While he expected the Six Chief Counselors to do a commendable job in ensuring the safety and stability of Aether, there were still countless matters-some small, some large-that required his personal attention.

Only by addressing these issues himself could Cain solidify the foundation of the Scarlet Alliance and prepare for the coming ascension.

Taking another long, steady breath, Cain synchronized his power with the World King Avatar that was held inside the World Will.

Stepping forward, Cain vanished from the Babel Tower, leaving behind only a faint whisper of displaced air.

He traveled tirelessly, guided by his expanded perception and perfect recall of pending issues.

Under his watchful eye, he dismantled various underground organizations that had arisen during his absence.

Criminals who preyed on the weak and exploited chaos were swiftly dealt with-most of them ending up as nourishment for Leviathan.

With his tremendous power and the synergy of his Alter Ego’s abilities, cleansing the land of such predators was almost effortless.

Beyond dealing with threats, Cain also took time to share moments with old friends like Levi and Lurin, checking on their progress and offering help with their tasks.

Seeing familiar faces and reaffirming bonds was important; loyalty, camaraderie, and trust were equally vital to sustaining the unity he had forged.

During one of his travels, he also met with Angar Aegon, Beelze’s father, a figure who stood among the Stars of Doomsday.

Cain had encountered him just a few days ago, but at that time, discussing personal matters had not been appropriate.

Everyone had been focusing on their important assignments, and meddling in personal matters could be seen as irresponsible.

Now, Cain arranged a private meeting to share all the news related to Meylin.

Even if Angar and the entire Aegon Family could not meet Meylin directly, just knowing she was safe and thriving brought immense comfort.

Cain could feel the man’s mood and will improve drastically after receiving these tidings.

Strengthening these personal ties was another subtle yet crucial element in maintaining a stable and harmonious environment in Aether.

Even with the power to cross Aether’s vast distances in a single teleportation, it took nearly twenty days for Cain to address all matters.

He handled both critical and minor issues, leaving the entire world in a pristine state.

Everyone in an important position carried out their duties flawlessly, and all signs of criminal activity were gone.

The Six Chief Counselors had begun coordinating the administrative and diplomatic affairs of Aether, preparing it for the looming ascension.

The Thirteen Stars of Doomsday followed Cain’s directives, forging their contingents and readying themselves for the Nine Empyrean Sun Universe.

All were in alignment with the Scarlet King’s vision.

With these tasks done, Cain found himself floating quietly in the middle of the ocean, gazing at the sky.

Although nothing visibly changed around him-just the serene blue sky and gentle waves-he could feel the approaching ascension.

Once Aether left the World Forge, he knew dangers would surpass even those of the Crimson World.

“I will not be able to improve my Astral Rebirth or Essence Evolution cultivation in such a short amount of time,” Cain mused aloud, “and my Ego Eternal Path of Power is already at its peak.”  As he reached that conclusion, Cain’s eyes glowed, remembering something he had stored away for a perfect opportunity.

Without hesitation, his figure vanished, only to reappear a few seconds later holding a corpse.

Not just any corpse, but that of Horus, the Depravita of Rage, and the man that had led the Depravita Race’s force as Dark Sky.  The next second, Cain’s eyes gleamed, and the massive winged demonic snake that was his Alter Ego emerged from the Soul Dimension, manifesting across the sky.

The colossal creature fixed its hungry gaze on Horus’s corpse.

Even though the Alter Ego’s power far exceeded Horus’s former might, it detected within the corpse a very pure force related to the Concept of Rage.

This force was perfectly attuned to Leviathan’s nature and path.

Cain smiled and tossed the corpse skyward.

Immediately, Leviathan opened its enormous jaws and swallowed the entire corpse in one swift motion.

The following instant, the massive demonic winged snake began to tremble.

Cain’s smile widened as he felt changes occurring within his Alter Ego.

There was no notable increase in brute strength or total energy, but Cain could sense how his understanding of the Concept of Rage grew immensely.

Along with it came a clearer, more refined way of applying his strength and forging his unique path.

Adopting a meditative position in the sky, Cain closed his eyes and concentrated on the sensations flooding his mind.

Leviathan’s power grew purer and denser, its essence becoming more focused.
