The Extra Seeks Chaos - Chapter 111
Chapter 111: Liora’s Plan & Oath
“I have an idea…”
Instantly, they all turned to look at Liora, who had her arms folded.
“Let’s hear it,” Thalos said.
Arin sat down, ready to hear what Liora had to say.
“He can go back to the Human Realm,” she began, “and like he said, come back when it’s time to support and give us information.”
“But I know that the main reason for our reluctance is because we think there’s a chance he might not come back,” she added.
“True,” Darius said.
“So, what is your plan?” Vaelric asked, making Liora glare at him sharply.
“We’ll send someone along with him,” Liora said.
“I’ll explain,” she added before anyone could ask any questions.
“We have no way of knowing if he’ll disappear without a trace once he gets to the Human Realm,” Liora said. “I mean, it’s possible—after all, he’s a Progenitor.”
She paused for a moment before continuing.
“So instead, we’ll send someone along with him who’ll just be by his side, making sure we know that he hasn’t disappeared. You understand what I mean?” Liora said.
“And Arin,” she added, “don’t get me wrong. This isn’t a way to watch you or invade your privacy. The person will just be there to make sure you’re present—not to watch or interrupt your daily life.”
“I see…” Arin muttered.
“Agreeing to this will also make it clear that you don’t intend to ditch us and that you’ll be here when we need you,” Liora said.
Arin had a thoughtful expression on his face. ‘I can actually agree to this, as long as the so-called person doesn’t interrupt my business.’
“Master, I can sense it… You have a plan, right?” Seraphine asked.
Arin managed to hold back a smirk. ‘Yes… I’ll agree to this, after all, these people seem to underestimate my manipulation skills.’
“As for the Academy there,” Liora continued, “there’s a way for the person to be there too.”
Thalos furrowed his brows. “Do you mean…?”
“Yes, King Thalos,” Liora said.
Arin squinted his eyes, staring at Liora. ‘What does she mean?’
Darius glanced at Liora. “If you mean that Artifact, I don’t think any of us would oppose it. After all, it’s been sitting there for ages without anyone using it.”
“What Artifact are you talking about?” Arin asked.
He already knew what Artifacts were because the novel mentioned them. Artifacts were special objects imbued with the Special Blood of the “Founding Vampires.” Most of the Artifacts were still yet to be seen, but the ones that had been found each had a different use.
“You’ll see its use when we bring it,” Liora said.
“Hmm, it really has just been sitting there,” Thalos murmured.
Liora continued with her plan. “So when it’s time to support, both you and the person will return here.”

Arin nodded. “Sounds okay to me.”
“That’s a good plan,” Thalos said. “Does anyone object?”
Vaelric gritted his teeth. ‘Once again… There’s nothing I can say to counter this.’
“Okay, it’s decided,” Thalos said. “Now, who’ll follow him?”
“I think I know the perfect person for this,” Liora said.
Serak’s eyes were fixed on Liora with a cheeky grin on his face. ‘What exactly is she trying to do…?’
Minutes later, a guard walked in, holding a white cloth that looked like a handkerchief. He handed the cloth over to Thalos before bowing and leaving.
“King Thalos,” Darius called, “do you still give some of your daughters Artifacts to keep for you?”
“Yes,” Thalos said. “That’s because I trust them.”
Darius nodded as he continued stroking his beard.
Not long after the guard left, Liora, who had gone out to get the person a few minutes ago, walked into the throne room with a girl following behind her.
Arin’s eyes lingered on the girl who had just entered with Liora. ‘Of course, what did I expect? I’m in the Vampire Kingdom, so everyone here is bound to be beautiful.’
The girl had blue hair just like Liora. However, her hair was tied in buns on either side, with strands falling over her forehead. She had long eyelashes, and her red eyes were calm as she walked into the throne room. Her battle skirt wasn’t too short, but it was short enough to reveal her smooth legs and a small part of her thighs.
As soon as she entered, she lowered her head and spoke. “I greet the King and the Queen, and all the Progenitors.”
The Progenitors nodded their heads as the King spoke, “Raise your head and introduce yourself.”
She raised her head and, as commanded by Thalos, instantly introduced herself.
“My name is Roxanne. I am Lord Liora’s student.”
“No surname, huh?” Serak whispered.
“No,” Liora immediately replied.
“Have you told her about it?” Thalos asked Liora.
“Yes,” she replied. “I explained everything while we were coming here.”
Thalos nodded and glanced at the handkerchief-like cloth, which was positioned in a way that clearly indicated it was used to wrap something.
He unwrapped it, revealing a red-colored ring with a red gem on it.
Thalos glanced at Arin before speaking. “This Artifact will enable her to transform into any object of her choice after transferring a bit of Blood Energy into it.”
“You could say it’s the weakest Artifact we currently have,” Thalos added.
“I believe we also have to include an oath,” Vaelric suddenly said.
“Can’t argue with that,” Darius said.
“True,” Thalos said as he glanced at Arin. “It’s nothing serious.”
Arin understood the concept of oaths, but he didn’t know Vampires did this.
Thalos looked at Roxanne before speaking. “Go on.”
Roxanne nodded and walked to the middle of the throne room.
Instantly, she stretched out her right hand and began moving Blood Energy around her body, especially focusing it on the thumb of her outstretched hand.
Arin had a general understanding of what was going on, so he followed suit.
“So here are the rules,” Liora said as she began explaining the details of the oath.
Seconds later, she finished explaining everything.
First, Arin would not try to harm Roxanne and would not try to break the vials that Serak had given her, which would enable them to return to the Vampire Realm.
As for Roxanne, she would not intrude on his personal life or privacy and would just do what she was sent to do.
With that, Roxanne pricked her thumb, making her blood drop onto the floor. Arin did the same, and their blood pooled together on the same spot.
Suddenly, a red glow appeared where their blood had dropped.
Roxanne immediately felt as though a chain had wrapped around her chest before the sensation disappeared.
“You’ve gotten the feeling of a chain wrapping around your chest, right?” Seraphine asked.
“Nope,” Arin said to Seraphine in his mind. “I didn’t feel anything.”
“What?!” Seraphine exclaimed.
Before Arin could say anything else, Thalos spoke.
“Successful,” he said. “We can now be at ease.”
Arin smiled. ‘It’s time to go back…’
