The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1113
Chapter 1113: Zero Bloodline (I) Chapter 1113: Zero Bloodline (I) After the massive, thunderous roar of the Grand Elders that shook both the earth and sky of the Land of Wildness, Kryos’ expression softened into a smile as he focused on Cain.
The young man was now an official member of the Tiamat Sect, bound by the honor and courage that came with such a prestigious title.
Kryos addressed him directly, his voice carrying the weight of authority and brotherhood.
“I understand you are human, Cain,” Kryos began, his icy tone warm yet commanding.
“The Tiamat Dragon Path relies heavily on one’s Dragon Heritage, so obtaining a bloodline would benefit you.” He paused for a moment, then added, “The most suitable for you would be a Zero Bloodline.” Cain’s heart leaped with excitement at the idea of gaining a Dragon Bloodline.
However, there was a flicker of curiosity and confusion in his eyes, as he wasn’t quite sure what a Zero Bloodline actually was.
He had heard the term mentioned before his battle with Celsar but had yet to be given a clear explanation.
Kryos, ever observant, noticed the uncertainty in Cain’s expression and turned toward Zalgrim and Eldrick with a raised brow.
“Surely, the two Elders who brought him here explained the nature of the bloodline and didn’t just mention it without any proper background information?” Both the lightning dragon, Zalgrim, and the obsidian dragon, Eldrick, shifted uncomfortably under Kryos’ gaze, their massive forms betraying a hint of embarrassment.
In the rush of events, neither had taken the time to explain the significance of the Zero Bloodline to Cain.
“Ah…
well…
things moved rather quickly,” Zalgrim muttered, his voice shaking as he avoided eye contact with Kryos.
“Indeed,” Eldrick added sheepishly, also looking down.
“We were caught up in the excitement.” Kryos sighed and shook his head in mild exasperation, a soft chuckle escaping him.
“You two only know how to fight,” he remarked dryly before turning his attention back to Cain.
With a more focused expression, Kryos continued, “A Zero Bloodline is a blank dragon bloodline.
It doesn’t come with predetermined abilities or characteristics like other bloodlines.
Instead, it will fuse with you and adapt to your uniqueness.
It won’t grant you new abilities, but it will enhance what you already possess.
It will make your existing attacks require less energy while significantly increasing their power and efficiency.” Cain’s eyes widened in excitement.
The more Kryos explained, the more perfect the Zero Bloodline seemed for him.
He was already brimming with skills and abilities, many of which were unique to his battle style.
A standard bloodline might conflict with his existing powers.
Yet, the adaptability of the Zero Bloodline meant it would mold itself to his strengths, enhancing his attacks without leaving weak points that might force him to rethink his fighting strategy.
Kryos smiled as he saw Cain’s eagerness.
“A Zero Bloodline is rare and precious, but since you have the support of two Elders,” he gestured toward Zalgrim and Eldrick, “you are entitled to receive it.
Eldrick will guide you to the Treasure Cave, where it is stored.” Cain’s excitement was clear in his eyes, and he could hardly contain the surge of energy within him.
The Zero Bloodline would significantly boost his battle power, aiding his endurance and energy reserves, which had already proven to be a challenge during his fight with Celsar.
“Thank you, Grand Elder Kryos.

I will use the full power of this bloodline for the good of the Tiamat Sect.” Cain expressed his gratitude immediately, fully aware of how precious a gift he was receiving.
Kryos gave a final nod before speaking again.
“Once you have assimilated the bloodline and reached your peak state, return here.
Then you can begin your journey down the Tiamat Dragon Path.” Cain bowed deeply, his respect for the Grand Elders clear in his actions.
“Thank you, Grand Elders.
I am honored to be part of this great sect and will repay the gratitude and kindness I have received today.” With that, Cain turned to leave, following Zalgrim and Eldrick as they made their way out of the massive castle.
After leaving the castle, Zalgrim nodded to Eldrick before turning to Cain.
“Good luck, young man.
May the Dragon Empress’ air guide your flight.” “Thank you for your help, Elder Zalgrim.
I won’t forget it.” Cain nodded back to the lightning dragon, who then turned around and rejoined his group.
With their brief farewell exchanged, Cain and Eldrick took to the sky again, flying side by side toward their next destination.
The two dragons soared through the air for roughly half an hour, their immense wings cutting through the wind as they traversed the vast, untamed landscape of the Tiamat Sect’s domain.
The mountain they approached was enormous, even by the standards of the Tiamat Sect.
It loomed above the land like a sleeping giant, its rocky surface covered in ancient marks and formations that hinted at its long and storied existence.
Suddenly, the mountain’s surface rippled, and a pair of massive eyes appeared on its face.
“What the hell?” The sight sent a shock through Cain’s body, and he immediately sensed the ancient power radiating from the mountain.
The energy it gave off was comparable to that of the Grand Elders-ancient and primal, something far beyond the usual scope of even mighty dragons.
The mountain’s eyes shifted, glancing at Cain and Eldrick as if sizing them up.
After a long, tense moment, the mountain opened its mouth, revealing a cavernous maw stretching endlessly into the earth.
Eldrick chuckled softly at the sight and turned to Cain, his eyes twinkling with amusement.
“Welcome to Elder Xarnak,” he said with a grin.
“He’s one of the living mountains of the Tiamat Sect.
And his stomach, as you might have guessed, is where the Treasure Cave resides.” Cain couldn’t help but blink in astonishment.
“A living mountain…” he muttered to himself, marveling at the sheer oddity of it all.
The Tiamat Sect was truly a place filled with wonders unlike any he had ever seen before.
With a final glance at the towering mountain, Cain followed Eldrick into the massive maw of Elder Xarnak.
