Chapter 638: Captains Duel.
Without even caring about Pale and Endrick who had fallen to the ground, Titan just dashed forward, as he leaped over their bodies, sending a fist flying toward Morgana.
[> Mid Tier Spell €“ Dark Suction <]
As usual, she reacted swiftly, stretching out her right palm to cast the same spell she had used to contain both Endrick and Pale€™s earlier attacks.
But just moments before Titan€™s hand was supposed to be engulfed by her dark suction defensive spell, she noticed him withdraw his right fist slightly as he changed the position of his body.
His previous movements had all been a feint to make her react to his attack while he would attack differently than she had envisioned.
Morgana€™s mind raced as she tried to predict which body part Titan would target next, or which angle he would attack from.
Suddenly, she felt a sharp pain in her jaw as she was lifted into the air by a left-handed uppercut delivered by Titan.
She could almost feel her consciousness slipping away due to the power behind the strike, as ice was starting to spread around her face from the place Titan€™s hand had made contact.
However, when she felt his cold hand gripping her neck and dragging her back down forcefully, and she was rudely awakened from the dazed state the punch had put her in.
Bang!
The next scene was not favourable for Morgana at all, as Titan had slammed her onto the ground, causing her body to bounce off the floor.
The audience watched in shock as the vice-captain of the Onyx Academy was being overpowered by a golem.
Morgana tried to stand up by shaking her head to clear her vision, as she was seeing three flattering images of Titan approaching her.
€œWake up, Morgana!€ a loud shout rang in her ears.
She turned to see who was warning her, only to witness a long blade protruding from the chest of her teammate, who had taken the liberty to alert her.
€œAnother golem!€ Morgana spat through gritted teeth as she finally managed to rise.
But as she turned, her vision was filled with the sight of a massive, spiky ice mace aimed directly at her face, at that moment, she knew she couldn€™t evade it.
Pale and Endrick watched in shock as Titan ruthlessly smashed Morgana€™s head, the force causing her body to soar into the air before crashing to the ground.
€œAhhh!
I will kill you!€ shouted another member of Onyx Academy, witnessing Morgana€™s elimination as the white light flashed down again.
He pushed back Arthur and dashed toward Titan, followed closely by another mage charging in from the opposite side of titan, their anger fully unleashed.
Swing!
Titan€™s left hand transformed into what looked like a round launcher, firing ice spikes at the mage approaching from the left.
The spikes impaled him in the chest area before he could get close, and he fell, lifeless and remorseful.
The mage on the right managed to evade the spikes when Titan redirected his left hand, towards his side,
Realizing that his surprise tactic wouldn€™t work again, Titan€™s hand returned to normal and conjured a round ice shield as he dashed forward to confront the student of the Onyx Academy team.
When they were close enough, Titan bent low and surged forward with increased speed catching the mage unprepared, and using the ice shield to lift the mage up in the air as the mage was slammed to the ground.
The mage attempted to swiftly stand, but his head was smashed by an ice mace, painting the scene red.
€œNever try to take those I have marked!€ Titan warned, turning slightly to address both Pale and Endrick before charging forward again with his shield and mace as he tried to meet up with the rest heading to support Alec.
Pale and Endrick felt the terrifying aura emanating from Titan and silently thanked their stars that they were on the same team as him, rather than facing him as an opponent.

Titan was indeed a formidable force.
As they looked around, they realized that the falling light signalled the completion of the first half of Alec€™s plan: all the mages of the Onyx Academy team, except for their captain, had been eliminated.
—
In the middle of the undead horde, Dorian hid, frowning at how events had unfolded.
Many of the Onyx Academy fans in the audience were still waiting for him to emerge from the shadows and attack Alec, believing he was still lurking there.
However, Dorian had dismissed that option long ago when Alec charged toward his undead army, but was facing his location even while in hiding.
It was at that moment he suspected that Alec seemed capable of detecting shadow energy, so Dorian decided to remain hidden within the horde, avoiding the use of his shadow powers altogether.
Initially, Dorian had thought Alec€™s charge was naive, so he instructed his undead commanders to send their minions to deal with him first.
With over a hundred Tier 3 undead attacking, Dorian was merely waiting for Alec to exhaust his mana and stamina before swooping in to finish the job.
But Alec had managed to keep the undead at bay using only his sword techniques, which was astonishing to Dorian.
He had expected to see flashes of spells or explosive attacks, but Alec relied solely on his raw strength.
What most people didn€™t know was that Alec€™s physical prowess was as formidable as his spells.
So in such situations where he was faced by multiple low-rank he stuck to only his raw power minimizing his use of his mana, making his only concern about conserving stamina until his team dealt with the rest of the Onyx Academy team.
Fortunately for Alec, his team accomplished this quickly, and now the entire War God Mage Academy team surrounded the undead horde.
€œYou know, whether you choose the easy way or the hard way, you would still have to face me, so why don€™t you just come out and face me?, You know if you could defeat me, my golems will be out of the game, giving you a better chance of winning this for your whole eliminated team, think of how glorious that is,€ Alec taunted.
€œBut if I defeat you, my team wins, and all the undead under your control will perish, so, what€™s it going to be?
A single honourable battle with a chance at victory, or should we just obliterate your undead army, leaving you no choice but to die with them?€ Alec continued, casually punching the face of a low rank ghoul that lunged at him, sending it bouncing off the ground before it died.
Seeing Alec€™s display of strength and realizing how cornered he was, Dorian didn€™t doubt Alec€™s words.
His team had lost, and they had underestimated the War God Mage Academy far too much.
At that moment, the undead army ceased its attack and parted to create a path.
Dorian began to walk forward, his steps creating a rhythmic sound.
Alec smiled as he saw Dorian, disguised in what appeared to be undead armor.
€œLet€™s do this-one last battle for the win!€ Dorian declared.
€œYeah, let€™s do this,€ Alec replied, waving his hand to signal the rest of the War God Academy team and his golems to move back and give them space.
Legion was the last to retreat, keeping his sniper rifle trained on Dorian.
