Chapter 237: Ran Off After Teasing Him

An Nuan chatted with her mother-in-law for half an hour before she ended the call.

When she looked up, she noticed that Lin Xiao Feng was sitting across from her. Then, she remembered that the phone in her hand belonged to Lin Xiao Feng.

“Mom just wanted to know about our photo shoot.”

It would be better to talk to her daughter-in-law.

“Lin Xiao Feng.” An Nuan shifted her posture so that she could look at Lin Xiao Feng closer. “Did your mother know that we are together?” A faint blush appeared on her face as she brought up this matter.

They were going to Y City tomorrow. Naturally, she would be meeting her in-laws.

Now that she had decided to be in a relationship with Lin Xiao Feng, An Nuan suddenly felt shy about meeting her mother-in-law. She did not know how she should act before her.

“I haven’t mentioned a word,” Lin Xiao Feng said. His brow furrowed as he thought of An Nuan’s words. “Let’s talk to her later.” He stared at An Nuan’s face and smiled. “My mother would be happy. Nuan Nuan, my mother always likes you.” He could imagine his mother’s reaction when she learned that they were together.

The thought made Lin Xiao Feng want to keep their matter a secret from his parents for a while longer.

At least, just until they had returned to Capital City.

With his mother’s enthusiasm, Lin Xiao Feng could picture his mother occupying An Nuan’s time.

“It’s nothing.” Lin Xiao Feng quickly adjusted his mood.

If An Nuan knew what was going through his mind, would she think that he was childish?

To distract An Nuan, Lin Xiao Feng pinched the bridge of her nose and leaned over to rest his forehead against hers.

An Nuan’s heartbeat accelerated.
