The two friends sat in the private room and ordered a few dishes.

“It’s nothing much.” Ren Di hesitated briefly before leaning over. “I happened to hear a few things recently. It’s about Pei Zhi Yi.”

“What about him?”

Ren Di observed An Nuan’s reaction and realized that her friend was very calm.

She let out a breath of relief, noticing that An Nuan’s face did not change much after hearing that man’s name.

“I heard that Pei Zhi Yi and his family are moving to T Country. The boys were talking about him in the chat group the other day.,” Ren Di said.

An Nuan left the group after she broke up with Pei Zhi Yi.

She saw how the people in the group were discussing her relationship and wanted nothing to do with them.

The only friend she kept in contact with was Ren Di.

“I heard that it was because of his family’s business.” Ren Di’s brow rose when she noticed that An Nuan did not give as much reaction as she had expected. “Nuan Nuan, you don’t seem surprised?”

“Un.” An Nuan nodded. “I heard Lin Xiao Feng mentioned this matter yesterday.”

“Mr. Lin told you personally about Pei Zhi Yi?”

“I overheard him and my brother talking. Then, he told me about Pei Zhi Yi. But, I did not expect the Pei family to move over.”

“It was still undecided if they would move,” Ren Di said with a sigh. “If everything went well, there was a big chance that they might move over. I think that they wanted to strengthen their company in T Country. After a few years, perhaps he will return to Y City again. After all, his family is from this city.”

An Nuan nodded.

She did not care about Pei Zhi Yi. It was enough if this man would stop showing up in front of her and her family.

Since they have broken up, they should live their life separately.

Ren Di laughed. “It’s good to have something to distract your mind.” The smile on her lips stayed. “I’m guessing that Mr. Lin helped you to stay distracted as well, right?”

An Nuan lowered her gaze as she remembered the matter she wanted to say to her friend. “Ren Di, there is something I wanted to tell you.” She tugged on her finger anxiously.

An Nuan could imagine Ren Di’s reaction when she talked to her friend later. However, this did not make her any less nervous.

When she looked up again, Ren Di was watching her, patiently waiting to hear what she wanted to say.

An Nuan inhaled a deep breath and continued, “Lin Xiao Feng and I are together.”
