The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1161
Chapter 1161: Fighting three Stellar Abyss Legends (I) Chapter 1161: Fighting three Stellar Abyss Legends (I) Cain knew there was no way to dodge the incoming attacks from the trio of Stellar Abyss Legends while also taking the old man with him.
But despite the chaos unfolding, he remained calm, for everything was going according to plan.
Though the power of the barrier that had protected the old man surprised him, it made sense.
Someone like the leader of the Commerce Association, with access to the full wealth of the South Coast, would undoubtedly possess powerful treasures for his protection.
It would have actually been weird if that was not the case.
As for the three Stellar Abyss Legend bodyguards, Cain had anticipated their presence.
In fact, he welcomed it!
‘More food,’ the thought crossed Cain’s mind as he activated the full might of his black hole and drew the power of the Legendary Innate Ability that he obtained, especially for a situation like this.
A vortex of darkness erupted from his body, instantly enveloping him, the old man, and the three Stellar Abyss Legends before they all vanished from the city.
Panic spread through the streets below.
The sudden appearance of a shadowy figure and the clashing of powerful auras caused widespread chaos.
But as quickly as the battle had begun, the vortex appeared, and all combatants vanished without a trace.
The powerhouses of the city were summoned, and dozens of Sky Lords flew to the scene, trying to piece together what had happened, but none could discover anything.
Even when Legends arrived, no one fully understood the events that had unfolded, leaving them full of questions.
While the city descended into chaos after the vortex of darkness appeared, inside the Glass Dome, it was an entirely different kind of mayhem.
Explosions erupted as soon as Cain and the three Stellar Abyss Legends collided.
The speed of their movements and the intensity of their spells turned the battlefield into a storm of destruction.
After the initial clash, the two sides separated, staring each other down from opposite ends of the enclosed dimension.
Cain stood cloaked in shadows on one side of the Glass Dome, while the three Stellar Abyss Legends and the old man, Lord Zero, stood on the other. Silence reigned as they gauged one another, but it was quickly broken when the leader of the trio, a fierce-looking, muscular man standing three meters tall, recognized their surroundings.
His eyes widened in disbelief as he shouted, “This is Ophiron’s Glass Dome Legendary Innate Ability!” The other two Stellar Abyss Legends were equally shocked.
One of them, a lean man holding a bow that radiated explosive energy, exclaimed, “How is that possible?
Ophiron perished weeks ago!
Are you sure you are not confused?” The leader’s expression grew solemn as he shook his head, his voice solemn, “There’s no doubt.
I fought the old monk long ago, and I’d never forget this cursed dome.” The trio exchanged uneasy glances before focusing their attention on Cain, the thirty-meter-tall figure cloaked in shadows.
They couldn’t comprehend how he had acquired Ophiron’s Legendary Innate Ability, but it did not really matter right now.
What filled their hearts with dread was that this person must have been the one who killed Ophiron, a Level 28 Stellar Abyss Legend and one of the strongest powerhouses of the South Coast. As the trio silently communicated, planning their next move, Cain was already analyzing them.
His Eye of Gluttony pierced their auras, discerning every flow of energy within their bodies and black holes.
The leader, a middle-aged man with bulging muscles, was a Level 27 Stellar Abyss Legend, clearly focused on raw physical power.
The archer was a Level 26 Stellar Abyss Legend, his energy carrying a strange, explosive quality. The final member was a mage steeped in darkness and abyssal power.
Actually, the man was someone Cain had faced before.

The mage was the man who guided the group at the Hellgaping Belt when he was escaping from the South Coast but who had fled after being struck by his Yin-Yang Dragon Breath.
For a moment, silence reigned.
Then, the leader, Harland, stepped forward and spoke respectfully yet firmly.
“My name is Harland, and these two are Jamar, the Golden Arrow, and Overion, the Flame of Abyss.
I wonder if you would allow us to leave.
Your quarrel is clearly with Lord Zero, not us.” Cain raised an eyebrow, surprised by their words and attitude.
He couldn’t help but ask, “Aren’t you the old man’s protectors?” Harland gave a sheepish smile.
“We’re mercenaries.
Lord Zero has paid us well, but no treasure is worth dying for.” Cain’s eyes narrowed, considering their logic.
He turned to Lord Zero, expecting to see anger or indignation at his protectors’ willingness to abandon him.
But to his surprise, the old man smiled calmly.
“Are you not angry?” Cain asked, genuinely curious.
Lord Zero shrugged.
“I never expected them to fight to the death for me.
Why would I be angry when they’re acting exactly as I anticipated?” A flash of interest crossed Cain’s eyes.
“You’re intriguing.” Harland, now frowning, felt a twinge of frustration.
It was embarrassing enough to admit he was willing to break his contract due to fear, but now the shadowy figure seemed more interested in talking to the old man than making a deal with them.
“Do you agree to-” Harland began, but before he could finish, Cain’s voice cut through the air, cold and final.
“None of you will leave this place alive.” As his words echoed through the Glass Dome, Cain’s body began to transform.
The shadows vanished and his thirty-meter figure rapidly grew into a colossal, thirty-five-thousand-meter-long dragon.
His scarlet scales shimmered with raw power, lightning coursing through his massive body, and his eyes blazed with a menacing light.
Flames erupted from his maw, illuminating the dome with an eerie glow.
The ground trembled under the weight of Cain’s transformation, his claws digging into the earth.
The sheer force of his presence made the air around them vibrate with deadly intensity.
Harland, Jamar, and Overion’s faces turned pale as they stared at the towering dragon.
Cain’s overwhelming aura radiated a suffocating pressure that none of the trio could hope to match alone.
