The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1033
Chapter 1033: Legendary Innate Ability (II) Chapter 1033: Legendary Innate Ability (II) Cain’s vision blurred under the pressure and the eroding energy emanating from the Legendary demonic dragonborn’s palm, but he held on, pouring every ounce of his willpower into his attack.
The gray flames intensified, and he could feel the demonic dragonborn’s life force flowing into him, replenishing his own strength and pushing him beyond his limits.
“BOOOOMMMM!” A massive blast occurred once the colossal body of the Legendary demonic dragonborn finally crashed, but not into the Sea of Wonders immediately.
Instead, it first tore through a massive warship!
Despite all the chaos and danger, Cain had managed to guide their fall toward one of the ships of the Lynch Kingdom.
The energy field did not react to the body of the Legendary demonic dragonborn as it recognized him as part of the Lynch Kingdom’s forces.
So, the Legend’s fall crashed directly into the ship, shattering it to pieces before plummeting into the Sea of Wonders with such momentum and power that waves surged in all directions.
There was shock and awe in the eyes of all the people in the sky, even among the Legends, as they saw the figures of the Legendary demonic dragonborn and Cain vanish from sight.
At first, everybody thought Cain’s fate was sealed after that sneak attack by the Legendary demonic dragonborn, yet the young man managed to somehow trick the Legend and perform a ferocious attack, severely wounding the Legend and taking down a warship in the process.
Although the Legendary demonic dragonborn managed to crush Cain between his palms, it was clear from the scream of agony that things were not simple.
Now that their bodies had fallen into the raging ocean, everyone couldn’t help but wonder who would emerge victorious.
The Sky Masters, Sky Lords, and Legends from the Trinity Kingdom and Lynch Kingdom were all curious as to what was happening inside the Sea of Wonders between those two, but they did not have time for those questions, as the fight carried on, the sky immediately glowing with massive explosions.
Just like those in the sky had no time to wonder about him, Cain also did not think about the rest of the battlefield.
Right now, in his mind, the only thing that mattered was the gray flames that flooded the body of the Legendary demonic dragonborn.
The pressure and dark energy behind the palm of the Legendary demonic dragonborn had already shattered the bones in Cain’s shoulder and destroyed most of his muscles.
It took all of Cain’s energy just to keep his grip over Sky Breaker, channeling the power of Ripper Touch to enhance the wounds and the gray flames to devour everything in their path.
Cain felt that his body was about to shatter when he finally felt it.
His gray flames reached a unique dimension held inside the brain of the Legendary demonic dragonborn, and the power and energy inside it were something on a completely different level than a Sky Lord’s energy pool.
A massive blow reached Cain’s consciousness, making his vision blurry, blood leaking from his ears and eyes, as the True Name’s spirit defense fought against the gray flames.
Yet he remained strong, pushing forward with all he had until finally, a shattering sound echoed inside his mind.
“AHHHHHHHHHH!” The Legendary demonic dragonborn unleashed a scream of utter pain and agony as the gray flames full of devouring power managed to take hold of his True Name, the metaphysical representation of his entire existence.
All the strength in the Legendary demonic dragonborn’s body faded as the light in his eyes trembled.
The only thing that did not wane was his scream as pieces of his true soul were being forcefully pulled out and sent into Cain’s energy pool.
Cain’s eyes widened as he saw the quantity of gray fire full of vitality and energy that was reaching into his energy pool, surrounding it.
The amount was simply staggering, and since there was no one around, he made sure to consume every last iota of it.
More and more gray flames surrounded the energy pool until they became a halo that was over three times larger than the energy pool itself.
Cain’s condition was horrible, to say the least, but even then, he couldn’t help but smile as he saw the amount of energy he managed to gather.
The delight in Cain’s soul reached an even higher level once he saw a sky-blue golden stream of force reach into his energy pool and fuse into his Spirit Force.
Immediately, he felt his mind ringing and an immense weight on his spirit, but that did not diminish the delight in the slightest since that was clearly a Legendary Innate Ability!
It took nearly a minute before the dizziness in his mind and the sense of heaviness in his soul faded, allowing Cain to carry on with the devouring process.

He was excited to test the new power but knew he couldn’t be rash and didn’t dare to activate it.
If the Lynch Kingdom were to see him using the Legendary Innate Ability of the demonic dragonborn, they would attack him like crazy and might accept severe losses as long as they could take his life.
Cain continued devouring for another ten minutes before the gray flames finally consumed everything from the Legendary demonic dragonborn.
The Legend that was originally one hundred meters tall was now a tenth of that size and no longer resembled a dragonborn but a simple human.
Cain was slightly surprised by that change.
He could feel that the massive dragonborn body of the Legend was not made of energy but true flesh and blood, which was why he was so powerful.
‘I will figure things out later.
There are more important things I need to handle.’ Although he managed to take down the Legend, Cain was still badly wounded, and it would not be wise to continue fighting.
A sharp light appeared in Cain’s eyes as he looked up.
He channeled the stolen vitality, healing his broken arms before moving.
