The sheer raw power of the silver tekvore was truly extraordinary, and yet the Boundless Light’s supreme mastery of light did not falter. By relying on potent space manipulation and heaven bending, she was able to create a powerful lensing effect that dispersed and diverged much of the titanic attack of the silver tekvore.

She smoothly defended herself and the Esocline Federation from the tekvore’s supreme attack with smooth movements. The Martial Sages heaved a sigh of relief at her well-being, while the tekvores seemed shocked that she was still alive and unharmed by the silver tekvore’s extraordinarily powerful attack.

And yet, the silver tekvore itself didn’t seem all that surprised, perhaps having anticipated her power level.

It was just getting started.

The world shook as the supersolid light avatar of the silver tekvore shifted.

Each movement it made sent seismic radiation washing across much of heaven and earth.

The sheer amount of colossal energy that the powerful avatar created beggared the imagination, vastly exceeding Bodhisattva Maitreyi’s power reserves. And yet, Martial Artists were extremely accustomed to fighting and even defeating entities with raw energy power levels far greater than one’s self, whether it was beasts or siege weapons.

She took her stance once more, her aged eyes directing a serious gaze at the silver tekvore. The light she manipulated and released was nothing more than a flame before the inferno of light that was the supersolid light avatar.

And yet, she was unmoved.

“Mastery of power is far greater than power itself.”

It was a principle that the silver tekvore thoroughly put to the test.

Parts of the supersolid avatar returned to its ordinary quantum state of wave-particle photons, moving at the speed of light.

An attack fast enough to outpace and destroy any other Martial Sage or tekvore on the battlefield.

In the blink of an eye, she returned to her boundless light form, beaming at extraordinary speeds as she blasted across the powerful supersolid light avatar of the silver tekvore.

What followed was a blindingly bright light show where a potent beam of light spiraled about the giant supersolid avatar of light, blasting it with attack after attack. With every single atom and subatomic particle in her body turning to light, she had harnessed the full potential of materia prima, allowing her to unleash the most powerful attacks that any Martial Sage had ever unleashed upon human civilization.

It narrowed its silver cybernetic eyes with a hint of displeasure even as its body churned with power, unleashing an extraordinary amount of light and an even greater amount of energy to turn that light into its supersolid light form.

Bodhisattva Maitreyi’s eyes sharpened as she noticed just the faintest amount of steam emerging from the tekvore’s body.

The air above its body was so hot that light danced unsteadily, causing a fluctuating image.

“Heat…” Bodhisattva Maitreyi murmured to herself as realization dawned on her. “Of course… if you have machines in your body then…”

Then, heat dispersion was always a concern.

Not for Martial Artists, of course, for their generation and dispatch of energy was extraordinarily efficient, which meant that there was almost perfectly zero loss of energy as heat. Martial Artists did not need to worry about overheating as a result of their Martial Art techniques.

But machines did have those concerns.

And when one placed great machines in one’s body, then those concerns moved from the machine to the individual.

Even as Bodhisattva Maitreyi maneuvered as a beam of light, checkering the supersolid light avatar with light-speed attacks, she shifted her attention to all the tekvores, not just the silver tekvore.

Her eyes lit up as she spotted a pattern.

“Heat is their constraint.”

In hindsight, it was fairly obvious.

One did not get to place an antimatter energy core or a nuclear reactor or any other high technological energy generator within one’s chest and not have to deal with heat, but in human civilization’s defense, this was all very new and alien to them.

Barely forty-eight hours since the Unfolding had passed.

The supersolid light contained in its arm blurred.

The light turned from supersolid matter back to photons, causing the arm to move in the direction of Bodhisattva Maitreyi at great speeds.

She manipulated space to alter the trajectory of her own light paths, allowing her to evade the extroardinarily powerful attacks from the avatar.

The world shook violently as the extraordinary attack caused a tsunami the size of a mountain range to erupt from the Great Nam Ocean, just from the side effects of the colossal power of the avatar of light.

If not for the Martial Sages scrambling to disperse the power of the attack, the entirety of North Panama would have been flattened.

And yet, protecting the Panama Continent left them vulnerable.

“Rgh…!” Kane grimaced as a positron beam exploded on his arm, causing him tremendous burns and flesh wounds.

The crystalline feminine tekvore that he was dealing with was so powerful that even though it faced three Martial Sages at once, it could deal with all three of them and even harm them if they weren’t paying attention.

All manner of high technology such as antimatter beam, nuclear canons, lasers, plasma, and even electromagnetic technology of all kinds converged upon them, threatening to destroy them where they were.

And yet, they persevered, repelling the attack on the Panama Continent as the tekvores aggressively unleashed an onslaught upon all of them.

The most important battle of them all, however, only grew more and more intense.

It was a battle that all of them paid attention to, for it would determine their fate as well.
