“Nuan Nuan, did you see the last outfit?” Ren Di shook An Nuan’s arm in excitement. “That moss green dress is so beautiful. God. Every one of them is beautiful. If only I could get a closer look at the details, it would be amazing.”

“Ren Di.”

The voice made Ren Di halt. She turned around and saw her friend beside her. “I’m going to find someone I know. Do you want to come with me?”

Ren Di shook her head. “Yan Wei, you go ahead. I still want to look around.”

“Then, let’s meet up later,” Yan Wei said. “Call me if you need anything.” She turned to An Nuan and smiled before turning around to leave.

“Is this alright?” An Nuan asked as Ren Di’s friend left. “You could join your friend and meet a few people.”

“No. I already met the people I want to meet,” Ren Di said. “Besides, it’s too crowded over there.” Ren Di held An Nuan’s arm tighter. “I’m afraid that I might lose you.”

An Nuan rolled her eyes. “Am I a child?”

“Yes.” Ren Di nodded. “Remember that time I have to make an announcement at the mall?”

An Nuan laughed. “Stop. That was Sun Jiao’s fault. If I did not encounter her and she did not try so hard to stop me, then I would return to your side quickly.”

Ren Di snorted. “Yes. Little Nuan Nuan, you have to stay close to me.”

The two of them followed the crowd to leave the area.

Just then, An Nuan felt a tapping on her shoulder. She turned around and was surprised to see Zhang Yu Ying standing behind her.

“Sister An Nuan.” Zhang Yu Ying smiled brightly.

“Yu Ying.” An Nuan smiled.

“My brother said that you might be at this event,” Zhang Yu Ying said. “Fortunately, I was able to spot you.”

An Nuan laughed. “Lin Xiao Feng mentioned that you might be here as well,” An Nuan said. “But I wasn’t able to find you. There are too many people around.”

Zhang Yu Ying smiled. Her gaze fell on Ren Di who was holding on to An Nuan’s arm tightly. “Sister An Nuan, is this your friend?”

“Right, Yu Ying, this is my friend, Ren Di. Ren Di, Zhang Yu Ying.” An Nuan introduced the two and watched them exchanging brief greetings. “Yu Ying, are you here alone?”

“No. My elder brother and sister-in-law are here as well. Sister An Nuan, why don’t you and your friend come with us for a bit? My sister-in-law has been looking for you when she heard that you would be here as well.”

An Nuan turned to Ren Di to ask her opinion.

This evening, An Nuan accompanied Ren Di to this event. If Ren Di felt uncomfortable joining the others, then An Nuan would reject Zhang Yu Ying’s invitation.

“Let’s go.” Ren Di nodded. “You should say hello to your friends. It’s not easy to bump into each other like this.”

An Nuan and Ren Di followed Zhang Yu Ying but did not expect that they would be taken to the VVIP area. The two friends exchanged a glance as they watched Zhang Yu Ying show the security her pass.

An Nuan did not know that coming with Zhang Yu Ying would allow them to enter the VVIP area.

As they walked around, An Nuan spotted a few models who were walking the runway a while ago. She could tell that Ren Di was excited by the way she was holding her hand tightly.

Soon, An Nuan spotted Zhang Yu Han and his wife at the side.

The big boss of that entertainment agency, Lu Xun, was around with his wife.

“An Nuan!” Li Qin Yao called when she spotted Zhang Yu Ying and An Nuan walking over. “You’re here.”

An Nuan exchanged her greetings with Li Qin Yao and Zhang Yu Han before introducing Ren Di to them.

Later, Zhang Yu Han introduced his friend, Lu Xun, and his wife, Song Xing Xing.

Ren Di was once again starstruck upon noticing that the actress, Mu Xiao Xiao was around as well.

The people that she saw from afar were now right in front of her.

Ren Di held An Nuan’s hand tighter as she tried to suppress her excitement. An Nuan could tell that Ren Di wanted to fangirl but was doing her best to stay calm.

An Nuan stayed with Li Qin Yao and the others to catch up for a bit. The girls talked about the show and the dress they saw earlier before changing the topics to something else.

“An Nuan, we’re going to have supper later. Do you and your friend want to join us?” Zhang Yu Ying offered. “We’ll send you back to your hotel later.”

An Nuan glanced at Ren Di before turning to her friends again with an apologetic smile. “It’s alright. We came with Ren Di’s friend and promised to meet before going back. Maybe next time.”

Ren Di’s phone buzzed at this moment.

She glanced at the phone screen and quickly answered the phone call when she saw Yan Wei’s name.

Yan Wei was planning to head back and was asking Ren Di if she wanted to leave as well. They came over with Yan Wei and planned to leave with her as well.

After exchanging a few more words with the girls, An Nuan finally found an excuse to leave.
