Cain returned the smile and nodded toward the old man.

Once he was alone, he began to search through the books.

While he could no longer rely on his Ego Wave to read and had to do it using his eyes, which was much more time-consuming, his mind still worked extremely fast, allowing him to go through a 500-page book in less than a minute.

Book after book went through Cain’s hands, and his understanding of the world grew stronger.

Cain spent five hours going through nearly every single geography and history book he could find before finally relaxing his mind.

Cain sat on the ground with an expression of awe, shock, and wonder.

He took a deep breath and began to organize his thoughts, slowly becoming clearer.

“So I find myself in the Crimson World?” A strange expression appeared on Cain’s face.

He couldn’t help but think that the name of the world was odd, but he didn’t waste too much time on those thoughts, so he refocused.  He was on Trinity Island, an island south of the mainland mass.

Although it was considered small by the standards of the Crimson World, the truth was that Trinity Island was nearly half the size of Gaia, which was one of Aether’s largest continents capable of holding trillions of people!

If that wasn’t shocking enough, thousands of this type of island surrounded the mainland mass, occupying a massive body of water known as the Sea of Wonders!

The Trinity Kingdom was born less than five hundred years ago when the three Saintesses reached the island.

Using their power and army, they destroyed the previous kingdom and dominated the entire landmass.

However, they were not the absolute leaders, as tribes of different races and other human forces opposed their reign.  Of course, none of those tribes and human forces dared to openly march against the Trinity Kingdom, as they would be crushed like insects if they did.

But that didn’t mean the kingdom did not have powerful enemies capable of giving them a true fight.

The Trinity Kingdom had been at war for the last fifty years with a nearby island known as the Lynch Kingdom, a formidable adversary with its own powerful magic and military forces.

Both sides had made incursions into each other’s lands but neither had been able to land a decisive blow, leading to a tense and volatile stalemate.

The South Coast was the closest part of the main continent for the Trinity Kingdom, but there was not much information about it.

The Sea of Wonder was a vast and treacherous body of water full of all sorts of monsters, making any attempt to cross it a perilous endeavor.

According to the books, unless you were a Legend, aiming for the South Coast was extremely dangerous.

No member of the Arshop Dukedom had ever reached the mainland, so they had very little information about it.

Although there was much more historical information, that was the gist of it.

Along with a deep understanding of the geography of Trinity Island and the position of the other islands, that was all Cain obtained from the library.

Cain did not immediately exit the library as there was a deep sense of contemplation in his eyes.

“This world is so massive that if I sum the landmass of all the known islands recorded in the Arshop Dukedom’s library, it would make up for nearly one hundred times the size of Aether!” Although it did not feel nice to admit it, that realization was a blow to Cain’s ego.

After all, the unification and control of Aether was a feat he was very proud of, yet it was only now that he reached the Crimson World that he understood how little that achievement was in the grand scheme of things.

However, that shock did not take long to transform into desire, as a greater world only meant he had more to devour and a larger pond to grow in!

“A world of such magnitude only means my potential for growth is limitless.” A fire of determination and desire burned in Cain’s eyes as he pondered his next move.

“I should set my sights on the South Coast.

Staying on Trinity Island will only lead to stagnation.

Besides, there, I stand a higher chance of my name resonating high enough for Beelze to hear it.”  Of course, while Cain was eager to reach the mainland, that did not mean he would simply fly toward it.

First of all, he had no idea what type of danger the Sea of Wonder had and would not blindly march into it.

“Since I already understand a little about this world’s history, I should start to learn about cultivation.” With a smile, Cain stood from the ground and left the library, soon reaching the main hall of the castle where Rellin was waiting for him.

The old man had been waiting patiently, and as he saw the light full of wisdom in Cain’s eyes, he was sure the young man now had a good enough understanding of the world.

“Good, it seems that the books in the library were of help.” “Yes, they were.

I have learned more about the might of the Trinity Kingdom and the rich history of the Arshop Dukedom,” Cain smiled at the old man, uttering some pleasant words.

“Great, then it is time to fulfill my role as your teacher and fill the void in your cultivation knowledge.

You are a great talent, and your Level is already higher than mine, but I will do my best to help you.
