Chapter 814: The New Quasi Lords 2.
Alec looked at all three of his newly evolved golems with a hint of surprise, especially at the Hive Queen. He’d had a premonition that they would all begin to revert to a more humanoid form at Tier 6 with another form due to how Legion and Titan had turned out, but the Hive Queen’s transformation still caught him off guard.

He hadn’t expected any of his golems to take on such a striking form, and not wanting to stare too long at her beautiful face, he turned to Oni instead.

Oni now stood at about 6’5”. His body had slimmed down into a leaner frame, though it still unmistakably bore the weight and presence of a golem, as during his evolution, Alec remembered purchasing a unique set of black stones from the system shop that had now fused with Oni’s body, giving him an entirely black form, like a living statue in dark armour.

On his back floated a levitating black ring of light, with six different types of blade handles protruding from its circumference like embedded scabbards.

His face was still hidden behind his signature demonic mask, but now it bore two short, curved horns that swept backward, the expression etched on the mask still has its changing attributes as well, but this time, it was the face of a grinning demon with its tongue out that he had on.

The eye sockets were carved open, allowing the blue soul-light of Oni’s eyes to gleam through, they carried emotion, wisdom, and a quiet intensity, though the mask concealed much of what he felt.

For now, Oni had only two visible arms present causing Alec to wonder if his transformation would bring the whole six arms out, but for now only two showed making him look more human than the asura battle lord he is, and in his left hand, he held his long, ominous scythe — the Dark Reaper , which had clearly been upgraded too to match his master’s breakthrough.

It now featured a double-edged blade and radiated an even heavier aura of power than before.

After taking in the full sight of his golem, its body wreathed in flickering black shadows, Alec finally opened his status tab.

But Alec wasn’t complaining about their hard work, the more Tier 6 golems he had, the greater the army he could field.

And he was confident that if a Blood Moon War happened again, he wouldn’t have to lift a finger to deal with mid-rank opponents, not with his clan mages and his golems around him.

The thought of how much he could dominate the mid-rank battlefield made him smirk, he was on the verge of pushing all eight of his main golems to Tier 6, and each one could summon ten golems limited to the Peak Tier 5 realm.

That meant eight Tier 6 quasi-general rank golems, each commanding ten captain-level subordinates, the equivalent of 80 Peak Tier 5 powerhouses.

Just imagining the devastation they could bring if he went to war with any clan, especially when his main golems eventually stepped into the Tier 7 Mage realm, made him grin.

If things played out right, he alone could wipe out an entire high-rank force, the sheer volume of experience points waiting for him to harvest under the guise of a hero made his face twist into a sadistic smile.

Luckily, Arthur wasn’t around to mock his expression, as Alec turned to examine Butcher’s newly transformed body and his stat improvements.

Seeing Butcher’s updated status made Alec reflect on something he didn’t really put his mind on before, with all of his golems stepping into the Tier 6 realm, their elemental affinity seems to enter the first stage of manipulation.

But the real intrigue was in what variant abilities each would awaken, he already knew Titan’s own was the Black Ice, but he was especially curious about what surprises Butcher and Oni had in store for him, particularly since Butcher had reached the manipulation stage in two different elements.

Alec hadn’t expected wind to be one of them. Butcher rarely used it, and Alec had nearly forgotten that his initial evolution had his name changed to storm knight, over time, Butcher had leaned heavily into lightning, mostly ignoring the wind aspect.

Either way, Alec was eager to see just how much his creations had grown.

He noticed that the lightning axe on Butcher’s back had clearly undergone an upgrade, it looked far more dangerous now, with two elemental cores embedded into the handle, and swirling currents of wind forming visible spheres around it.

Alec wasn’t even sure if it could still be called a lightning axe at this point.

After studying the newly evolved Tempest Butcher, Alec turned toward the Hive Queen, but instead of the usual eight bladed legs, she now stood on two feet, clad in what looked like an upgraded version of her previous black armour.

Her skin had a flawless, human-like sheen, but Alec hadn’t forgotten that she belonged to the class of Flesh golems, her evolution path still baffled him.

He had created her using clay, and some other materials the system provided like the spider-like lower body, which caused her eight bladed legs to grow stronger with each mana-baptized breakthrough, but now, he wasn’t even sure if she was still following the flesh golem path or if she’d become a unique anomaly crafted through the system’s various material experiments.

Still, seeing her standing upright felt satisfying, her face still bore eight eyes, four on each side — dark red, haunting, and strangely beautiful in their own terrifying way.

She also had long, grey hair that flowed down to her waist.

“I really need to study more about the Flesh Golem path, I had initially created the structure of her body based on the beast path I fell in love with and observed, but after this latest evolution, it seems she’s transcended that, I practically built her a new body following the instructions I have, I never thought Flesh Golems could be this clean, was expecting more of Frankenstein style,” Alec muttered before finally opening her status tab to examine the changes.
