The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1333
Chapter 1333: I got married Chapter 1333: I got married Bahamut, Lady Alune, and Meylin all nodded, their eyes glowing with thrill and excitement.
The realization settled in-the Eternal Ascendant Network would grant them an incredible advantage in all the incoming wars.
Not only would they achieve the ultimate goal of unifying the nine continents of the Crimson World’s First Realm, but the exploration of new lands would undoubtedly bring massive amounts of treasures and cultivation resources.
Everybody knew that the pressure of life and death battles and resources were the keys to advancing your cultivation. However, once the initial exhilaration subsided, important questions began to surface in their minds.
One question, in particular, stood out above all others.
“Who will be chosen to be connected to the Eternal Ascendant Network?” Lady Alune voiced the concern, a meaningful light appearing in her eyes as she spoke.
It was clear that those connected to the Eternal Ascendant Network would be the leaders in the upcoming war-the ones with the highest authority on the battlefield and the final say in the distribution of resources.
The decision would significantly impact the balance of power between their factions.
Grand Elder Bahamut’s eyes narrowed upon hearing the Sacred Saintess’s question.
He turned toward Cain but remained silent.
It was evident to all that Cain trusted the Tiamat Sect more, and there were lingering confidence problems with the Moon Cult due to the prophecy scheme.
However, fairness was essential since both forces would be working together in the impending conflicts.
Cain gazed steadily at Lady Alune, his eyes sharp and thoughtful.
His mind and soul were steady as he prepared to address the delicate matter.
“From the ten slots for the Eternal Ascendant Network,” Cain began, his voice clear and resolute, “six will belong to the Tiamat Sect, while the other four will go to the Moon Cult.” Lady Alune and Grand Elder Bahamut exchanged glances, slightly surprised by the distribution.
It was almost equal for both sides.
To tell the truth, both had expected the dark dragon to be much more biased toward the Tiamat Sect, given his closer ties and greater trust in them.
However, things were far from over.
“From the Moon Cult,” Cain continued, “Meylin will have one of the spots.
The other three can be decided according to your preferences.” Lady Alune’s eyes widened as she absorbed his words.
A meaningful light appeared in her gaze, and she had to admit the dark dragon was truly shrewd.
By allocating one of the Moon Cult’s spots to Meylin, who was technically a member of their organization but whose true loyalty lay with Cain, the Moon Cult effectively received only three spots.
Although the Sacred Saintess was not entirely pleased, she recognized the strategic reasoning behind his decision.
She nodded gracefully, accepting the arrangement.
“Very well,” she said softly.
“We will select our representatives accordingly.” Satisfied that the matter was settled with Lady Alune, Cain turned toward the Immortal Dragon.
“The Tiamat Sect can decide the spots on their own,” he said.
“I trust Grand Elder Bahamut will choose the best warriors for this task.” “I will,” Grand Elder Bahamut affirmed, performing a profound nod.
He understood the significance of selecting the right individuals.
Those connected to the Eternal Ascendant Network would be at the forefront of their campaign, and their strength and leadership would be crucial.

Cain continued, “The new Mark of Abbadon that will work on people with a Void Eclipse soul force will be ready in half a year.
Until then, I suggest everyone rest and use the treasures from the Sun Church to improve their powers.” There was a collective murmur of agreement.
The fall of the Sun Church had yielded an abundance of treasures and cultivation resources.
Utilizing these assets to strengthen their forces was a priority.
Lady Alune pondered for a moment before speaking again.
“What about the Dark Root?
Should we not plant it sooner rather than later?” Cain shook his head.
“The Dark Tree will have a severe impact on the energy of the Helix Continent, especially in its first couple of months of growth.
The best course is to plant it as our forces march to a new continent.
That way, there will be fewer people in the Helix Continent, diminishing the overall energy consumption, which will translate into a lesser effect on the amount of energy in the environment.” He paused, allowing his explanation to sink in.
“I’ve already calculated the effects of the Dark Tree on the Helix Continent with my Super Computer Assistant Legendary Innate Ability.
Waiting is the prudent choice.” Lady Alune and Grand Elder Bahamut nodded in understanding.
Cain’s reasoning was sound, and they appreciated his foresight in considering the well-being of their homeland.
“If there’s nothing else you want to ask or need clarification on,” Cain concluded, “I will summon you when the time for the branding of the Marks comes.” Lady Alune and Grand Elder Bahamut caught the subtle hint that the meeting was over.
Recognizing that all their doubts had been addressed, they nodded respectfully.
“Until then, we will make the necessary preparations,” Lady Alune said.
“Agreed,” Bahamut added.
“Our forces will be ready.” With that, the duo turned and left the Sun Ascension Pool Hall.
The grand doors closed behind them, leaving only Cain and Meylin in the vast chamber.
A serene silence enveloped the hall.
The Neo-Demon and the Prima Depravita glanced at each other, a gentle smile forming on their lips.
For several moments, they simply stood there, appreciating each other’s company.
There was no need for words; the silence was comfortable.
The ambient glow of the Sun Ascension Pool bathed them in warm light, casting dancing reflections across the polished stone floors. After a few minutes, Meylin finally broke the silence.
“Tell me about your time in Aether after I perished,” she said softly.
“What happened?” Cain found himself momentarily at a loss for words.
Memories flooded his mind-some filled with triumph, others laced with sorrow.
Many significant events transpired after Beelze perished, saving his life.
Yet, amid all these stories, there was one aspect he felt compelled to share first.
He took a deep breath, his gaze meeting hers steadily.
“I got married,” he confessed.
“Twice.”
