- Chapter 130 - Chapter 130 Leo had officially become a babysitter
Chapter 130: Leo had officially become a babysitter Chapter 130: Leo had officially become a babysitter Alice went to almost every restaurant on the block.
She ordered their best dish and then moved on to the next store, after eating in a flash.
She ordered different specialties, and when she got to the local restaurants, she ordered more than one dish on the menu, and with different servings, too.
She did that for over three hours and then bought ice cream for her work well done.
“This is the life.” She exclaimed, the ice cream melting in her mouth with a chilly feeling.
“I should have ice cream more often.” *Yes, that way, you’ll be able to calm that hot head of yours.* Leo said but she gave deaf ears to his taunting.
“Lalalala, you’re just jealous that you can’t eat anything because you’re just a spirit or a voice, whatever.
You can’t eat, hehe.” She said and then stumbled on a rock.
Luckily, she did not fall but her sudden balance shake caused her ice cream to fall.
She gaped in disbelief.
“Leo, I understand you’re trying to get pay back but how can you do so and waste such precious stuff?” She asked him, speaking out loud that it felt like she was talking to herself.
People were looking at her strangely, and she quickly put up her nose mask, cautious that they would suddenly recognize her.
There were big screens all over town.
Screens that were used for promos, advertisements, and newscasting had her face all over them.
Honestly, she didn’t think it was this bad but it was.
She felt like a freaking model, walking down Broadway and everyone staring at her, trying to pick out her similarities with the girl in the posters.
And it didn’t help that she was wearing the same jacket she wore when she stood high in the sky, dealing a fatal blow to the eclipse dragon.
It was just one day.
How were they able to fill the streets with her face?
“Should I just dye my hair black?” She wondered, walking towards an electronics shop.
*And then when there’s a picture taken of you fighting a monster with your black hair, will you dye it blue?
And then white?
And then…* “I get your point.” She said and picked up the airpod case from the shelf took out her phone, placed it on her ear, and pretended to be on a call.
“It’s just, how am I supposed to walk down the street and eat to my heart’s content if everyone’s going to be looking at me?
I was able to have some peace this time because all spots facing the wall were empty.” She dropped it on the counter for the sales boy and passed on her card.
“Do you have any suggestions, Mister smarty god?” *Why don’t you ask Miss Stella about it?
She’s someone who owns such an expensive shopping district.
If she knows of an artifact that can change your appearance temporarily, then ask her to get it for you.
You can trade it for one of the crazy cool things you have in your ring.* He suggested and she nodded.
“Good idea.” The sales boy passed her card back to her and the airpod with a ‘come again’ response, and she nodded before walking out, though she practically didn’t hear him at all.

“Oh, and could you make sure the grifflet doesn’t eat up all the valuables?
Like, make a little wall in between them.
We can’t afford to go broke while that little chick eats billions in one sitting.
Even I don’t eat billions in one sitting.” She said and Leo went to do that right away.
It was a baby so it was bound to break things and scatter a lot.
It may break the last few bottles of elixir and potions Alice had in the ring and eat up the most effective artifacts.
Yes, Leo had officially become a babysitter.
Just look at what a God has been reduced to.
He felt so pitiful.
She tore the box open, took out the AirPods, and placed them in her ear, finally dropping her phone.
But she had to make a call.
She connected her phone to the new Airpods and made to search for Mysterious Mysteria; it came up as soon as she put in ‘Mys’.
She dialed his number, placed it on her ear, and as soon as he answered, she heard his voice from behind.
She turned sharply but didn’t find him.
But she was sure she…
Wait…
She could feel him.
He was there.
And when she used her third eye, she saw his mana circle around his heart.
Then, was he invisible?
“Ah, stop playing tricks.” She said and turned to him.
She reached out her hand to grab his collar, but he took a step back, and her eyes grimaced.
He wanted to mess with her?
Not a chance.
She used gravity pull and practically pulled him into her arms, but something went wrong somehow, and instead of him falling into her grasp, she ended up in his arms.
To everyone who could see her, they would immediately think she was making a fool of herself by pulling such a stunt.
“Are you still in the mood to play tricks?” She asked, her mood turning sour.
Her attempts to not get her noticed were all going to waste because of this guy.
She didn’t know how he was able to manipulate her gravity pull and how she ended up in his arms, like a little princess dancing in the arms of her prince charming.
Ugh.
“What if I told you my motive is to piss you off?” He asked and she tilted her head.
Ah, yes.
He was that kind of weirdo.
“Then,” she slowly reached her hand for his head and held it steady.
Then, she slowly lowered his head as if pulling him in for a kiss, but that was far from where her thoughts were and she said, “…you got yourself a pissed Alice.” She said and slammed her forehead into his.
His invisibility spell faded as he stepped back and people could finally see Alice wasn’t going crazy and that it was just an awakened messing with her.
He was holding his head, well his mask, to be precise.
It felt like he had taken that blow directly to his skull.
No, his brain.
Directly to his brain.
Alice was unbothered.
He was the one who wanted to see her pissed.
She stood to her feet, adjusting herself and making sure her mask was on properly.
“Now quit it and let’s go.” She said and started walking ahead.
Micheal was still recovering from that head slam and noticed a little crack on his mask, where her head had landed.
“Ah, how is her skin so thick and her skull so hard?” He wondered and looked up at her as she walked away with her hands in her jacket pocket.
His indestructible mask seemed to have met its match.
This was not good but why did it feel so exciting?
Not the part of his broken mask, but the pain he felt on his head.
The throbbing of his forehead and the feeling that Alice was going to tame him, who was dubbed the untamed CREATORS’ THOUGHTS Author_fredah Whoa, the untamed.

We need to hear much more about his story
