in anger, but Mark told her that it was fine. He would be right outside.

Arit pouted as her legs tightened around Mark’s waist, but after some time, she finally relented and released her legs from his waist to allow him to pull back. Mark gave Arit another kiss, and as Mark passed Luna, he leaned down to give her a kiss as well.

After they separated, Mark closed his eyes and hummed for a moment before saying.

“Cherry?”

Luna smiled up at him with a small blush and nodded when Mark guessed what flavor her lipstick was. Mark grinned before he told her that it was nice and finally left with the security guard to give the women some space.

The two women who wanted to enter the bathroom before smiled at Mark as he passed them with a small greeting, and one of them even flipped her hair back as she tried to make Mark get a whiff of her perfume! But they both froze as they felt eyes on them, and when they turned, they saw Arit’s poison-yellow eyes glaring at them with enough rage to put the fear of God into them! Arit crossed her legs as she got more comfortable on the sink and told the women to stop standing there like fools. Come inside and close the fucking door!

“Aren’t you going to use the bathroom?”

Luna gave Arit a look of slight disapproval, but Arit ignored it as she kept her glare fixed on the two women.

Both women knew that Arit was pissed about them interrupting her and Mark, and they didn’t want to be anywhere near Arit at that moment! But they were superhumans as well, and their pride would take a huge hit if they left now just because they were afraid of Arit, so both women swallowed their fear and entered the bathroom.

“You didn’t need to scare them like that. People are already saying things online about the way you treat anyone that even looks at Mark, and you’re not helping your situation.”

Luna was the one who spoke up with a frown of disapproval on her face as the three of them walked down the hallway leading to the main hall.
