The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order - Chapter 1445
Chapter 1445: Fighting the Golden Lake Avatar (I) Chapter 1445: Fighting the Golden Lake Avatar (I) The first instinct of everyone present was survival.
Both the forces of the Gu Sect and the Golden Star Kingdom immediately ceased their fighting, redirecting their focus to the towering Golden Lake Avatar that had emerged before them.
They weren’t allies-far from it-but they understood that continuing their battle in the presence of such a colossal threat would be suicidal.
Yet, the uneasy ceasefire didn’t mean they were truly working together.
Each faction moved independently, racing toward the dome of molten plasma that encased them, hoping to break through its walls.
Even though Cain’s earlier attempt had failed, the cultivators believed that if enough of them combined their power, they might create an opening to escape.
But the Golden Lake Avatar had no intention of letting them leave.
The entity raised its massive, molten fist and slammed it into the sea of golden plasma below.
The lake erupted violently, and from its depths emerged hundreds of plasma sea snakes, each one radiating searing heat and molten energy.
The serpentine constructs lunged at the cultivators, cutting off their path to the dome.
Even Cain wasn’t spared.
Several of the plasma sea snakes lunged at him, their intense heat so overwhelming that even his Solar Titan Cultivation Techniques struggled to shield him from the scorching force.
His skin burned despite his defenses, and he was forced to act immediately.
The Spear of Doom blazed with energy as he struck out, blasting apart the plasma sea snakes.
But to his frustration, the serpents re-formed almost instantly, their molten forms regenerating from the surrounding golden plasma.
“Damn it!” Cain growled, his eyes glowing with ferocious golden light.
The power of The Flow allowed him to predict the movements of the snakes, giving him a slight edge, but their sheer numbers made it nearly impossible to keep up.
After all, even if he could predict the moment of every single one of those creatures, they were attacking from every direction at the same time. All around him, the other cultivators were facing similar struggles.
The relentless onslaught of plasma sea snakes kept them from reaching the dome, forcing them into a desperate defensive fight.
It didn’t take long for everyone to realize the grim truth: their only chance of escape was to wound the Golden Lake Avatar itself so it would no longer be capable of keeping the dome in place.
As for killing it, that was unthinkable-it wasn’t a full Third Realm lifeform, but its strength far surpassed that of a normal Peak Divine Ascension Master.
A tense moment passed as Ariel, the leader of the Gu Sect forces, and the golden dragon commanding the Golden Star Kingdom’s forces exchanged a glance.
Though their factions were bitter enemies, they shared a silent understanding.
Neither could afford to hold back now.
The golden dragon roared, his voice booming across the battlefield.
“Warriors of the Golden Star Kingdom, with me!
Burn everything you have!” His body began to grow, swelling to an enormous size as his Soul Bloodline exploded with power.
Within seconds, the dragon had expanded to over 500,000 meters, his golden scales radiating a brilliant light.
Inspired by their leader’s boldness, the cultivators of the Golden Star Kingdom unleashed their full might.
Laws, Star Power, and Soul Bloodlines erupted around them with such intensity that the fabric of space-time itself trembled under the pressure.

Ariel, meanwhile, summoned his own overwhelming power.
His Star Power flared like a supernova, and dozens of glowing spheres manifested around his body, making him resemble a living star.
“Attack with everything you have!” Ariel commanded, his voice cold and authoritative.
“If anyone dares to hold back, I swear you will not return alive to the sect!” Unlike the dragon, who sought to inspire his warriors with valor, Ariel ruled through fear and control.
His stark command ensured that no one in the Gu Sect dared to slacken their efforts.
The warriors from Lady Azure’s and the Night Prince’s factions glanced at one another warily before joining the fray, their energies surging as they locked their sights on the Golden Lake Avatar.
“ROOOOOAAAARRRR” With a deafening, draconic roar and a chorus of shouts from the cultivators, the combined forces of the Gu Sect and the Golden Star Kingdom surged toward the Avatar.
They cut through the sea snakes with relentless force, unleashing an overwhelming barrage of powerful spells upon the colossus.
The Avatar, its massive arms still submerged in the molten lake, was unable to counter the initial assault.
Spell after spell crashed against its colossal form, explosions lighting up the battlefield as the cultivators poured their energy into the attack.
“BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!” The combined assault engulfed the Avatar in a massive maelstrom of energy.
For a brief moment, hope flickered in the hearts of the cultivators as they saw the explosions consume the towering entity.
But that hope was short-lived.
The Avatar roared again, releasing a wave of intense heat that dispelled the lingering energy of the attacks.
When the smoke cleared, the Avatar’s body, though riddled with holes and missing pieces, began to regenerate.
The molten plasma around it surged upward, filling the gaps in its form and restoring it to its full, terrifying glory.
Frowns spread across the faces of the cultivators, but they didn’t despair.
These weren’t mere Divine Ascension Masters; they were Divine Transcendence Masters, and their attacks carried spiritual damage-the kind that was far harder to heal.
Even if the Avatar could regenerate its physical form, the spiritual wounds would take their toll.
The Avatar, as if sensing the cultivators’ intentions, clenched its massive fists.
With a ferocious motion, it swung one arm toward the forces of the Golden Star Kingdom.
The golden dragon surged forward, intercepting the attack.
His massive body clashed with the Avatar’s fist, and though his golden scales burned on contact, he held firm.
Gritting his teeth, the dragon used all his strength to neutralize the punch, allowing his warriors to continue their assault.
On the Avatar’s left side, however, its other arm descended toward the cultivators of the Gu Sect with immense force.
