Strongest Superhuman System - Chapter 818
Chapter 818: Preparation
Mark had killed more than a hundred anima in Japan, and the system had rewarded him for all of that. When Mark added the number of points he got from those anima to the points he received from defeating the Bishop on Oshima Island, Mark had more than fifty thousand skill and stat points.

This is what Mark’s stats currently looked like, and Mark furrowed his brow while trying to think of the best way to distribute the points. As far as stats go, Mark knew that he would need more strength and durability than ever before. That mana blast that the Anima King used against the German army had unbelievable destructive power.
If Mark ever took that blast head-on, he didn’t know what it would do to him.
So, Mark decided that he was going to improve those two stats a lot. But Mark also needed to improve his mana since he was going to be using it a lot in the battle.
Agility and stamina were also important, but they weren’t as immediately necessary as the other stats.
Mark chose how all of his stats were going to be distributed, and the system brought up the notification tab asking for confirmation.
[Does the user wish to send points to the selected stats? Yes/No]
Mark chose yes, and the system brought up a new tab showing the distribution of points.

Mark squeezed his hand into a fist and felt the increase in stats surging through his body. Mark’s strength and stamina had practically doubled from how they were before. Mark hadn’t been able to get into a good fight like this in a long time, so the anima that he killed over the past few days was a great boost to what he had.
Mark hoped that the amount of stat he had would be enough to stop the Anima King without causing too much damage to the German land. But with how strong they both were, Mark didn’t hold out much hope of Germany getting through this. Mark just had to make sure that there weren’t too many casualties in the coming battle.
Mark turned to look at the skills that he had. Mark ran into more of an issue as he tried to figure out what skills were necessary to improve. Mark would definitely have to improve the [Healing Aura] skill since it was going to be helpful if Mark was ever injured in the middle of battle, but the [Blunt Force Trauma] and Mana Circulation skills were also important.
The only issue that Mark had was that each of these skills needed well over ten thousand points in order to improve them, so it was going to be difficult for him to improve all of them.
Mark had to be very careful in choosing what skills to improve.
Mark allowed his eyes to trail down toward where his Divine skills were listed, and he felt himself frown as he saw them.
They were all very useful, and Mark felt annoyance filling him as he remembered that he couldn’t improve any of them with points. If Mark could use skill points on a skill like [Crown of the Golden Horizon], Mark would have both a physical boost and a healing skill packed into one super skill! It would have been far better to improve that skill rather than relying on Healing Aura all the time!
But Mark didn’t allow that to disturb him for long. Mark moved the points to the skills he thought were most important, and the system brought up the usual notification.
[Does the user wish to send points to the chosen skills? Yes/No?]
Mark chose yes, and he watched as the points were shifted from him.

After sending all of the stat and skill points where they were meant to go, Mark glanced at his notification tab one last time before closing it up and relaxing back on the hull of this plane. Mark stayed in silence for the next few minutes as he allowed the hum of the jet filter through his body to relax him. There was a sense of finality present in this moment as Mark moved toward his enemy; like this had been in the making for years before Mark was born, and it was finally about to come to a climax.
And yet, even with the intensity of the situation, Mark felt no pressure on him. Mark didn’t know if it was because of his constant meditation that allowed him to calm his mind, or if it was just a product of his personality, but the only thing Mark knew was that he was calmer than ever before.
As they got nearer to Germany, Mark began to sense the intense mana of the Anima King even from miles away. There was a pressure that had surrounded the area near Germany, like something physical was pressing down on everything around it. Just that feeling alone put a skip in Mark’s heart, and Mark tightened his hand into a fist once more as the calmness fought against Mark’s anger and soothed it into a calm, sensible hum at the back of Mark’s mind. Mark couldn’t allow his desire for battle to get the better of him. Not right now.
