Chapter 1176: Cain vs the South Coast Alliance (I) Chapter 1176: Cain vs the South Coast Alliance (I) “Shadow World!” Cain roared, and a sea of shadows exploded from his body, spreading in every direction as his massive dragon form shifted into his dragonborn shape.

Standing at forty meters tall, his crimson scales shimmered with an ethereal glow.

While his colossal fifty-thousand-meter dragon form granted overwhelming strength and power, he knew that speed and agility would be paramount if he was going to fight against ten Stellar Abyss Legends attacking simultaneously.

Cesar and the other powerhouses of the South Coast Alliance clenched their fists as they watched the shadows consume every trace of light, engulfing the entire Glass Dome in darkness.

Things only grew worse the next second as their instincts screamed danger the moment Cain melded into the shadows and vanished from sight.

Even their soul force couldn’t detect him, and the Stellar Abyss Legends grew wary, not knowing from where the scarlet dragonborn would strike.

“Stay alert!” Cesar commanded, his voice steady despite the tension.

The Legends ignited their soul forces, illuminating their immediate surroundings with various hues of energy.

They formed a defensive circle, each watching a different direction, their eyes and senses strained, and their energy pools ready to explode at any second.  Suddenly, Cesar’s eyes widened as his soul force detected something in the darkness.

He shouted, “Above us!” All heads snapped upward.

Through the veil of shadows, they glimpsed Cain descending at breakneck speed, his fist drawn back and radiating terrifying energy.

The momentum of his dive made it seem as though he carried the weight of a mountain.

“Scatter!” Cesar warned the others, knowing that the force of the scarlet dragonborn’s fall was so immense they wouldn’t be able to stop it.

The Legends leaped away just as Cain struck the ground.

The power of Earthquake Blow that had been channeled into the punch exploded all at once, unleashing what could only be described as a world-shattering force.

“CRACK!” The sound of shattering glass echoed throughout the dimension as cracks appeared in mid-air, distorting the fabric of space itself.

A massive shockwave erupted, radiating outward and sending the ten Stellar Abyss Legends tumbling through the air like leaves in a storm.

Before they could regain their footing, Cain was on the move.

Utilizing his Shadow Master ability, he melded into the darkness, reappearing behind one of the warriors-a burly man wielding a colossal hammer, his body glowing with starlight.

The man’s name was Amir, a Level 27 Stellar Abyss Legend known for his overwhelming strength and powerful attacks that could send even those of higher levels flying.

Amir’s eyes narrowed, and upon detecting the scarlet dragonborn, he swung his hammer with tremendous force.

“You’re not taking me that easily!” Cain smirked as his form flickered, using Shadow Master to dash back, allowing the hammer to pass through an afterimage.

Amir’s eyes widened as he realized the versatility of the dragonborn’s abilities.

Before he could react, Cain’s clawed hand, imbued with Reaper Touch, slashed at him.

Amir’s High-Legendary Armor managed to stop the claw from reaching his flesh, but even that tiny tear was enough.

Dark energy surged, corroding the protective layers and seeping into Amir’s flesh.

This worsened the injuries from Cain’s Yin-Yang Lightning Fire Gluttonous Berserker Dragon Breath and made it incredibly difficult to suppress the damage.

Cain smiled coldly as he saw Amir tremble from his flaring wounds, ready to take the Stellar Abyss Legend’s head when, suddenly, his eyes narrowed.

A bolt of lightning streaked toward him, forcing him to pull back.

“Today, I finish what I started four months ago!” Robert, the Lightning Knight, dashed forward at incredible speed, his body enveloped in electric arcs.

He thrust his spear, lightning coiling around it like a serpent, aimed straight for Cain’s neck, intending to end the fight.

Cain activated Weight Manipulation, decreasing his body’s mass to dodge with uncanny agility.

He flipped over the spear, landing lightly before increasing his weight to deliver a crushing kick toward Robert.

Robert crossed his arms just in time.

The impact sent him skidding backward, his arms trembling.

Worse, dark energy coated his gauntlets, eroding them and trying to reach his flesh.

Cain was ready to unleash an onslaught on Robert when a burst of energy suddenly occurred nearby.

In the next second, a torrent of flames was unleashed upon him.

The scarlet dragonborn’s eyes narrowed as he gazed at the attacker-a woman with fiery red hair, her skin glowing with flaming runes.

“Inferno Burst!” Her name was Amanta, a Level 28 Stellar Abyss Legend, a mage known for her mastery of fire and incredible destructive abilities.

Under Amanta’s command, a fire wall surged toward Cain with raging power.

He raised a hand, shadows swirling to form a barrier that absorbed the flames.

But the momentary distraction allowed Aurelius to make his move.

“Ice Age Avatar!” Aurelius transformed into a massive ice snake, his body stretching over forty thousand meters.

The temperature in the Glass Dome plummeted as frost spread across the ground.  Cain’s eyes narrowed.

He manipulated his weight again, increasing it exponentially.

As the serpent attempted to coil around him, Cain slammed his foot down, causing the ground to quake.

Shockwaves spread in all directions from Cain’s foot, stopping the advance of the massive ice snake and allowing Cain to neutralize the wall of fire.

However, as he dealt with those threats, golden chains materialized, shooting toward him with blinding speed.

“Celestial Chains!” Cain was caught off guard as the chains wrapped around his limbs, restricting his movement.

His eyes turned cold as he gazed at the source and saw that the attack came from a group of three Stellar Abyss Legends, all spellcasters.

The one in the center was named Lawrence, a man known for his strange abilities and the main caster.

The other two Legends granted him access to their energy pools, making the spell powerful and fast enough to catch the scarlet dragonborn by surprise, effectively restricting his movements.

Cesar saw the opportunity, shouting to the group as he completed his transformation into a massive demonic entity covered in a hardened shell, his physical strength beyond measure.
