The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1183
Chapter 1183: Helios’ true nature Chapter 1183: Helios’ true nature There was a zone in the Helix Continent where the sunlight was so potent that it scorched the earth, leaving waves of fire in all directions, known as the Blazing Wastes.
Despite the horrible living conditions, there were trillions of humans inhabiting it, and they had no problem with the scorching heat since all those who lived there had sworn faith to the Sun Lord, allowing the searing sunlight to nurture their bodies instead of burning them to ashes.
In this domain’s core was a massive church built of metal and gems that could draw the desire of even Void Eclipse Legends.
But the most shocking part was that the entire structure was seemingly encapsulated in a massive dome of golden fire, making it seem as if the church was inside a sun!
At the heart of this majestic church, there was a pool filled with white liquid fire.
These were not simply flames; they carried the essence of the Oniric Truths mastered by the Sun Lord.
It was by far the most important treasure of the entire church, as it was the place where all angels would perform their evolution to the next tier, exchanging a piece of their spirit for the soul of the Sun Lord.
Usually, this place was restricted, and not even Archangels could enter it except when guiding the evolution of another member.
Yet, right now, seven of them were inside the dimension.
Each of these men carried a soul force capable of casting darkness over hundreds of thousands or even millions of kilometers of the sky, yet none of them dared to rise from their kneeling position.
All seven Archangels were currently bowing to the man inside the pool, not daring to raise their heads without permission.
One would think that the person capable of making the leaders of the Sun Church bow would be a monstrous figure-someone at the absolute peak of the Void Eclipse Rank, or maybe even higher-but the one they were kneeling to was a Level 25 Dark Seed Legend.
The man had an exceptionally handsome face, his white hair flowing elegantly in the pool of fire.
He was none other than Helios, the genius of the Sun Church who came out of nowhere and defeated Eldrick without summoning the power of Oniric Truths.
The white fire flowed through the man’s body as he trained with it, something that should have been impossible, as that liquid flame should only respond to the Sun Lords.
Yet it happened.
Finally, the man opened his eyes, a white glow coursing through his fiery golden gaze as he focused on the Archangels.
Immediately, all the Archangels trembled under his stare, their expressions similar to those of timorous children before their father, terrified by the prospect of disappointing him and the consequences.
The only one who managed to keep a semblance of composure was a man with short dark hair and golden eyes, the silhouette of six massive golden wings forming behind his back.
Helios focused on the man before speaking in an annoyed tone.
“Michael, what is so important for you to bother with my training?” The Archangel raised his head but did not dare to stand up, gazing at Helios with utter devotion and respect as he spoke in a solemn voice.
“My Lord, I must inform you that the South Coast Alliance has been neutralized.” Helios’s eyes grew sharp for a moment before indicating for the man to carry on.
Michael did not wait and began to give details.
“The South Coast Alliance reported problems around two months ago when several of their Legends went missing and requested our aid.
We analyzed the situation, and since there were no suspects or evidence of deaths, we felt there was no need to send our men there.
However, they were supposed to have a meeting around a month ago.
Still, without any warning, the castle in which the meeting happened and everybody inside vanished, the area destroyed by lightning and flames.” Helios’s sharp gaze deepened as he heard that.
The South Coast Alliance might be insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but they were still one of his pieces on the chess board that was the Helix Continent, and their disappearance carried complications.
“Did one of the Immortal Dragons from the Tiamat Sect manage to make his way into the South Coast?” Immediately, the first suspects in the massacre were the Void Eclipse powerhouses of the Tiamat Sect.
Only those powerful dragons should have the power and motivation to destroy the South Coast, but Michael immediately shook his head.

“No, my Lord.
It was impossible for someone with the radiation and soul force of a Void Eclipse powerhouse to have crossed the Hell Gaping Belt without us noticing it.” Michael made a small pause at this point, a complicated expression appearing on his face as he continued.
“We did some investigating and believe that the most likely responsible was Abaddon, the Scarlet Dragon of Gluttony.” Helios’s eyes narrowed as he heard those words-not because they meant something to him but because he had to search his mind to remember who they were talking about.
In a second, the figure of a young scarlet dragon that mastered fire and lightning appeared in his mind.
“Are you telling me that the Level 23 Dark Seed Legend, whose Tiamat Dragon Path had barely reached the Ancient Dragon Rank, took care of all the higher echelon of the South Coast?” Michael’s frown deepened as he sighed.
“I understand that it might sound strange, but it is the truth, my Lord.
All evidence points to him being responsible.” Helios’s eyes narrowed, and an intriguing light crossed them when another of the Archangels spoke.
“My Lord, we should eliminate that person.
There was a truce between us and the Tiamat Sect, and he broke it by attacking our allies.
Every breath he takes is an affront to your name.” “Go ahead, kill him.” The Archangel who had spoken was not other than Loyd, the Archangel who had guided the forces of the Sun Church to the Moon Cult.
His voice, which had carried righteous fury just a second ago, froze when he heard Helios’s indifferent response.
He was at a loss for words for a moment before showing an embarrassed expression and speaking: “Well, my Lord, we cannot really find him.
So…” The man was not able to finish his sentence before Helios spoke.
“Hmph, you want me to find him for you?
Are you insane?
Does that boy really warrant me revealing my true nature to the Tiamat Sect and Moon Cult?” Helios’s voice was filled with anger, as he felt frustrated.
This caused all the Archangels to lower their heads in fear, and in the end, Helios just shook his head.
“If the South Coast perished at the hands of a single person, then they were not worthy of the trouble.
As for that brat, I will take care of him once we are inside the Primeval World.” Helios made a small pause before sharpness rose in his eyes.
“Remember, there is nothing more important than the Primeval World-nothing!
Especially now that those from the Moon Church have learned about the Demon King’s castle.” CREATORS’ THOUGHTS Redsunworld Schedule: 13/14 (+7) Previous week: 721 power stones Power stone ranking: +600: 7 plus chapters a week +800: 10 plus chapters a week +1000: 12 plus chapters a week Discord channel: https://discord.gg/R666sNEdrU Check the images in the comments.
