Strongest Superhuman System - Chapter 838
Chapter 838: Here’s Sozin!
“System, what does it mean to be the God of War and Conquest? I thought Ares was the God of War.”
Mark asked this question as he looked at his aspect, and the system confirmed that he was right.
[To be the God of War and Conquest means to be the patron god of all beings in the user’s governing world who desire victory in battle. All prayer and worship from such followers will come to the user, and all beings rising into battle will gain a boost in strength when they are followers of the user. The more followers the user has, the more Divine power the user will possess. And yes, the user is correct. The war god Ares is currently the strongest Divine God of War. But that does not mean that there are no other Gods of War. Just like the other gods of War, the user also possesses an aspect of the Divinity that made Ares the great God that he currently is, and with enough work and more followers behind him, the user can equal and even surpass the greatness of Ares as the strongest War God.]
Mark frowned.
“And how long did it take Ares to get to where he is now?”
[By the system’s calculations, Ares has been a God of War for 5*10^50 human years. This is approximately five thousand celestial years. The God of War, Ares, is one of the oldest gods and also the fourth strongest god in existence.]
That’s a long time.
Mark couldn’t help but stare at the system screen in awe. If the system was saying that it took that long for Ares to get as powerful as he did, then Mark would have to work for at least that long before he could get to where Ares was in strength.
Now, that wasn’t even the most important factor right now. The most important factor was the fact that the system was saying that Mark was going to be alive after that long.
‘I’m going to be alive for a long time. Is this why all the gods are so eccentric? They try to fill their eternity with their own version of fun in order not to feel bored. What should I do with my eternity?’
Mark looked around him again, at the vast arena that he had found himself in. Mark could feel in his heart that this area was his domain. It was his to control and change as he wished. It was an extension of what made Mark Vanitas who he was.
Mark thought about the sun, and the moon in the sky gave way for the sun to rise. Mark thought about rain, and then it came down. Mark thought about a skyscraper, and from the ground, a giant skyscraper that was similar in design to the Vanitas building in Mark’s mind began to rise.
It carried the arena into the air, and Mark ended up sitting on top of the skyscraper while glancing at the sun in the distance. Mark added more and more things to the domain using nothing but his imagination, but as time passed, Mark felt a strain pressing against the back of his head, like a headache that was trying to tell him he was going too far.
[The User has exceeded the mental limit for his Domain. The system advises the user to gain more training before trying to add more things to his domain.]
‘So that’s the limit.’
Mark wondered if there was a limit to what he could create or not, but Mark realized that there were only two limitations on his domain.
The first limitation was that Mark couldn’t create any form of life yet. Mark didn’t know if this was because he didn’t have any practice or if it was because his Aspect didn’t have anything to do with life and nature, but when Mark tried to think of anything living, it just didn’t appear in the domain. The second limitation was Mark’s mind.
Mark was not used to carrying the strain of so much creation on himself as a fledgling god. Mark was new to all this, and he would only be able to create more in his domain after he had practiced more with his skills.
Mark was in the process of still thinking about what his domain could do and how he could make it better when Mark felt an intrusion upon his territory.
Mark didn’t have any other way to describe what the feeling was like. It just felt like there was something trying to come into his territory, and just like a lion that guards its land from others, Mark could feel his mana surging to life in response to the intruder.
But once Mark got a good sense of who it was that was encroaching on his land, Mark felt a small chuckle escaping from his mouth as he grinned.
“There’s my favourite Superhuman! Or is it God now? Haha!”
“Sozin, you fucking bastard.”
The god of games appeared in Mark’s domain with all the flourish that Mark remembered!
He was still wearing the same attire as always—the knickers and red shirt with a cap on his head—and he looked very young, but now, Mark was no longer feeling the oppression that he would always feel in Sozin’s presence whenever they were together before.
Due to the fact that Mark was just a normal human, no amount of strength allowed him to match the aura that Sozin possessed as a god. But now that Mark also possessed Divine Mana and his Divinity had awakened, Mark could easily withstand the pressure from Sozin!
“Mark, my boy! Look at you all grown up! Oh, it brings a tear to my mother-fucking eye! I’m crying! I’m literally crying here! Oh man, wasn’t it just a year ago that I was changing your fucking diapers! Mark, you’ve gotta give me some sort of gift, man! I was like the dad you never had! Praise me! Praise me!”
Sozin immediately started to shout his own praise once he was inside Mark’s domain, and the childish god floated around Mark’s head in joy and elation as he yelled at the top of his lungs! Mark just allowed the bastard to get it all out of his system!
Mark knew that Sozin was excited, and Mark couldn’t fault him for it. Mark would be proud too if he was in Sozin’s shoes.
When Sozin seemed to finally get it all out of his system, he breathed a sigh of joy and leaned back on an invisible chair while crossing his legs and giving Mark a coy look.

“Hohoho, so you’re a god of war now, are you? Look at you all grown up. I mean, games are far better as far as Aspects go, but meh, not everyone can be as amazing as me! Haha! I don’t think you know how happy I am for you, you bastard. Honestly. I’m proud of you.”
Mark laughed a little, and he was about to say something back to Sozin, but Sozin suddenly continued talking.
“You won me so much money! I bet everything I had on you! It was crazy! Can you believe I’m the freaking richest god in existence now! All the other gods had to give me ten percent of their assets just from that one bet!”
Mark felt his eye twitch! This bastard was never going to change! Even when Mark was fighting for his life, Sozin was here betting on him like it was some sort of game!
Mark felt like strangling the bastard, and now that Mark was a god as well, Sozin actually felt some pressure from Mark when Mark glared at him. Sozin just chuckled as he floated away from Mark and waved him off.
