Chapter 1625: Resurrecting Anark (IV)
Deep beneath the ocean floor lay a vast underground location, an immense structure large enough to be considered an entire continental sector.
This hidden place was heavily fortified, guarded by countless formations and magical matrices designed to cloak and conceal its existence from all outside detection.
Although such extreme security measures might have seemed excessive, members of the secretive organization did not think so. They were, after all, part of a rebellion against an entity who embodied the will of the entire world—the Scarlet King.
At that moment, precisely thirteen million six hundred and twenty-three members were assembled within the hidden sanctuary. The place buzzed with anxious energy; many were still catching their breath after rushing to gather here at the sudden command of their Grand Elder.
The abrupt summons had been unexpected, but no one dared to question it. According to the Grand Elder, it was essential they all congregate immediately, as the Scarlet King himself had arrived and would soon begin scouring the continent for any threats to his rule. The Elder warned them that anyone caught alone would have no chance to hide from the Scarlet King’s powerful mind and spiritual senses.
The notion of someone being capable of effortlessly scanning the minds and secrets of millions might have sounded utterly ridiculous to any rational mind. Yet, even those who loathed him deeply feared the Scarlet King’s overwhelming strength. To them, he was an unstoppable force of nature, and none questioned the reality of his divine abilities.
Unfortunately for every member of the Dark Army gathered there, their hasty compliance with the summons would become the very last mistake of their lives.
“RUMBLE!”
Without warning, the entire underground sanctuary violently trembled as a young man with pure white hair and nebula-like eyes appeared floating high above them.
Cain’s sudden arrival was swift, silent, and utterly shocking. Panic and horror instantly overtook the faces of millions, their minds racing with dread.
Before a single word could be uttered or even a finger could twitch, Cain unleashed his immense willpower, flooding the massive chamber. In less than an instant, every single member of the Dark Army was completely immobilized.
Despite currently being weakened by the tremendous strain of holding Anark’s immense soul inside his Soul Dimension, Cain effortlessly overwhelmed the rebels. None of them surpassed the Divine Ascension Realm, and even with barely ten percent of his full power available, he easily incapacitated the entire thirteen million-strong force.
Although they were physically paralyzed and unable to speak, their minds remained fully conscious, trapped in utter terror. But Cain had no interest in their desperate thoughts or their terrified pleas. Instead, with cold detachment, he casually waved his hand, releasing countless microscopic blood cells that flooded the enormous cavern.
Each of these blood cells carried a strain of the Primordial Sun Bloodline, personally engineered by Cain using the sacred bloodlines of the Deus Behemoth Race, whose origins traced directly back to Anark himself.
Beyond their power, these blood cells had been specially modified to invade the host bodies they entered, swiftly replacing the hosts’ blood with their own, triggering an intense and catastrophic genetic transformation.
Their primary purpose was simple—to create ideal vessels capable of housing fragments of Anark’s vast soul.
Of course, such forceful modification would wreak absolute havoc upon their bodies and souls, leaving their genomes in irreparable disarray. Their life expectancy would plummet, reduced to mere months or even weeks. But to Cain, such consequences were utterly inconsequential, given that the fate of every single one here was to become nourishment for Anark’s soul.
With another slight gesture, Cain sent these blood cells flying through the air, piercing directly into the hearts of the immobilized rebels. Instantly, agony flooded their expressions. Blood began leaking from every orifice, their skin turning a violent shade of crimson. Had it not been for their paralysis, their screams of suffering would have echoed endlessly through the cavern.
Cain showed no pity, no hesitation, and certainly no mercy. Instead, he calmly closed his eyes, transporting his consciousness inward. His mind soon entered a massive internal realm characterized by storms of scarlet lightning raging across skies painted deep crimson, and earth so vividly red that it seemed soaked in endless blood.
This was the Scarlet Throne—the spiritual domain hidden within the heart of the Lord of Conquest Leviathan. Yet deep within the Scarlet Throne, something new and immense had emerged—a towering mountain millions of meters tall. Seen from afar, its silhouette vaguely resembled some colossal insect.
After Reverend Madness’ memories, cultivation insights, Law fragment, and Star Power’s streams had all been stripped away and fused into Cain’s being, the soul did not simply fade away.
nstead, the Concept of Rage ignited fiercely within Reverend Madness’ lingering consciousness, preventing dormancy and stabilizing it. Over time, the Concepts of Life and Power carefully integrated his soul directly into the Scarlet Throne itself.
After countless refinements, Reverend Madness’ essence ceased to exist independently and had instead become an inseparable part of the Scarlet Throne.
Thanks to this fusion, Cain now wielded the profound abilities of the Gu Path. Although he couldn’t yet replicate Reverend Madness’ full power, his current mastery was sufficient for his intentions.
Inside the Scarlet Throne, the massive insect-like mountain suddenly glowed brightly. A phantom appeared behind Cain—not the majestic dragon-serpent of Leviathan, but instead a monstrous insectoid creature composed of countless bizarre and alien forms, amalgamated into one colossal entity.
Cain’s eyes snapped open, overflowing with monstrous determination and willpower as he shouted with authority.
“Gu Path: Myriad Insect Soul!”
Instantly, the colossal insectoid creature behind him opened its massive jaws, hungrily devouring the ocean-like expanse of Anark’s soul essence. It consumed the Primordial’s soul at breathtaking speed, its immense body rapidly expanding as spiritual force filled it to overflowing.
Finally, after consuming the very last fragment of Anark’s soul, the enormous insectoid creature violently trembled, reaching its physical limit before erupting in a cataclysmic explosion.
“BOOOOOOMMMM!”

The explosion’s echoes reverberated through the cave. Yet, instead of fear or panic, satisfaction gleamed in Cain’s eyes.
