- Chapter 1079 - Chapter 1079 I might as well teach you a thing or two
Chapter 1079: I might as well teach you a thing or two Chapter 1079: I might as well teach you a thing or two “It is a place I initially wanted to take you to but soon realized that both you and your husband wouldn’t want it.
Coincidently, now that would be the perfect place for you lot.” Vyriana spoke with a slight smile on her face.
Astaria tilted her head in confusion, “A place that is perfect for us?” Honestly, she didn’t like how Vyriana mentioned that both she and Nux wouldn’t want to go to that place, no matter how she thought about it, the place her Master was talking about didn’t seem as good as her master was making it out to be.
Therefore, Astaria wanted a bit more clarification on the topic.
Vyriana could tell what her disciple was thinking, looking at the others and the expressions on their faces, Vyriana knew that they were thinking something along the same lines as well.
They all wanted answers, a clearer explanation, However, “Anyways, let us leave.
We do not have all day.” Vyriana had no intentions of explaining anything.
She could tell that Nux was already on edge and even now, he was still doubting her.
And Vyriana didn’t like his half-assed way of doing things.
By her logic, if he had decided to trust her, then he should follow through.
Just like how she had decided to trust him as well.
For her disciple’s happiness, it didn’t matter what more ‘surprises’ Nux revealed in the future, as long as he did not become a threat to Yrniel’s safety, she would side with him and protect him, even if it meant going against the Order’s Rules.
Yes, Vyriana was willing to go that far.
However, While doing this, She would not be underestimated.
Her pride would not allow it.
Vyriana knew that in his mind, Nux still believed that he could run away from Vyriana if his wives weren’t around him and she did not like that.
She knew Nux was talented, it was not just his absurd battle strength, but his ways of dealing with different situations, and his mysterious, never-seen-before myriads of abilities that fools even the Divine Stage Cultivators, made him a man who shouldn’t be overlooked.
Nux is someone who will turn the world around once he unleashes his full potential.
However, this didn’t mean he was allowed to be arrogant, especially in front of her.
Nux thinking he could run away, Vyriana perceived it as him looking down on her.
Of course, her thoughts were absurdly outstretched, however, looking at it from a different perspective, she wasn’t wrong either.
Somewhere in Nux’s mind, rushing into Core and hiding from the world till he was strong enough to come out was indeed a valid plan.
In his mind, he had prepared for a situation in case he was wrong about Vyriana and she turned against him.
And this is what Vyriana didn’t like.
It might sound arrogant or petty, but, Vyriana wanted Nux to know that if she ever wanted to harm him or his wives, then he would have no way of coming out of that situation alive, no matter how mysterious or great his abilities were.
Vyriana wanted Nux to show her proper respect.
That was what her pride demanded.
Therefore, rather than answering his doubts, she simply stared at Nux, wanting him to make a firmer decision and actually put his trust in her.
Nux observed Vyriana as well, he wanted to be completely sure about this, he wanted to know where they were going, he wanted to check and confirm if the place was safe for his wives or not, however, ‘Accept it.’ Suddenly, Nux heard Astaria’s voice.
‘But wha-‘ ‘There are no what-ifs here, Nux.

If Master wanted, we would all have been captured without being able to resist and you know it better than I do.
She is not someone who needs foolish tricks to harm us, she is strong enough to directly, and quite easily at that.
So if she is going out of her way to help us, Then we should show her proper respect and be grateful to her.’ Nux understood.
Then, he decided to trust his guts and the Dragon Woman in front of him, and, “Please take us to the place you are talking about, Lady Vyriana.” A smile appeared on Vyriana’s face.
Then, she threw an Hourglass Shaped Artifact at Nux and all his wives.
The Artifact resembled the Artifact used to enter the Battle Dimension and the Waranal Dimension, so Nux and his wives could tell that they were going to another dimension.
“Follow me.” Vyriana spoke as she activated her dimension and disappeared.
Nux and the others followed and disappeared from the place as well.
… “This…” Nux and his wives looked around with awed looks on their faces.
This place was unlike any other Dimension they had ever been in.
It was… gigantic.
Towering trees, their trunks as wide as houses, reached up to the sky, while leaves the size of small boats rustled overhead, creating a symphony of whispers with every passing breeze.
Flowers, some as big as carriages, painted the forest floor with colors so vibrant they almost seemed to glow.
Vines, as thick as ancient serpents, coiled around massive trunks, forming natural archways that beckoned them deeper into the Dimension’s heart.
The air felt like it was an elixir of life, it was pure and invigorating.
They could feel their vitality increase with each breath they took.
“This place is beautiful…” Evane spoke, this was the first time she had seen a place as beautiful as this.
Even the [Core]’s beauty was nothing compared to this place. And it wasn’t just Evane, Nux’s other wives had the same thoughts as well.
However, ‘You guys…’ Suddenly, Nux called out using the connection.
‘What happened?’ Amaya frowned, Nux wouldn’t use connection just to praise this place.
‘Is the Mana here denser than in Yrniel?’ Nux questioned.
‘Huh?’ Astaria frowned.
The other wives had the same reactions, none of them could sense anything like that.
The air here was fresh, sure, however, the Mana here was just as dense as it was Yrniel, there was no difference between the two, at all.
‘Nux, what happened?’ Melia questioned.
‘The Mana here is strange.
When I convert it to *Essence*, I get around 5 times more *Essence* as I normally do.
If I had fought Vedier here instead of Yrniel, I would have defeated him without having to upgrade Dark Amethyst.’ Nux answered as he tried to sense the Mana of this place, trying to find the differentiating factor between this Mana and the Mana in Yrniel but failing to do so.
Hearing his words, his wives’ expressions changed as well.
They also tried to sense the changes in Mana, However, before they could delve deeper, “Mesmerizing, isn’t it?” Vyriana’s voice broke the silence.
“It is…” Astaria nodded with a lost look on her face, her mind still wondering how the Mana here was different “It’s not just beautiful,” Vyriana continued, “It possesses mysterious effects that will greatly benefit all of you.
For individuals at your level, this place is akin to Heaven.” Nux turned to Vyriana, his curiosity piqued.
“What so different about this place?” He hoped that Vyriana’s answer might shed light on the unusual *Essence*-Mana conversion rate, and perhaps offer clues about the true nature of Essence itself or how he could keep this conversion rate, even back in Yrniel, which would raise his Battle Powers to another degree.
Seeing his curiosity, Vyriana smiled, then, she leaned in and revealed, “This place has a mysterious effect that accelerates the rate at which you Master your skills or spells and raise your Mastery levels.
What might take you a hundred years in Yrniel can be achieved here in just twenty-five years.” Vyriana answered.
Nux furrowed his brow in confusion.
“An effect that can help one raise his Mastery over his Spells or Skills?” Vyriana nodded in confirmation.
“Exactly.
Many cultivators tend to overlook the importance of Mastery Levels once they reach a point where they can efficiently use a particular skill or spell in battle.
This is a mistaken approach, as Mastery Levels hold far more significance than most realize-” Vyriana’s explanation came to an abrupt halt as her expression shifted.
“There are people approaching,” she noted, her tone changing.
Vyriana then turned towards Nux and, “Hide your wives into that Portal of yours, as for you, I want you to hide your presence and witness what is about to happen.” A playful smile then appeared on Vyriana’s face and, “If I am going this far, I might as well teach you a thing or two.” Seeing the smile on her face, Nux was mesmerized, his brain momentarily froze, however, he soon returned to his senses and did what he was told.
Nux’s wives walked into the [Core], Nux hid his presence using *Essence*, by now, even he could sense around 25 beings approaching them at an absurdly fast pace.
Just from their speed and aura, Nux could tell it clearly.
These people were strong, Far stronger than any of the ‘world leaders’.
