Chapter 1056: Cain vs Morkon (IV) Chapter 1056: Cain vs Morkon (IV) A beam of dark plasma that could rot and wither everything clashed with a concentrated cannon of draconic flames carrying the power of Scarlet Reaper, making the sky tremble.

It was a legendary scene that ignited the spirits and resolution in the hearts of all the warriors of the Trinity Kingdom and Lynch Kingdom.

Both sides clashed with ferocious might, pure killing intent bursting from every cell of their bodies, as they would either destroy the other side or perish!

“BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMM!” A thunderous explosion that made it seem as if the world was ending echoed as the clash between the draconic breath and the beam of dark plasma finally exploded, unleashing a sea of destructive energy.

Necrotic and flaming storm clouds filled the sky, covering all of Bravos.

The warriors of the Trinity Kingdom and Lynch Kingdom could not see the state of the battlefield in the highest sky, but the thunderous explosion made it clear it was just growing stronger, so they continued fighting with everything they had.

“Dark Shield!” Grand Lich Morkon shouted as an obsidian shield appeared in front of him just as a massive bastard sword dashed toward his face.

“BOOOMMMM!” Cain smiled fiercely as Sky Breaker struck the shield, shattering it.

The power he could unleash was truly phenomenal, and he was ready to continue his onslaught.

However, the Dark Shield was not useless.

The Legendary Spell delayed the bastard sword for a second, enough for Grand Lich Morkon to generate a vortex in his hands, which he unleashed point-blank into Cain’s chest.

A literal tornado struck Cain’s chest, drilling into his body and sending him rising into the sky with immense power.

“Ahhhhhh!” Cain shouted as his entire body was covered in scarlet flames, drastically diminishing his energy pool but increasing his power, allowing him to sunder the tornado in half.

There was a bloody wound on his chest.

If not for his Dragonform, that attack could have drilled through him.

Cain’s draconic wings beat furiously as he stabilized himself in mid-air.

His eyes blazed with determination as he roared, unleashing another surge of scarlet flames that enhanced his physical power.

“Dark Scythe!” Grand Lich Morkon responded, summoning a massive scythe of necrotic energy that cleaved through the air toward Cain.

Cain swung Sky Breaker, meeting the Dark Scythe head-on.

The tendrils were incredibly fast, wrapping around Cain’s limbs, constricting with crushing force.

Cain roared, his muscles bulging as he struggled against the bonds.

Scarlet flames erupted from his body, burning through the necrotic energy.

With a final, mighty effort, he broke free, the remnants of the tendrils disintegrating in the air.

“Dragon’s Wrath!” Cain bellowed, his muscles bulging as his physical might increased at the cost of vitality.

He then dived toward Morkon with Sky Breaker raised high.

The bastard sword, now a blur of scarlet light, descended upon the Grand Lich.

Morkon raised his hands, summoning a barrier of dark energy.

The barrier held for a moment before cracking under the relentless assault.

With a decisive blow, Cain shattered the barrier and drove Sky Breaker into Morkon’s shoulder.

“ARGHHH!” Morkon screamed, black ichor pouring from the wound.

He acted fast, and before the power of Ripper Touch could act, he unleashed a blast of necrotic energy that sent Cain reeling backward, the force of the impact nearly knocking him unconscious.

Cain’s vision blurred, but he forced himself to focus.

He could feel the immense power of his True Name pulsing within him, enhancing his body and soul.

Summoning every ounce of strength, he regained control of his body, and moved to the side, just in time to avoid a massive beam of necrotic energy.

A second later and that spell would have struck him, but the danger did nothing to diminish Cain’s battle will, and a vicious and bloody smile appeared on his face as he channeled all the power of Scarlet Reaper into Sky Breaker.

He also channeled the power of Reaper Touch into the flames, making them darker and more destructive.

“Dragon Slayer!” Cain raised Sky Breaker and shouted as he enhanced the weight of the bastard sword to the limit before swinging it down with all his strength, unleashing a massive arc of dark scarlet flames that advanced at an overwhelming speed.

Grand Lich Morkon’s eyes widened as he saw that gargantuan arc of energy.

There was no way to escape.

Speed was not his forte, and the attack carried so much power that it managed to seal the space around him.

“Agamemnon Gate!” A pendant glowed beneath Grand Lich Morkon’s robe, shattering to pieces as it fused with his energy, forming a massive golden gate.

The leader of the Lynch Kingdom was forced to use one of his treasures to survive that destructive attack.

“BOOOOOOMMMMM!” A massive explosion occurred the moment the arc of concentrated dark scarlet flames clashed with the massive golden gate.

Cracks formed on the golden gate immediately due to the power of Reaper Touch, but as expected from the life-saving card of a Stellar Abyss Legend, it managed to hold on.

Grand Lich Morkon showed a small smile of relief as he saw that the concentrated arc of dark scarlet flames vanished, but his eyes widened in the next second as he saw Cain bursting through the cracked golden gate.
