Chapter 1155: Cain vs Ophiron (I) Chapter 1155: Cain vs Ophiron (I) In his full, thirty-five-thousand-meter-long dragon form, Cain loomed like a monstrous shadow against the warrior monk.

His scarlet scales shimmered with the power of flame and lightning, arcs of energy crackling along his massive body.

His wings spread wide, creating gusts of wind that threatened to tear the very air apart, while his claws glowed with destructive energy.

Ophiron, standing at a mere two and a half meters tall, was a stark contrast to the colossal beast before him.

Yet, there was no fear in his eyes-only calm determination.

His golden energy pulsed around him, enhancing his fists and feet as he floated with graceful ease.

Cain lunged first, his massive claw crashing down with incredible force, enhanced by both Earthquake Blow and Weight Manipulation.

The ground beneath Ophiron shattered as the blow approached, the air around it vibrating from the shockwave before even making contact with the monk.

The attack carried overwhelming pressure, making dodging incredibly difficult, yet Ophiron’s movements were a blur as he twisted out of the way, narrowly evading the destructive strike.

Immediately after evading the attack, the battle monk showed his overwhelming speed again, retaliating instantly.

A powerful kick, infused with golden energy, slammed into Cain’s outstretched claw, sending a shockwave through the dragon’s arm and causing him to momentarily lose balance.

“Golden Palm of the Buddha!” Ophiron’s hand glowed with blinding golden light as he thrust his right palm forward, aiming at Cain’s chest.

A massive wave of energy surged forward, intent on breaking through the dragon’s defenses.

Cain snarled, his crimson eyes blazing with coldness.

He recognized that the monk’s battle experience was extremely high, destabilizing him before launching an attack that left no room to dodge.

He raised his wings, creating a barrier of shadows to block the incoming energy.

“BOOOOOOM!” The clash of forces sent both combatants skidding backward.

Usually, those shadows would lack the power to defend against attacks from Stellar Abyss Legends.

Still, after enhancing the Shadow Master Legendary Ability, they became strong enough to block the monk’s golden palm.

“ROAR!” Cain let out a deafening roar, his tail whipping around like a thunderous whip.

As the tail descended, massive waves of scarlet fire appeared along it, and its weight increased severalfold thanks to Weight Manipulation.

The tail attack carried immense power, but Ophiron managed to use his overwhelming speed to move aside at the last second.

However, while the monk dodged the attack, the flames that burst from the strike still caught him, leaving burning wounds on the left side of his body.

Things were not over yet.

Right after the tail crashed into the ground, it moved sideways with immense force, seeking to strike the monk again.

Ophiron clenched his teeth and ignored the pain as he used his incredible agility to leap high into the air, avoiding the devastating strike.

As he ascended, golden energy swirled around his fists, and with a single focused thought, he descended at breakneck speed toward Cain’s exposed flank.

“Golden Fist of Enlightenment!” His fist connected with the scarlet dragon’s side, the impact of the blow enough to crack the massive scales.

The force of the punch reverberated through Cain’s body, but rather than falter, he retaliated immediately.

His tail whipped around once more, enhanced by Earthquake Blow and Reaper Touch, aimed directly at Ophiron’s midair position.

Ophiron’s eyes widened as the tail came at him with tremendous force, but his agility allowed him to twist at the last second, narrowly avoiding the full brunt of the strike.

Even the glancing blow, however, sent him tumbling backward, golden energy flaring around him as he stabilized.

Cain’s cold, killing intent burst as he saw the impact of his strike, and immediately lunged forward, ready to blast the monk with his massive claws.

Ophiron’s eyes widened as he saw the massive scarlet dragon lunging toward him, his entire body glowing with a radiant golden hue as he suppressed the dark energy from his wounds that sought to expand them.

Immediately after suppressing the wounds, Ophiron’s eyes grew cold, and the monk dashed toward the scarlet dragon, skillfully dodging the massive claws before launching a series of rapid strikes-his fists and feet moving like a blur of golden light, each blow enhanced with the power of his soul force.

Cain struggled to block the relentless barrage, raising his massive claws and wings to shield himself from the monk’s devastating attacks.

Each hit sent vibrations through his colossal frame, but his durability as an Ancient Dragon held firm.

He lashed out with his claws, attempting to catch Ophiron in his grasp, but the monk’s speed and agility made him a difficult target.

Though it was not easy to admit, Cain knew that the monk was an incredibly difficult opponent, and his battle skills were superb.

However, it didn’t matter how strong the enemy was-Cain had come here to devour him, and nothing would stop him.  Cain took a deep breath as the barrage of golden blows continued to rain down on him, scarlet flames gathering in his lungs, infused with the power of yin and yang.

Then, with a single roar, Cain unleashed the flames, the light and dark inferno bursting forth from his mouth like a tidal wave of destruction as he unleashed his Yin-Yang Dragon Breath.

The fire engulfed the entire area, scorching the ground and filling the white dimension with intense heat.

Ophiron’s eyes widened as he saw the massive storm of light and dark flames.

The power in them was far more potent than the normal scarlet fire, spreading so fast that even with his agility, there was no time to dodge.

“Eternal Dome!” A dome of golden energy surrounded Ophiron as he unleashed his strongest defensive ability, protecting him from the light and dark flames that overwhelmed the dimension.

Ophiron used a massive amount of energy to keep the dome in place as the fire consumed everything around him.

When the flames finally disappeared, he acted with uncharacteristic ferocity.

With speed even Cain couldn’t anticipate, Ophiron’s golden fists struck, landing a devastating blow to the dragon’s neck.
