The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1067
Chapter 1067: Sun Church Chapter 1067: Sun Church There was an old man at the front desk of his store, a bored expression on his face.
His name was Filion, and the days for him were monotonous, as not many people came to his place.
The store sold all types of maps and information on how to handle the myriad of dangerous terrains of the Helix Continent.
However, most Sky Lords would not waste their money on such things, and Legends would rather rely on their brute power.
Just as Filion thought today would be another wasted day, he saw a young man walk through the door of his store.
Although the old man was just a Sky Master, he had lived long enough to detect the aura of people, and he was sure that the man before him had awakened his True Name.
“Welcome, welcome to The Golden Route.
I have all sorts of maps and information you might need for your travels, along with treasures that can help you overcome any danger.
My name is Filion.
How may I address you, my Lord?” Filion spoke in a cheerful tone, both respectful and friendly, denoting his background as a trader.
Cain smiled at the old man, showing an amicable expression.
“Good day, sir.
My name is Cain.
I recently arrived on the South Coast, and I would like to know more about it and the rest of the Helix Continent.” At first, Cain was wary about revealing information about his origin, but upon learning more about the customs and nature of the South Coast Alliance, he understood that it was not a problem.
The Alliance did not really care about one’s origin, and many of its members had been people who arose from the islands surrounding the South Coast.
The old man nodded as he heard Cain’s words and did not think too much of it.
The origin of his customers did not matter to him as long as they had the coin to pay.
“I understand.
In that case, the first thing that you should have is a Helix Continent Organization Map.
In it, there is a rough map of the Helix Continent and the boundaries of the forces in control along with many dangerous locations.” Cain’s eyes grew sharp, and a smile appeared on his face, as that was exactly what he needed.
The first step in his new path across the continent would involve learning its power distribution.
“That would be of great help.
How much for it?” “Five spirit coins,” Filion immediately answered, no hesitation in his eyes.
Even if the other party came from a weaker force than the South Coast Alliance, he would not dare to trick a Legend.
Cain immediately nodded as he waved his hand and brought five sky-blue coins from his space ring.
Those were spirit coins, the more common currency for Sky Lords and Legends.
It was a concentration of Spirit Force and could be used to train or as an energy source for tools.
While Cain never spent time farming wealth, he had killed hundreds of Sky Lords and several Legends during the Trinity-Lynch War, taking the space rings of all those that fell under his power, so the amount of money he had was staggering.
As soon as Filion got the coins, he went to one of the shelves and took out a massive parchment.
“Would you like me to describe the information in the parchment?” The man spoke calmly, not demanding any more money and fulfilling his job with utmost proficiency.

Cain smiled as he nodded, before giving the old man one more spirit coin.
He had so many spirit coins that he did not know what to do with them.
After all, he did not need to rely on this sort of tool to train, as his Scarlet Reaper provided all the energy he could need.
Filion was thrilled by the spirit coin and bowed toward Cain in gratitude before spreading the massive parchment on a table, showing the full might of the Helix Continent.
Cain’s eyes immediately widened as he saw the map.
The Helix Continent Organization Map also depicted the islands, but they were barely big dots.
‘If it was made to scale, then the Helix Continent should be hundreds of thousands of times larger than Trinity Island!’ Once more, Cain was amazed by the sheer magnitude of the Crimson World.
Just one of its continents was thousands of times larger than Aether, and the power and forces that managed to take control over this massive place were surely not normal.
Filion noticed the flash of shock in Cain’s eyes but did not think too much about it.
It was normal for those who came from the cluster of islands in the Sea of Wonder to be amazed by the magnitude of the Helix Continent.
After giving a moment for Cain to assimilate the might of the Helix Continent, he pointed to the southern part of the map.
“This here is the South Coast, controlled by the South Coast Alliance.
We are the weakest of the major powers of the Helix Continent, but we are also the safest.” Filion’s finger soon moved a little north, right on the edge of the area marked as the South Coast Alliance territory, and showed a massive mountain range.
“That is the Hellgaping Belt, a massive range of active volcanoes.
It is a very dangerous land that works as a natural defense for the South Coast, keeping most of the creatures and dangers from the central mainland at bay.” Cain nodded, focusing on the path that depicted how to cross the Hellgaping Belt before paying attention to the mainland.
The South Coast only covered around 10 percent of the Helix Continent.
According to the map’s signs, the rest of the territories were controlled by three large organizations.
“Moon Cult, Tiamat Sect, and finally…” Cain’s eyes grew sharp as he saw the name of the last of the forces in control of Helix Continent’s mainland.
“Sun Church.”
