Chapter 449: Chapter 449 Netflix And Chill
It appeared that Dave, Luke, Xavier, Rafael, and Zhane each had their own tasks to complete, gathering what they needed to minimize the time required before returning to the chateau.
Unfortunately for them, Leo emerged well-prepared. By the time he arrived, his order was already prepared and neatly packed in thermal packaging to ensure the warmth wouldn’t dissipate easily.
Leo disregarded Dave’s presence and swiftly left, moving like a gust of wind.
He headed directly back to the Hendrix building and made his way toward the helicopter.
His assistant and several bodyguards helped load all the items he had purchased for Hera into the aircraft before he took off, flying back to the chateau faster than anyone else.
However, Dave and the others were not far behind. They had coordinated their efforts to gather what they needed efficiently, so as Leo flew back to the chateau, Dave and his team were only a short distance behind him.
However, that moment was still significant, as Leo had once again chosen the quickest route.
By the time he landed on the helipad at Dave’s chateau, the others were still en route.
Leo took all the items he had purchased into his arms, struggling under the weight and looking somewhat pitiful, yet he persevered and carried everything inside to where Hera was.
As Leo climbed the stairs, he noticed Dave, Luke, Zhane, Rafael, and Xavier returning as well.
Each of them carried their purchases with an air of cool confidence, their handsomeness unaffected by the task at hand.
In contrast, Leo struggled under the weight of his numerous bags, making it difficult for him to see where he was going.
By the time he reached the door, the other five had already gathered there, waiting for him.
However, there was no time for rivalry; they quickly entered the room to tend to Hera’s needs.
They set their purchases down on the coffee table before sorting through the items to decide what to give her inside the bathroom.
Soon, Hera heard a knock on the door. She realized she had been in the bathroom for quite some time, having reheated the water several times using the heat stones.
Her fingers had begun to wrinkle from prolonged exposure to the water, but she couldn’t bring herself to step out—Dave’s spare robe was already stained with her blood.
Therefore, she couldn’t reuse the robe. No one had come to assist Hera yet because Dave had sent all the maids away, believing they would return shortly. It turned out they wouldn’t arrive until the following day, leaving them with only new sets of clothes to offer her.
When she heard the unmistakable sound of the helicopter, she tried to dismiss the thought that they had actually flown back to the city just to buy her napkins.
Yet, deep down, she knew these male leads were capable of such antics. As the reality set in, she quickly emerged from the bathtub, wrapping a towel around herself.
Sure enough, it wasn’t long before a knock echoed on the door.
When she opened the door, Leo and Zhane greeted her with a stream of shopping bags filled with women’s products, clothing, and even intimate apparel.
Peeking at them through the slightly ajar door, she bit her lip, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment.
She remained silent, but her shy demeanor didn’t go unnoticed.
Leo gently patted her head and reassured her, “Don’t overthink it. This is completely normal, and I’m always happy to help with these things. There’s no need to be embarrassed.”
Zhane remained silent, but he nodded in agreement with Leo’s reassuring words. He then smiled at Hera and gently patted her head as well.
Their understanding and willingness to go above and beyond filled her with warmth and happiness.
She felt their bond deepening and, instead of resisting it, she embraced them both wholeheartedly.
Hera smiled sweetly at them, momentarily forgetting her previous experience with Alexi.
This tender moment eclipsed those memories, and her genuine smile illuminated her face. The men, watching her through the gap in the door, felt their efforts rewarded.

They were overjoyed to have helped her and to see her reassured.
“Thank you, truly,” Hera said, her voice filled with gratitude.
“Anything for you, love,” Dave replied, a warm smile spreading across his face. The others nodded in agreement, encouraging her to go inside and change before she caught a chill.
When Hera stepped back inside, she was taken aback by the array of products laid out before her.
It was clear that they had put in considerable effort to anticipate her needs—there were hot compresses, painkillers for any severe cramps, and a variety of napkins and tampons.
The sight made her chuckle heartily, touched by their thoughtfulness.
If she didn’t know any better, Hera would have thought they had bought out the entire store.
As she emerged from the bathroom, she was greeted by an array of medicinal soups and snacks laid out on the bed.
Leo, Dave, Zhane, Luke, Xavier, and Rafael were all gathered around, inviting her to sit in the middle of the bed.
The 64-inch, theater-like flat-screen TV was playing Netflix, setting a cozy atmosphere.
“Netflix and chill, huh?” she thought, slowly strolling toward them.
“Wifey, come here! We prepared a spread just for you—food and snacks!” Leo called out warmly, making her feel right at home and pampered—exactly what she needed during her period when discomfort was at its peak.
Without hesitation, she made her way to the center of the bed. Rafael, holding the remote, glanced at her and asked, “What do you feel like watching? How about something romantic and light, like Emily in Paris?”
Hera’s eyebrows shot up in surprise as she turned to Rafael. “You know about that movie?”
“What? Is it weird that I do?” Rafael replied, a hint of defensiveness in his tone.
“Don’t forget, I run an entertainment company. I need to know what’s out there in the market to understand what people like. This way, I can invest wisely in my artists and determine who to push into the spotlight.” With that, he began scrolling through the list of movies.
Hera held back her thoughts, finding Rafael’s reaction surprisingly cute.
Just then, Luke handed her a small bowl of steaming chicken soup—warm, but not hot enough to burn her.
She took a sip, feeling the comforting warmth flow down her throat, and replied to Rafael’s earlier inquiry, “How about some Jurassic World instead?”
“Now, that’s surprising… Don’t girls usually prefer romance, watching everyone fall in love and all that?” Dave said, leaning toward Hera to feed her a bite of the fruit he had bought.
“What’s so surprising about it? Sure, girls enjoy romance, but that doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate action, thrillers, or even sci-fi,” she replied.
“What’s really odd is that guys think girls only like romance, as if our interests revolve solely around love stories and fairy-tale endings,” Hera chuckled knowingly, then turned her attention back to the screen.
“Well, fair enough,” Xavier said as he leaned in to feed Hera, mirroring Dave’s earlier gesture.
They all moved with such ease, as if they had shared this moment countless times before, creating a warm and united atmosphere reminiscent of a big, happy family.
Meanwhile, the butler, who had peeked through the door fearing a potential showdown among the men vying for Hera’s affection, was left utterly bewildered.
However, a smile crept across his face as he watched them getting along so well. Unbeknownst to him, he found himself cheering for each of them.
