The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1270
Chapter 1270: The Fusion of Mind and Power Chapter 1270: The Fusion of Mind and Power The one who stopped the strike from the Black Monster was none other than a perfect copy of Cain’s Hybrid Dragon Body. Cain and the White Dragon’s eyes glowed with a scarlet light.
The White Dragon pushed the massive palm away and dashed forward, landing a ferocious blow right into the chest of the Black Monster, sending it flying backward.
The Black Monster quickly regained control over its body, its entire form glowing with killing intent.
It unleashed a ferocious roar, enraged that someone had dared to fight back, and dashed forward at a shocking speed, no longer restraining itself.
The real fight had finally begun.
Cain saw the Black Monster dashing toward him, but he just smiled as he sensed his mind had complete control over the White Dragon through the Mark of Abaddon.
It was not just a feeling-it was as if he were the White Dragon; it felt no different than controlling his own arm.
The scarlet dragon’s eyes glowed, and with a single thought, the White Dragon dashed forward toward the Black Monster.
The clash between the two titans was intense, a display of pure physical might on both sides.
The White Dragon, measuring one hundred meters, was dwarfed by the Black Monster’s colossal one hundred thousand meters.
Yet, the size difference did not deter the White Dragon.
Using its superior speed and skill, it became a blur of motion against the towering behemoth.
The White Dragon darted around the Black Monster, delivering swift attacks with its claws and tail.
It aimed for the joints and softer parts of the Black Monster’s obsidian-like skin, slashing and striking with precision.
Its claws left shimmering trails of scarlet energy as they sliced through the air.
The Black Monster, though slower, possessed defenses that were nearly impenetrable.
Its massive arms swung with tremendous force, each strike capable of crushing mountains.
It attempted to swat the White Dragon like an annoying insect, but the agile creature evaded with ease.
The White Dragon flew low, skimming just above the ground, and lashed out with its tail, striking the Black Monster’s ankle.
The behemoth stumbled slightly but quickly regained its footing.
It responded by slamming both fists down in an attempt to crush the White Dragon, but the nimble dragon soared upward just in time, the shockwave from the impact sending debris flying in all directions.
The White Dragon capitalized on the opening, diving toward the Black Monster’s face.
It unleashed a flurry of claw strikes, aiming for the creature’s eyeless visage.
Sparks flew as its claws met the hardened skin, but the damage was minimal.
The Black Monster roared in frustration, swiping horizontally with its massive hand.
The White Dragon narrowly avoided the blow, feeling the rush of air as the hand passed by.
Realizing that conventional attacks were insufficient, the White Dragon began to focus its energy into more potent strikes.
It channeled scarlet flames into its claws, increasing their cutting power.
It weaved between the Black Monster’s limbs, slicing at tendons and joints in an attempt to hinder its movement.
The wounds were minor but the Black Monster grew enraged.

It let out an earth-shattering roar as its entire body trembled.
“ROOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR!” Suddenly, spikes erupted from its form in all directions.
The White Dragon maneuvered skillfully, dodging the majority of the deadly projectiles.
However, one spike managed to pierce its shoulder, leaving a massive gaping hole.
Pain surged through the White Dragon’s body, and blood spilled from the wound.
Immediately, the White Dragon put distance between itself and the Black Monster, to assess the injury.
Cain’s eyes were sharp and cold as he saw and felt the wound on the shoulder.
The powers were matched, but the defenses of the Black Monster were simply overwhelming.
“I could channel my energy into the White Humanoid, replenishing its reserves and slowly grind down the defenses of the Black Monster…
or…” A meaningful light appeared in Cain’s eyes as he considered his next move.
Resolution appeared in his eyes as he decided not to take the easy path.
With resolve, he channeled the full power of his understanding of the Oniric Truth of Gluttony and tuned into the power of Imperator.
He tapped into the natural connection he had with the White Dragon and the bond created by the Mark of Gluttony.
The Black Monster did not understand what the scarlet dragon intended, but it did not matter.
It simply dashed forward, clenching its fists before sending a massive blow toward Cain.
“Hmph, why in such a hurry?” Just as the Black Monster was about to land its strike, it heard those words-but they did not come from the scarlet dragon; they came from the White Dragon.
The Black Monster was confused, and even more so in the next second as the White Dragon seemed to grab space itself with its claws and twist it, causing the dimension to tremble and invert up and down.
The sudden distortion forced the Black Monster to lose its footing and miss its target.
Immediately after that, the White Dragon flashed forward, striking its tail against the Black Monster’s chest.
The impact generated a shockwave akin to an earthquake, sending the Black Monster flying backward.
The behemoth clenched its teeth and sought to regain control over its body, but before it could do so, the dark energy that was left on its wound expanded across its chest, sundering its reinforced skin and shocking it.
It coughed up a mouthful of black blood before finally managing to stabilize itself.
Gazing at the White Dragon with confusion, the Black Monster realized there was no real difference in their physical might, but the White Dragon was now able to unleash strange attacks.
That was not all-as it gazed at it, the Black Monster no longer felt it was looking at a puppet, but a real life form!
The Black Monster was not exactly wrong, as a massive change had happened to the White Dragon.
There was a smile on its face as it gazed at its body with wonder and awe.
The reason for that expression was that, right now, Cain’s mind was inside the White Dragon!
