The Martial Unity - Chapter 3080
Chapter 3080: Beyond the Void
CRACK CRACK CRACK!
The very fabric of reality tore, revealing a true void of unreality.
And yet there was more.
There was more than they could have ever fathomed.
There were colors.
Shapes.
Circles.
Spheres.
Bubbles.
“This…” Bodhisattva Maitreyi’s eyes widened with shock as the truth dawned upon her.
What she saw beyond the void of unreality were realities beyond their own.
Universes beyond their own.
They had torn past the cosmic structure of space and time itself.
And yet, the tear in space and time lasted less than a nanosecond.
In the briefest of moments, the very fabric of space and time was restored in an almost manual manner.
Almost as if an invisible hand stitched it back.
Almost as if a sentient force had intervened upon the violation.
RUMBLE!!!!!!
The sheer energy onslaught from the attacks radiated across heaven and earth.
It caused an unfathomable tsunami of extroardinary proportions, threatening to wipe out all life across the northern board of the continent.
The Martial Sages intervened once more, along with special technological systems of the Esocline Federation, calming the destructive apocalypse down.
The sheer impact of the two attacks of the group leaders colliding had blown the two sides apart.
The impact had been so great that it even damaged the aircrafts despite the sheer distance at which they had ‘parked’ themselves.
The silver tekvore’s expression darkened with displeasure as visible realization of the impracticality of the continued attack emerged on his face.
Bodhisattva Maitreyi had come to be able to read her opponent better.
They had traveled in aircrafts for a reason.
Most likely they were too vulnerable without them if they chose to retreat and it would take too much energy to travel to the Esocline Federation.
On top of that, the more she fought them, the more she understood some about their needs and constraints.
Heat wasn’t the only inconvenience, there was also undoubtedly hungering energy demands.
She didn’t sense the generation of materia prima that occurred in Martial Sages as a form of relativistic and quantum night perfect efficiency, not letting to waste even the energy of mass itself.

Their energy sources were technological, even if quite diverse between all of them.
From that, she could hazard the guess that these tekvores needed to manually restore their energy reserves with great and expensive energy supplies.
If that was the case, then the tekvores, despite their astronomical power, did have great limitations.
Bodhisattva Maitreyi gazed into the intense silver cybernetic eyes of her opponent, whose expression darkened with profound displeasure and anger.
And yet, despite the aggression and hostile that her enemies has shown, it appeared that they were indeed capable of rational analysis.
“ᚱᛖᛏᚱᛖᛏ. ᚹᛖ ᛊᚺᚨᛚᛚ ᛞᛖᛊᛏᚱᛟᛁ ᚦᛖᛗ ᚨᚾᛟᚦᛖᚱ ᛞᚨᛁ.”
The tekvores snarled with frustration, discontent, and anger.
But they swiftly retreated away from the Martial Sages and the Escoline Federation, retreating as their damaged, but surprisingly functional, aircrafts shifted to pick them up instantly, the lesser tekvores that fought with the Martial Masters and Seniors of the Kandrian Empire and the Esocline Federation also retreated.
But not without a fight.
“Impede and harm their retreat as much as possible,” Bodhisattva Maitreyi remarked with a determined expression as she unleashed a maelstrom of attacks to destroy as many aircrafts as possible. “Make sure that this remains a painful memory.”
From the very moment the Martial Sages realized they were retreating, they instantly shifted tracks from playing defense to playing offense, trying to cause as much damage to the retreating tekvores.
“DIE!” Sage Nel, the newest Martial Sage of the Kandrian Empire, snarled with anger and rage as he went berserk, unleashing all manner of attacks upon the retreating aircrafts that zoomed out of range in a matter of seconds.
The death of his mentor had weighed heavily on him.
Especially when he was powerless to stop it.
It had triggered an acceleration in the process of his self-enlightenment, allowing him to gain the epiphany needed to break through to the Sage Realm.
Surprisingly enough, he wasn’t the only Martial Master from the Kandrian Empire to break through.
The manifold and the pressure of the Beast Incursion had allowed many Martial Masters to approach the very brink of the gates to the Sage Realm, some of whom found themselves breaking through to the Sage Realm in battle.
And yet, the losses were equally heavy.
Three Martial Sages had passed away in battle, killed by the invading tekvores, while their side had only managed to kill one tekvore.
Bodhisattva Maitreyi’s eyes grew grave as they collected the bodies of the gallant defenders of human civilization at the end of the battle.
The Esocline Federation immediately dispatched medical and salvaging teams to collect the wreckage, human and especially alien. The latter was a priceless source of information on their enemies and would allow them to gather more precious intelligence on their enemies for the next attack.
The tekvores had offered them an ultimatum between absolute destruction and absolute subjugation.
Neither was acceptable for the powers of human civilization.
Thus, conflict was inevitable and the Panamic Alliance already considered themselves to be in a state of war with the tekvores.
The wreckage and spoils of war would be studied to death and back to understand more about their enemies, although they had understood some of the most crucial information just from combat against the tekvores.
The most chilling realization that they had come to learn was that the tekvores could fight and potentially even defeat three Martial Sages on average.
As combat assets, they exceeded the most powerful combat assets of human civilization as a whole.
Just twenty of them were enough to handle and rival sixty Martial Sages.
What was the probability that there were only twenty Martial Sages?
It was zero.
The Acherialis Continent was larger than the Panama Continent as a whole and human civilization only occupied a minority of their own continent. It was almost impossible to imagine that there weren’t many more tekvores in the Imperial Tekvorian Federation.
What had unfolded today was just a small prelude of what was to come.
