Chapter 261: An Nuan Wanted to Come
“Nuan Nuan, here.” Liu Qing passed her a menu. “Just order anything you want.” She glanced at Lin Xiao Feng once before looking away.

An Nuan took the menu and browsed through the pages. Lin Xiao Feng leaned closer to look at the menu together.

They already had dinner at her parent’s place. In the end, they ordered a few snacks and drinks.

An Nuan placed the menu on the table before looking at Lin Xiao Feng again.”I’m going to drink a little bit. Is that okay?”

“It’s fine.” Lin Xiao Feng nodded. “I’m here.”

While they were visiting D Town, Lin Xiao Feng had accompanied An Nuan drinking a few times. He was at ease, knowing that An Nuan would be fine after drinking for a bit.

At least, she did not go crazy like the last time she went out with Liu Qing.

The atmosphere in the room turned lively after a while.

A few of the classmates picked up the microphones and started singing.

Then, a few others gathered in the corner while discussing An Nuan and Lin Xiao Feng.

A lot of them could not believe that the couple would show up together. After all, Lin Xiao Feng had never joined them like this.

An Nuan was aware that their classmates were watching her and Lin Xiao Feng. However, she was not worried. She did not care if her classmates had something to say about her and Lin Xiao Feng.

“Nuan Nuan,” Liu Qing called as the boys started to sing. “Are you alright?”

Liu Qing was worried that An Nuan might be uncomfortable with their classmates discussing her relationship with Lin Xiao Feng.

“I’m fine.” An Nuan smiled, knowing that Liu Qing was concerned about her. “I’m getting used to it. Besides, we will see each other again at Qi Zheng’s wedding. Liu Qing, I cannot hide forever.”

Liu Qing observed An Nuan for a while and finally heaved a breath of relief upon seeing that her friend really did not mind their classmates gossiping about her relationship with Lin Xiao Feng.

But then, their classmates probably would not dare to go far with Lin Xiao Feng around.

The food and drinks that An Nuan ordered arrived.

Lin Xiao Feng passed the bottle of drink to An Nuan before leaning on the sofa to look at the boys, singing on the stage.

With his piercing gaze, the boys were finding it hard to sing.

They were usually good at singing but Lin Xiao Feng’s gaze made them sing slightly off-key.

Liu Qing picked up the bottle in front of her before turning to An Nuan again. “Nuan Nuan…” She leaned closer to speak in a low voice. “What’s going on with you and Lin Xiao Feng? Last time, didn’t you say that he is helping you? But just now… I can see that your relationship with him has changed.”

An Nuan smiled. “Well, we are together.”

Liu Qing stared at An Nuan in disbelief. “What?”

Although she could tell that the couple’s relationship was different, it was still surprising to hear An Nuan admitting that they were together.

“It happened recently,” An Nuan said. “We are a legally married couple anyway. I decided to give this relationship a try. Lin Xiao Feng isn’t that bad.”

Liu Qing took a sip from her drink. “Nuan Nuan, good for you.” She glanced at Lin Xiao Feng again and chuckled. “I always thought that Lin Xiao Feng treated you differently. Nuan Nuan, I hope that you will be happy this time. Don’t think about the unhappy past.”

The girls leaned closer to whisper in the noisy room.

Lin Xiao Feng peeked at An Nuan a few times. Seeing his wife and Liu Qing staying too close made him frown. He could not hear their conversation but Lin Xiao Feng knew the girls were discussing him.

Lin Xiao Feng reached for the plate of fries before turning to his wife. “An Nuan.”

“Hun?” Lin Xiao Feng’s voice pulled An Nuan away from Liu Qing. Turning around, An Nuan found that Lin Xiao Feng was holding a plate of fries.

“Don’t just drink. You have to eat something as well.”

“Oh.” An Nuan took the plate and began to eat slowly.

Liu Qing’s lips started to twitch as she looked at Lin Xiao Feng.

Having him sitting around was too strange.

While An Nuan continued to chat with Liu Qing, the door swung open again, making others in the room turn around and look.

Another familiar face walked in, surprising the group.

Lin Xiao Feng raised his head, noticing that someone was watching him. His brow rose as he watched Su Ming Yuan walking over.

“Jing Shu, can you make room for me?” Su Ming Yuan flashed his flirtatious smile at the woman before taking the seat next to Lin Xiao Feng.

Lin Xiao Feng ate the fries that he took from An Nuan’s plate before turning to Su Ming Yuan again. “Ah Yuan, does Miss Ye know that you are flirting with others?”

“I’m not flirting.” Su Ming Yuan answered quickly.

These days, he was busy trying to clean his reputation as a playboy. He finally had someone that he liked. Su Ming Yuan no longer wanted to associate himself with his former reputation.

“Why are you here?” Lin Xiao Feng asked.

Su Ming Yuan clicked his tongue. “I saw the boys posting a few photos of you and An Nuan on the group chat. It was strange to see you appearing at the classmate’s gathering. How can I not come over?”

Su Ming Yuan was at home when he noticed that the group was quite lively.

He could not hide his surprise when he saw Lin Xiao Feng hanging out with their classmates. In the past, Lin Xiao Feng had never joined this sort of gathering.

Worried that his friend would feel out of place, Su Ming Yuan decided to come.

He took Lin Xiao Feng’s glass and took a sip. He was quite thirsty after rushing over to the club.

“I have to drive. I can’t drink.” Lin Xiao Feng took the menu from the table and handed it to Su Ming Yuan. “Just order what you like.”

Su Ming Yuan browsed through the menu before turning to Lin Xiao Feng again. “Xiao Feng, why did you suddenly decide to come to this gathering? If you told me you are coming, I would come with you.”

“An Nuan wanted to come,” Lin Xiao Feng said. “Of course, I have to come with her.”

Su Ming Yuan turned to An Nuan who was busy chatting with Liu Qing.

He was about to look away when he noticed that the couple was holding hands.

The corner of his lips started to twitch.

It seemed that he should not be worrying about Lin Xiao Feng at all. This person was doing fine with his wife. Why did he come over?
