Cain’s smile widened as he soared across Gaia, the last Gift nestled within his Inner World.

A surge of thrill and excitement coursed through him, his mind ablaze with the possibilities of what this Gift could unleash.

‘With this, I feel like I threw a huge weight off my shoulders.’ A sense of peace invaded Cain as he reached the Silver City.

It would have been easy for him to open a portal from Infinite Horizon directly into this place, but he wanted to fly and gaze at it one more time.

Hundreds of millions of people were currently in the capital of the Godslayer Humankind Empire, and the reason for that was the finals of the most important tournament in its history.

The tournament, known as the Human Path to Babel, held the key to many of these people’s futures.

It would determine the one million crafters and nine million warriors who would ascend the Babel Tower and partake in the Scarlet Tournament.

Although the Babel Tower had just appeared less than a month ago, its picture had already spread across all of Aether.

It was considered a cultivation heaven created by the grand and supreme Scarlet King, the strongest life form in the entire world.

Cain was acutely aware that his presence would create a spectacle, a grand scene that he had never been fond of.

He was not one for unnecessary displays, unless they served a purpose.

If it could bolster the army’s morale or aid the people in overcoming a difficult time, he would not hesitate to step into the limelight.

But in the absence of tangible benefits, he preferred to remain hidden.

Without alerting anyone, Cain discreetly handed over the Chimera Bloodline to Prime Minister Minxet, imparting crucial instructions before departing Gaia.

His return to Infinite Horizon was swift, and he soared through the Atlas Continent.

A strange smile appeared on Cain’s face as he flew across the Inferno Daemon Empire.

This was once a place full of monsters, where everybody was an enemy, yet as Inferno Daemons saw his figure soaring across the sky, they all bowed, showing signs of awe and worship.

Despite being a human, the figure of the Scarlet King was even higher than the emperor in the Inferno Daemon Empire, as he was the one who saved their race from extinction and healed their home.

It did not take long for Cain to reach the capital of the Inferno Daemon Empire.

Like in Gaia, the place was thriving with people due to the tournament.

He silently met with Prime Minister Razputin and handed over the Chimera Bloodlines to be distributed as rewards.

Amidst the bustling tournament preparations, Cain and Prime Minister Razputin engaged in a conversation that was shrouded in secrecy.

The fact that their discussion spanned nearly five hours hinted at the gravity of their exchange.

After finishing all his missions in the Inferno Daemon Empire, Cain returned to Infinite Horizon and used the Bridge of Hope to teleport into the Hyperion Continent.

He visited his foster father and spent a few days with Lord Kabuto before traveling to Amazon and meeting with Prime Minister Wanton.

Cain’s meeting with Prime Minister Wanton was short; without further delay, he traveled to Kronos.

His time in the Atrox Immortus Empire was uneventful, and after handing over the Chimera Bloodlines, he silently left.

Using the Bridge of Hope, Cain returned to Infinite Horizon before using it again, appearing above the Endless Ocean.

Without delay, he visited the home of the Legio Eldritch Race, the Oceanus Continent.

Cain met with Prime Minister Zorona and chatted with the woman before handing over the bloodlines and traveling to his final destination, the home of the Anima Mechanicus Race, the Typhon Continent.

Due to their unique bodies, the members of the Anima Mechanicus Race did not have use for bloodlines, so Cain left thousands of starry gems containing his knowledge and insight into the Laws instead.

Those starry gems were very easy to make for Cain, thanks to the power of his Ego Wave, but that did not mean their value was little.

After all, his domain over the Elemental and Space-Time Laws was the highest of all Aether, providing immense benefits.

Once Cain finished with all the rewards for the Six Sacred Races, he returned to Infinite Horizon and spent time with Shura and Astrid.

The two women enjoyed the coming days to the fullest, making sure to treasure every moment they had with the man they loved.

For the next month, Cain no longer worried about the myriad of plans and schemes brewing in his mind and focused solely on the two women, ensuring they were happy, before finally departing.

Cain appeared in the highest level of the Babel Tower and sat on the throne before closing his eyes, sending a stream of his Ego Wave into the tower.

Since his willpower was at the Fourth Realm of the Ego Eternal Path of Power, his willpower could act independently and follow instructions, so this small stream would be enough to monitor the Scarlet Tournament.

After that, Cain’s eyes burned with a red light as intense as the sun before the power of the World Will surrounded him, and he vanished from the Babel Tower.

Cain found himself surrounded by a sea of psychic energy, his mind growing weaker and weaker.

Soon he would become one with the World Will, and the ascension of Aether toward the Nine Empyrean Universe would begin.

It would take several years or maybe even decades to achieve this, and during that time, Cain would be unconscious, his Ego Wave nurtured every second by the power of the World Will.  Cain felt his consciousness slipping away.

Usually, he would just be unconscious for the following years, but he did not like to waste time, and as he was closing his eyes, a sharp light appeared in them.

‘The time for dreams has come!’ This thought reverberated in Cain’s mind, igniting a spark of anticipation.

His eyes blazed one final time with the power of the Ego Wave, and he succumbed to a deep, profound slumber.
