Chapter 710: Mid Tier Battle Field.
Chapter 710: Mid Tier Battle Field.
The flaming-skinned demons were aptly named that way due to the colour of their skin, their red skin, which was laced with black hues in several areas, gave the illusion that fiery flames burned beneath their flesh.
In addition to this striking appearance, they also possessed flaming claws and horns and were considered natural wielders of the fire element among the Demonkins.
They are one of the most commonly known demons among the Demonkin races , largely because they are among the most populous and have distinct stages at every rank.
The flaming-skinned demons are an evolved form of the lower ranked red demons, while red demons belong to the lower ranks, the term €œflaming-skinned demon€ is reserved for those who have evolved into Mid Rank.
The red demons who could evolve to the high rank were known as the Flaming Demon Lords, and with each demon lord that emerges from the red demon lineage, their prestige and power increase among the various Demonkin races.
These fearsome flaming-skinned demons were the ones Azgoth sent toward Alec, as a group of Tier 5 demons closed in on him, Alec didn€™t even glance in their direction before summoning his main golems, as he was fully focused on issuing orders to the other mages who were helping with evacuating the low rank mages out of the arena.
So he clearly had no desire to be occupied by such insignificant foes, viewing the Tier 5 demons as mere distractions.
The moment he summoned his main golems, which is now led by Legion, they unleashed their auras, creating a dazzling display of different light that represented their diverse powers.
With Titan still in a critical state, Alec decided against summoning him for now, but he planned to call upon Titan€™s minions instead.
Although Titan۪s minions might not be as outrageously strong as his main golems, but they were still rare rank golems within the Tier 5 realm, making them the cr̬me de la cr̬me of Tier 5 beings.
Alec was able to accomplish this thanks to his golem-linked skill; as long as he was willing to pay the required mana, he could summon the minions of all his golems to fight on his behalf.
The flaming skinned demons, charging forward, and didn€™t even hesitate upon seeing the line of golems that Alec had summoned before them, they were a proud race, confident in their powers and certain they were more brutal than a mere assemblage of summoned creatures.
However, it only took a split second for them to realize how wrong their assessment of the golems had been.
It felt almost like a contest to see who could kill more as Legion, Butcher, Oni, Hunter, Sword Saint, and Magnito surged ahead toward the horde of demons, supported by Titan€™s ice golem minions in the second line.
This small number of golems carved their way through the ranks of demons with ease, cutting down hundreds in the blink of an eye.
This action of theirs caused Azgoth, who is watching from the skies, to smile wider as he witnessed the carnage.
The golems sliced through their foes as if they were not Tier 5 Golems but a bunch of low tier 6 individuals battling tier 5 demons.
Azgoth was genuinely shocked by the battle power displayed by these golems.
However, as he marvelled at their skills, he suddenly realized he had lost sight of Alec, who he really wanted to watch, turning his gaze, he saw Alec channelling mana into the ground as he bent slightly, and in the next instant, Alec was launched into the air after an earthen pillar shot up at a very fast speed beneath him.
Azgoth€™s eyes sparkled with understanding as he recognized Alec€™s intent; above him in the air, is where the Tier 6 demons clashed with Tier 6 mages.
Mages like Selene, Selena, other magic academy Co-ordinators and some helpers from the audience, along with some tier 6 instructors, were engaged in the heat of battle.
In a distant corner which Alec was heading, Azgoth quickly spotted a mage bearing the same insignia as Alec team mates that were leading the evacuation,
The Tier 6 Mage in question was being pressured by a bull demon commonly known as a Minotaur.
Just as the Minotaur prepared to cleave the mage in two with its massive two-handed battle axe, Alec rocketed forward at an astonishing speed, resembling a missile being launched into the sky.
Although he had manipulated the earth element to propel himself into the air, but once airborne, Alec relied on fire magic instead, his whole body was engulfed in flames as he thrust both fists forward; his hands blazed with black and red flames, completely engulfing his right and left gloves.
Bang!
Alec hurtled toward the tier 6 Minotaur, his fists bursting into its chest from behind and killing it instantly.
The Minotaur was still bewildered as it felt its powers slipping away.
It looked down to see two clenched fists protruding from its chest.

The creature never expected to be ambushed from behind; despite having worked to improve its mental awareness, Alec€™s lightning speed had made it impossible to react in time, resulting in a critical, life-threatening injury.
Instructor Jasper, who had narrowly escaped being cleaved by the Minotaur, was grateful to have been saved, he patiently awaited to see the face of his saviour.
As Alec€™s hands, protruding from the Minotaur€™s chest, suddenly clenched hard on either side, with a shout of exertion, his blazing grip tore the massive creature in two, sending blood splattering across his spirit armour.
But not all of the crimson liquid just fell or splashed; some hovered, suspended in the air as Alec manipulated it with precision.
Jasper watched in stunned silence as Alec used the Minotaur€™s blood to craft a fearsome double bladed scythe with blood chains extended from the weapon€™s base, wrapping around Alec€™s right arm as if it were an extension of his will.
When the weapon solidified, it exuded an oppressive aura, its power unmistakable.
A weapon forged from the blood of a Tier 6 lifeform, amplified by the power of the Blood Reaper, was undeniably capable of threatening even Tier 6 mages.
Jasper couldn€™t tear his eyes away from Alec, who didn€™t even spare him a single glance, the image before him was terrifying, a Tier 5 mage, drenched in blood, unfazed as he manipulated the life force of his fallen enemies to forge new tools of destruction.
To Jasper, Alec resembled a harbinger of chaos, a destructive force cloaked in crimson.
The sight of Alec flying toward his next target, with scythe raised high, burned itself into Jasper€™s mind, it was a vision he would never forget.
