The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1300
Chapter 1300: Breaking the chains Chapter 1300: Breaking the chains Things had happened too fast before, and too many important and urgent matters had needed his attention, so Cain had not really had the time to analyze the Neo-Demon Path.
But now, finally, he had the opportunity to delve into his newfound abilities.
At the center of Cain’s heart resided a majestic orb.
It was entirely black, yet it glowed like a sun due to the billions of tiny runes that covered its surface.
These runes shimmered and pulsed with energy, each containing mysteries and principles that could stand equal to or surpass the power of an Oniric Truth. Cain took a deep breath as he sent his mind into the orb.
His consciousness was drawn inward, and what he saw was a starry dimension full of starlight and shooting stars.
In the center was a black humanoid figure standing amidst the celestial expanse.
All the knowledge of the Neo-Demon Path had been branded into Cain’s soul the moment he was resurrected, so he knew that this entity made of his soul force was called the True Doomsday Body.
It was the core of his Neo-Demon Path, the embodiment of his potential and power.
As the True Doomsday Body grows, so do Cain’s physical might and spiritual defenses.
It does this by awakening its Doomsday Stars.
Each True Doomsday Body has seven Doomsday Stars, the awakening of each one triggering a massive burst in physical might, Neo-Demon Aura, and Neo-Demon Abilities.
These stars were like cosmic nodes within his being, each one a reservoir of immense energy waiting to be unlocked.
The awakening process was done by fueling the Neo-Demon Core with powerful energy, vitality, and soul force.
It required intense focus and resources, but the rewards were immeasurable.
The True Neo-Demon Body of Cain currently had four Doomsday Stars activated-two in the arms and two in the legs.
That alone provided as much physical power as his Immortal Tier Dragon Sinful Heart. Up to that point, all Neo-Demon Paths were equal, but things changed as one focused on the unique constitution provided by the True Doomsday Body.
Neo-Demon True Doomsday Bodies were very diverse, with some allowing one to harness the power of a sun, like the Absolute Solar Yang True Doomsday Body, or generate countless clones, like the Immortal True Doomsday Body.
Due to the nature of his abilities, Cain was granted the Absolute Destruction True Doomsday Body.
This granted Cain’s energy and flesh an inherent destructive essence, which would grow even more potent when he entered Doomsday Incarnation. As long as his Neo-Demon Path grew stronger, the abilities of his Absolute Destruction True Doomsday Body would keep growing to the point he could destroy space and time with his mere fist. After almost an hour of introspection and exploration, Cain finally had an idea of how developed his paths of power were and just how strong he was.
He opened his eyes, a contemplative expression on his face.
“My normal battle strength should be at the Middle Void Eclipse,” he mused aloud.
“If I go all out, I could fight those at the Late Tier, but trying to win a fight against them would be hard and very dangerous.” Seeing that Meylin was still training, Cain closed his eyes again and began to meditate, taking advantage of the constant flow of Depravita Essence that flooded the entire hall.
The dark, potent energy nurtured his True Name, allowing him to refine his control and deepen his understanding of his abilities.
Finally, after twenty-nine days and seventeen hours, a shift in the atmosphere drew Cain out of his meditation.
Meylin’s eyes regained focus, and a massive burst of power emerged from her body, a dark aura flooding the entire hall.
Cain looked up, a broad smile appearing on his face as he saw that Meylin had finally finished the first phase of her training.
Her entire body unleashed an aura of darkness and control, the Depravita Essence manifesting visibly around her.
The transformation was striking.
A smile also arose on Meylin’s face as she felt the power coursing through her veins.

The power she now wielded was simply baffling, and the Depravita Aura was affecting every aspect of her existence, pushing the Level System and Moon Path forward as well.
She could sense new depths to her abilities, potentials that she hadn’t even imagined before.
She couldn’t help but turn to the young man by her side, her eyes shining with excitement.
They stood facing each other, a mutual understanding passing between them.
Both had undergone significant transformations, and their bond felt stronger than ever.
The power to fight alongside each other, to face whatever challenges awaited.
“RUMBLE!” However, the tender moment did not last long.
The next second, both of them turned their gaze to the throne, which began to shake violently.
The entire hall quaked, dust and small fragments falling from the ceiling as the structure groaned under the strain.
“CRACK!” The sound echoed sharply as they watched the chains binding the Demon King begin to crack before shattering to pieces.
Each link broke apart with a resounding snap, and with every chain broken, the aura of the Demon King continued to rise higher and higher. Cain and Meylin exchanged a tense glance.
They could feel the immense power radiating from the throne, a force unlike anything they had sensed before.
Finally, all the chains broke apart, revealing a massive armored figure seated on the throne.
The armor was ancient and imposing, dark metal adorned with intricate engravings that seemed to shift and writhe. Silence reigned for a second in the hall, the only sound the faint crackle of residual energy.
Then, without warning, a massive explosion occurred as the armored figure blasted to pieces.
Shards of metal and arcs of energy erupted outward, sending Cain and Meylin flying away from the sheer force of the blast.
Reacting swiftly, they managed to regain control over their bodies mid-air, landing deftly some distance away.
Protective shields of energy flickered around them as they braced against the shockwave.
As they focused on the center of the explosion, they saw the figure of a decrepit old man emerging from the dissipating smoke and dust.
His body was human but appeared frail-practically pure bones and flesh.
His skin was pale and taut, and it seemed as if every ounce of energy and vitality inside him had faded.
Yet his eyes burned with an intensity that belied his physical form.
