Chapter 435: Something Selfish
The night rolled on in a similar fashion to my day with Zeona and Delilah. Drinks, drunk women and a genuinely good time. I even spent another hour back underground with the cultists at one point, I felt bad for earlier and wanted to make it up to them.

Eventually though, the events of the day finally rolled up on me and while I could function for a long time without sleep, I did enjoy it and charging the brain battery when I could was a good idea.

After I made my intentions clear, Kathrine had asked if she and her mother could use the guest’s rooms, I saw no reason why not and agreed to escort them upstairs myself. As we entered the elevator, I had Janine over my shoulder as the Psionic beverage had still left her unconscious, a strange phenomenon as the drink had zero influence on me all night except for a very minor buzz. Talia also followed us up as apparently she had decided to roomie up with Janine.

After getting off on the guest floor, I passed Janine over to Talia who fell against the wall at her friend’s weight. “I’ll come and check on you in a minute ok?” I said and smiled, causing Talia to nod her head in affirmation.

I followed The Hyllus’ into their room, Kathrine was leading Valerica who still had her eyes glued to the scroll, she hadn’t said a word in hours, simply sipping her drinks that were put in front of her as she continued to mull everything on the scroll over and over again.

“Ok Mummy, you sit here until you are ready to go to sleep ok?” Kathrine said, waiting a moment for a possible response, when she didn’t get one, she kicked off her heels and walked towards the bedroom.

I then followed behind Kathrine, as I entered the bedroom, I heard her mumbling. “As if she isn’t weird enough, now she is anti-social? Ugh… she is going to make me train using that once she has it learnt. Not that I am against that of course darling, will you unzip me?”

Kathrine smiled at me in the mirror in front of her as she moved her hair to the side. I smiled back as I walked up to her. I then leant down and rested my head on her shoulder as I wrapped my hands around her waist.

“No, I know you pretty well at this point Kat. You hate training, you only started doing it again to keep in shape for me.” Kathrine leaned her head against mine and smiled warmly as she looked at her reflection. She loved simple affection like this.

As I started to unzip her dress she said. “Well, I do have competition, tough competition at that. The fact you have so much love to give as well makes us all work hard to feel it.” She shimmied out of her dress, letting it fall to the floor, revealing her black bra and absent panties.

As I followed Kathrine into the restroom, I said. “My love for those I love is endless. It shocks me at times how much I love everyone. It sounds incredibly vain, but I don’t know how I would have coped with just a single entity as the receptacle for my love. I am honestly beyond lucky that Jewel found me, she is allowing my love to shine endlessly… If we are being honest I am kind of scared how much I love all my hive and you and Valerica alongside my friends. I think I might go insane if my love for you all continues to grow.”

Kathrine looked up at me after removing her makeup, at least that is what I think she was doing by the dirty wipes, as she still looked identical. She turned around and sat on the sink counter, curling a finger towards herself.

I followed her instructions and kissed her upon close proximity. She then pulled away and smiled. “I guess we are incredibly lucky then aren’t we? As my love is growing for you everyday. Everyday I become happier than the day before. Being connected to your soul is the best thing that has happened to me after all. I suppose it’s the job of those who love you to take whatever love you give us then? Hmm? I know I am willing to suck out some of that love whenever you want. *Mwah*”

She kissed me on the nose playfully before pushing me backwards playfully. She finished taking off her makeup, still not changing in appearance, under my gaze as we wiggled her rear every so often, an act I was enjoying.

All of a sudden, Kathrine’s face turned solemn as she looked at me in the mirror. “Apollo, you will marry me right?” I blinked in surprise hearing that. “Um. I’m not opposed to the idea, but let’s face it, we don’t need a contract to know we are going to be together forever. You are MINE. And that will always be the case. Why? What has brought this on all of a sudden? Do you want to walk down the aisle in a pretty white gown?”

“Gown? I suppose I could wear a gown, but that’s not really traditional. It would make the duel a little unfair, though I suppose it already is considering who you are… Kathrine then noticed my gaze in the mirror and got back to the point.

“Apollo, the reason I ask is because I want to ask something selfish… Being your wife would simply validate my position to allow me to do so.” I put on a coy smile as I teased. “Oh, something selfish? My,my, isn’t my slave getting ahead of herself?”

Kathrine turned around to face me at this point, her face serious, I thought she was mad until she said. “Apollo, that word might be an insult to others, but look at what it does to me. I’m trying to be serious here.”

Kathrine had rubbed her fingers against her lower cave, showing me a slickness that was sticking to her finger. I walked up to her and stroked her hair before taking her hand and licking said finger, causing her to bite her lip with her eyes closed.

“Sorry Kat, I was only teasing. Go on, ask your request. I am sure I will be accommodating, I am a graceful master after all.” Kathrine rolled her eyes at me, clearly unimpressed with my attempt at humor.

“I know my position Apollo, I would never ask this for the swarm and the cult, but for any future dalliances you perchance become interested in, I would like to hold the position of vetting your conquests. As you said my darling, you have a lot of love to give and some might take advantage of that in the future. I am a good read of character, well, as long as they are human, and I want to protect you from anyone that would dare have the notion of using you! Grrr! just the thought of some sorry bitch attempting to manipulate your kind nature drives me to see red.”

Kathrine, not mad at me, but at the scenario in her head, then stormed out of the restroom and climbed into bed, aggressively fluffing her pillow before she lay there with her arms folded.

As I slowly walked to the bed, Kathrine started to show signs of regret for acting upset, but remained silent. As I sat down next to her, I slowly began brushing her hair before asking. “So, who are these mystery women you think are weaselling their way into my bedroom? Because I can count on one hand the amount of non hive women I have interacted with today and three of them have been with us the entire time.”

Kathrine leaned up against me and sighed softly. “I’m sorry darling. I guess I just feel protective. I love you and I know you are strong, but you are also too kind for your own good, I just wish to look after you.”

I manipulated Kathrine’s head and kissed her hair before speaking softly. “Ok then. You can have the privileges you seek. From now on, any lady that wants this hot piece of ass has to get vetted by my gorgeous, darling Hyllus. However, you cannot let bias into your decision making. Say for instance you hate one of these mystery sluts and I end up liking them. If they are a good match for me and have no ulterior motive that you have found, you have to let them in. Agreed?”

It wasn’t like I had plans to begin pairing off with randoms, I had so many beauties in my hive and cult. What would I want with randoms? ‘Unless they ask for a sexual favour like Kathrine did then I suppose maybe?’

Kathrine agreed to my condition with excitement, I could tell she was glad to have some sort of authority, she was a powerful woman in Spartari society after all, it was her nature to want positions of power in her personal life as well.

Her change in temperament caused my love for her to surge as it was so cute, causing me to blurt out. “Ok then wife to be, I am going to go check on the others upstairs. I love you lots.”

As I left the room, Kathrine felt a delight surge through her body that was not just her drunkenness. Her one and only had just confirmed he wanted to marry her! She was so happy, so full of love, but then a strangeness overcame her. She felt like she was forgetting something important, but decided not to think too much about it because Apollo wanted to marry her!
