Chapter 321: Alright, I’ve made up my mind
Of course, Alice’s generosity was seen as a bluff. They could not tolerate her insolence.
“Guards, get her! I will use her as an example to all those who think they can come to my auction house and act as they please,” The boss said but before they could even take a step towards her, she was already behind all of them and behind the Boss, leaving only a light breeze that accompanied her quick step.
“Gross!” She exclaimed, flinging her bloody hand and the boss turned towards her in shock. How did she get there so fast?
“You…!”
The heads of his guards all fell to the ground all of a sudden and so did their bodies, shocking him.
“I used to think it was a cool move when I saw it in movies but it’s so sticky. Almost like when I had Big Stach’s heart in my hand.” She was talking to herself while the survivors stared in horror at the damage she had done.
She sliced their necks and decapitated them with her bare hands.
What was she? She wasn’t supposed to be able to use her powers inside the auction house. So, why?
Alice turned around and they flinched.
“Hm, some are already escaping,” she muttered. While she was busy with them, her mind was already doing a full sweep of the building.
It was like using her third eye but since she was at a higher level, her concentration had increased, so she didn’t even need to focus her mind too much to know what everyone was doing.
Think of it as her body being the entire building, she’d know if someone was reaching the edge of her skin or if anyone was approaching. That was one of the perks that came with heightened stats.
“Hm, I wonder if the pressure of my gravity skill increased.” She thought, and then someone used a rod on her head, but the rod ended up bending instead.
It wasn’t like she didn’t know what they were going to do, she just wanted to give them a chance to make a mistake.
They shivered behind her as the rod fell from their hand. It was a mistake to try and take her on but they were too scared not to do anything.
‘It’s too bad.’ Alice thought. ‘You all consumed demon blood, so you’ll definitely become mindless zombies at some point. You’ll hurt innocent people and I can’t have that happening on my watch.’
Just then, the supplier had activated a certain forbidden power. His body underwent a change making him big and bulky.
He did not have red veins around his body but he was like a completely different person than the corpse he used to look at.
And as he jumped up, ready to attack her with a growl, Alice said,
“Alright, I’ve made up my mind,” she snapped her fingers and every single person in the auction house fell face flat on the ground.
The supplier had it worse since Alice had just discovered that he was, in fact, a demon. With those red eyes that fell murderously on her as he made his attack and ash-colored skin, she was more than certain.
“So, are you the guinea pig that has its blood drained daily to make thousands of your so-called miracle potion?” She asked from above but it wasn’t as if she was expecting an answer since his lips were practically kissing the ground.
Her gravity force rendered everyone useless and she could end their lives peacefully without struggle.
“Well, I should get to work now.” She said and disappeared. She didn’t exactly disappear, since they felt the rush of wind as she made her way out of there with the speed of light.
She stopped at the entrance where there was one particular guy who wanted to get away.
“You poor thing.” She sighed in pity and then grabbed him by the neck. “I’ll make it as painless as I can.”
She broke his neck.
In that entire place where the gravity was so great that even the furniture wasn’t spared, she was the only one moving freely. She started walking slowly, finding a few guards who were on their way to see what the commotion in the hall was about.
She broke their necks as well and did the same to anyone she found.
For some reason, Alice’s heart was locked to sympathy. Was it because she knew the people she was killing were all criminals? She had no idea but she kept breaking necks like she was killing livestock instead of real humans.

There was a problem, but she had yet to see it because there was no one to point that out for her.
She went to the place she knew people were, leaving the auction hall for last. And then she stumbled upon the room where ‘goods’ were kept.
It turned out that aside from the particular auction hall where she made her bids, there was another auction hall above, and there, they sold slaves.
Seeing the slaves, Alice’s eyes shrunk. There were naked girls with chains around their necks, being treated like they were a piece of property.
She realized the gravity suffocating these poor girls and shot her eyes. How could they? How could they even think of using people like this?
It reminded her of Big Stach and her eyes glinted red.
‘Destroy!’ a command echoed in her head and her heart thumped, shaking her entire body.
She trembled.
“What is this? What… What do you want me to do?” She asked and once again, the command came in,
‘Destroy!’
Her heart thumped once more. She felt it to her core. This was what she wanted to do.
Yes, this was what was hidden in her heart. She would destroy those bastards.
She released the slaves and said,
“Pick up anything to cover up and get out of here as fast as you can. I… Will destroy everything here.”
The slaves were scared, but knowing it was a fellow female who was releasing them and seeing what she had done to every other person, they knew she was strong, and this… Might be their liberation.
After Alice was sure they were out of the building, she changed her tactics and started slaughtering.
The people on that floor did not deserve a quick death since they were dancing to the suffering and humiliation of women. She cut their legs and their hands and then pinned their heads with a dagger.
Since they couldn’t even scream, the sin was unbearable. This was the kind of treatment lowlives like that deserved, and she made sure to mention it to them.
