Chapter 107: Chapter 107 Who Taught him that?
[HeraismySister: OMG!!! I’m totally crushing on my sister Hera! She’s so manly and cool!!!]
[EveryoneHappy: Haha, if I didn’t know any better, I’d think she’s a sniper in disguise! LOL]
[NorthernDuke: Of course, my wife is the best. (*´︶` *)]
[GoldenLight: Hey mister @NorthernDuke, don’t you have work to do, you’re always online, and were you raised to call every woman your wife? Delusional much… (╬ Ò﹏Ó)]
[FatherOfCaduceus: @NorthernDuke stop calling her your wife, she’s single, and don’t mislead the others.]
[EntertainmentKing: @NorthernDuke, you always seem so free. Are you still living off your mom’s money?]
[NorthernDuke: Whatever you say.

[Dave_Carson: Let’s not fight, okay kids?! @EntertainmentKing, @FatherOfCaduceus, @GoldenLight, @NorthernDuke]
[EntertainmentKing: Screw off, @Dave_Carson. Can’t you just focus on your work for once?]
[Dave_Carson: @EntertainmentKing, you’re so mean. Can’t I even eat my lunch in peace? (⋟﹏⋞)]
This banter has now become another attraction for other viewers. They’ve grown accustomed to seeing those shining gold usernames throwing bombs at each other at every turn, all because of Hera. Initially, viewers were afraid to even breathe, fearing they might offend these big bosses. But over time, they find it amusing to see these influential figures bantering like kids over the most mundane things.
They would sometimes even join in the fun, teasing the big bosses and elevating the atmosphere in the live-stream chatroom. Some viewers even came in just to watch this spectacle every day, and they never seemed to tire of it. Instead, their curiosity about the people behind those accounts only grew. Most viewers also wanted to know more about these individuals.
After Bry retrieved the pheasant from the other side, half of his body was soaking wet from wading through the deeper part of the river. Despite this, he was still happily beaming as he held the pheasant by the neck.
“Sister!! Look how fat this pheasant is!!! It must have eaten a lot of worms!” Bry ran to Hera after reaching the shore and handed over the dead pheasant.
“You really shot it dead!” Zen exclaimed as he examined the motionless pheasant up close.
Satisfied with her new ingredient, Hera cheerfully returned the slingshot to the teenager, who was still trying to grasp what had just happened. However, a shift had occurred among them. Some now regarded Hera differently, as if she were a goddess in human form, descending to grace them with her excellence.
But these thoughts were not only limited to them; they also resonated with the viewers who witnessed how things had drastically shifted from a playful picnic to a more challenging adventure in the wild.
Hera didn’t immediately tend to the pheasant; instead, she and Xavier prioritized gutting the fish he caught. Following their routine from the previous day, they seasoned the fish with just salt before skewering it on sticks prepared by Zen.
Bry, having prior experience, had come prepared with his own small bowl, as did the cameraman accompanying them. Xavier and Zen’s guide returned home for lunch since they didn’t need to venture far and required no further guidance.
This time, Hera and Xavier didn’t need to share a cup for the soup. Anticipating an outdoor lunch, Hera brought along extra spoons for the soup, ensuring it would be easier to scoop out the wontons.
In no time, the fish cooked evenly, its natural oils dripping from the skewers onto the ground. Hera distributed the cooked fish among the five of them, ensuring everyone got their share, while the soup was equally divided among each of them.
As Hera passed the hot soup to Xavier, he didn’t grasp the silicone cup properly, and it ended up falling to the ground, overturned, with its rim now covered in dirt. Xavier quickly picked it up and hurried to the side of the river to wash it off.
Hera assumed he would reuse it after a thorough wash, so she began sipping her wanton soup from her cup while waiting for Xavier to return, intending to pour another cup for him.
Shortly after, Xavier returned with the clean cup, but instead of giving it to Hera, he set it aside on his left. Assuming he had lost interest in the soup, Hera continued enjoying her fish and relishing its freshness.
To Hera’s surprise, Xavier reached for her cup and swiftly brought it to his lips, already sipping the soup before she could react. By the time she realized what was happening, Xavier had already consumed half the soup, even using the same spoon she had left in the cup to scoop up some submerged wantons.
Not only was Hera shocked, but even Zen who happened to lift his head witnessed the scene. He subconsciously glanced at Hera, his eyes questioning her about what was happening. However, Hera had no answer to his inquiry because she was just as puzzled herself.
By now, Hera had noticed that Xavier indeed disliked sharing anything he used or currently is using with anyone. Yet, at this moment, he was comfortably using her used cup and spoon without any complaints.
He drank and ate what remained in the cup before moving on to meticulously removing the scales and deboning his fish. Once sure there were no fish bones left, he elegantly took a small bite of fish meat into his mouth using the fork he had asked Hera to bring along.
Observing that the cup had yet to be refilled, Xavier looked up at Hera with an expectant gaze, akin to a cat demanding more food. His eyes fixed on her, and when he noticed she wasn’t moving, he picked up the cup and passed it back to her. “More soup,” he requested.

Hera blinked a few times, returning to her senses, and scooped some broth and wanton into the cup before promptly passing it back to Xavier. However, he didn’t take it immediately. Instead, he remarked, “You can leave me some like earlier,” before refocusing on the fish before him.
Hera and Zen exchanged incredulous, wide-eyed glances before it dawned on them what Xavier meant. However, neither of them wanted to directly inquire about it. Bry and the cameraman were preoccupied with their own business, so they didn’t have the time to meddle, but the viewers were now in a state of total meltdown.
[NorthernDuke: What’s going on here?!! You think you can just take advantage of my wife like that!!!!
(҂‾ ▵‾)︻デ═一 (˚▽˚’!)/]
[Dave_Carson: Aww, looks like my little bro’s all grown up and learning how to pick up girls, huh?! ヾ(o≧∀≦)ノ✿]
[EntertainmentKing: @Dave_Carson Shut the fuck up if you have nothing nice to say!]
[Dave_Carson: What’s wrong with supporting my little bro? You’re just mean! Keep it up, and you’ll end up a bachelor for life! No woman will want you!!!]
[EntertainmentKing: …]
[FatherOfCaduceus: Who’s been teaching him these bad habits?]
[GoldenLight: @FatherOfCaduceus, you better ask @Dave_Carson. I’d never teach @SilverEmperor anything like that.]
[Dave_Carson: Why’s everyone being so mean to me?! I’m innocent, I tell you!]
[NorthernDuke: So, you’re the one behind all this? Maybe you need more work to keep you busy.]
[Dave_Carson: Why’s everyone picking on me?!]
After some thought, Hera decided to push this issue to the back of her mind. Sharing a cup or spoon wasn’t a big deal to her; she wasn’t germophobic or afraid of contracting a disease from Xavier because that’s plain impossible. In fact, she saw it as an opportunity to get closer to Xavier, which could make her mission easier in the long run.
With a better understanding of the situation and less inclination to overthink, Hera resumed her meal with relish, sharing the cup and spoon with Xavier without guilt. However, little did she know that this action would anger a few individuals, especially Leo, who had been contemplating flying out to their location via helicopter. He didn’t realize that a moment of inattentiveness on his part would provide an opportunity for a sneaky brat to exploit.
He was fuming mad, but contrary to his anger, Xavier was sneakily smiling cheekily as he buried his head in his food, happily taking a sip of soup from time to time. He had noticed that Hera’s aversion to sharing a cup with him had disappeared into thin air.
However, Zen had yet to wrap his head around it and couldn’t stop his curiosity, so he asked, “Xavier, are you sure it’s okay to share a cup with a woman?”
Xavier looked up with a serious expression, as if he found nothing wrong with it, enough to throw Zen for a loop. Nevertheless, he too answered, “What’s wrong with sharing a cup with a woman?” and glanced at Zen as if he were weird.
Zen caught the meaning of his glance, which infuriated him to the core.
